Unique, Vintage,Cow Hide,Leather and Brass Horse Saddle Magazine/Newspaper Rack
This magazine rack is pretty old. My Grammy had it for as long as I can remember and I am in my 50's. It is real cow hide, leather and stirrups look to be brass. Under where the handle is on the top in the wood is a crack(separation actually) that can be easily repaired, otherwise this unique piece of antique furniture is in pretty good condition. The leather is worn like something over 50 years old would be. I have always loved this piece, but have to move and will not have a place for it. A vintage unique 3 panel dressing screen or room divider. Have no idea when it would have been made but would guess in the 50s or perhaps earlier. Stands 65 ½” tall and each section is 18” across. Looks to have a walnut frame with some type of solid thin panel construction. Panels have had a type of varnish or the like applied to them. Heavier(shows darker) around the edges and fading to lighter application towards the middle of each. Then a stencil of roses and grid work applied over the surface. All joints are tongue and groove with no nails to be found. UNIQUE VINTAGE MID CENTURY DANISH MODERN WALNUT 2 DRAWER SLEIGH BENCH TABLE
Very nice. Unique, Mid Century Modern, hall table/bench. The table is made of walnut with no veneers. It features a"sleigh" shaped profile. There is a two drawer table on one end and a bench seat on the other. There are 6 divided areas just under the drawer end which could function as holders for cocktails/beverages. There is open storage under the drawers. The bench side is curved on the front profile for more comfortable seating. The back and ends have a raised ledge. The table is constructed with dovetail drawers and with dowels. The dowel ends are visible and have been used as accents(photo#7 is an example) The legs are held in place with a peg/dowel method(no screws) The table is in very good condition with some minor cosmetic evidence of age/use. There is a light water marks on the top of the drawer table. There are some aged ... moremarks on the bench surface. It appears that a child scribbled on the interior of the drawers. This is not visible when the drawers are closed. The table is sturdy and it is heavy. It is not marked. The table measures 43" long. It is 26" tall at the drawer table end. The seat height is 15.25" It is 19" front to back. The drawers have an interior space of 6.5" x 6.5" x 3.25" Due to the size of the table. Hard to find Unique Wood Knick Knack Display Tabletop Stand This item is pretty old- vintage. But possibly antique- had been a part of previous family's estate for quite some time. Has a few light scuffs to wood that do not take from elegance and hardly noticeable. Excellent shape for its age. It has 3 tiers and displays beautifully. Measures approx 15 inches tall x 14 1/4 inches wide. The bottom shelf has 5 sides. Middle 4 sides, and top has 3 sides. Sides on the bottom/middle shelf are about 5 inches wide.
