This sale is for a very nice table set. Including a coffee table and two matching end tables. The set is from the 1950s. Each table has a black formica top, with a white pattern running through, and black wrought iron style legs. The end tables are two tier, with the overall height of about 21 inches, the lower tier at about 15 inches. The end tables are 23 inches long and 17 1/2 inches wide. The coffee table height is 14 1/2 inches, 34 1/2 inches long and 23 inches wide. The only damage we can find is shown in the pictures. The worst is the small chip in the coffee table next to the pencil. All and all this is a very clean and lightly damaged set from years gone by.

This is a beautiful set of nesting tables in used but exceptional condition. There are few blemishes. Some small nicks here and there, a few small areas of cloudiness and one of the leg back supports on one end has a small seperation(Please See Photos) The tables are very presentable as is but if I were keeping them I'd give them a good bees wax polishing. I beleive the wood is mahogany but I'm not sure.The inlay design is beautiful on all three tables. High quality craftsmanship- turned legs. Inlay and bowed back leg supports. The two smaller tables fit into there own slots in the next bigger table so when you pick them up they are all together as one. The complete set is 26 1/4" tall. This is a great matching pair of original mid-century modern side tables with iron hairpin legs. The tops are formica in a speckled print in gold. Cream and bronze. The table legs are wearing original bronze paint. These tables are sturdy and in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. I love the way they slide into the grove of the larger table and then the smallest one slides into the groove of the medium table. So it stores away nicely. Bases are cast iron for the bottom base and that base is 16 1/2" toe to toe-22" end to end. The center post is tubular steel and the upper mounting plate is steel and 11" diameter. Base stands 27 5/8" tall without a top on it. The tops that were on these was 29 3/4" square by 1 1/4" thick and were covered by wood grain look formica. The formica does have some chipping. These are well made out of heavy oak and are very sturdy and very stable and the nest is quite heavy compared to most nest of tables. The apron or skirt are attached to the tops with the older"flathead screws" Each one has very pretty"turned post" legs and all of the aprons under the tops have a pretty scalloped cut to them. The smallest table has what looks like a"linen fold" pattern carved in the front& rear apron or skirt of the table. The patina is a dark reddish oak. Set of 4 nesting tables. Each table is carved on top and also on all sides including the legs. The carving on top is deep so there is a space for a glass top on each one. The carving depicts a sailing ship in a harbor. The carvings on the sides repeat the ship motif. The carvings on the legs have a more graphic look. Like a border. Each top features a smaller(or larger) version of the scene. When the tables are nested the pieces take on a complete appearance because of the almost all over carvings. When nesting the tables measure 25 3/4" x 19 3/4 x 14 1/4" CONDITION: The tables are in very good condition. As stated above there is one strip of molding missing from the smallest table. One leg on the smaller table is missing the brass end but the table is steady. Both tables have 1 or 2 cracked tiles not unusual for this to happen over time. Really in very good condition. Large measures 20 1/2" and the small is 15" at their widest point. Legs can be removed for reasonable shipping. Mid Century RARE Brass Set of 3 Tray Tables With Teak Spider Legs India Gorgeous
These Estate quality tables(3) are three different designs. Two of the trays are 21.5 inches in diameter and the third 24.5. The leg bases stand 17 inches(2) And 18 inches(1)They have raised scalloped edges thick and heavy. The total weight not including packing materials is roughly 30 lbs. The tables were part of an Estate sale that belonged to a woman who had lived in India.so I stated they're from India but not exactly sure the origin but possibly Moroccan. They do have tarnish but I have started cleaning them and they are shining up nicely. In one photo you can see a small round circle where I tested a small area and you can see the difference! Also one of the scalloped edges has been shined as shown in a photo. It appears someone has used brass polish in the past as there is residue on the trays. One tray has fine scratches to scalloped ... moredivots as if someone attempted to cleaned too vigorously.but it really is only noticeable at close up inspection. It came off as I polished them. I have not cleaned or polished the legs/feet at all but I believe they will also look even more amazing after a nice cleaning. Regarding the wood material I was told Teak but I am not sure of this either. This set would make a wonderful coffee table end table set, or just place individually in an area of your choice. I listed this set as RARE because I haven't seen a set of 3 like this before. VINTAGE Heritage Mahogany Top Nesting Tables with beautiful cream carved legs
I have a Vintage set of beautiful"Heritage" Dark Mahogany Top Nesting Tables. These tables were in my aunt's antique shop in Portland almost 20 years ago. I accquired them 14 years ago and have managed to keep them in excellant condition. Probably because I never had the space to use them. My flash on my camera makes them look more blonde/oak than they really are which is why I posted them stacked on the first image. They are a dark mahogany with cream colored. Carved legs. They weigh 36.5 lbs together and the larger table is 21.25" tall. Unique Vintage Oak Nest Of Three Tables from England With Turned Post Legs
This auction is for a unique. Well made set of Oak Nest Of Three Tables from England. Each table as pretty" urned post" style legs. Each table also has a nice thick oak top. All of the tables have a thick wavy cut apron under the tops with the smallest table having pretty"spoon carving" on the front& back apron. They appear to have been around a while. Each one is very stable. The finish is good but not great or exceptional by any means. They do not take up much space when stacked. The nest"stacked" is 20" wide and 13 5/8" deep and 19" tall overall. The middle table is 16 1/8" X 11 3/4" and 17 1/2" tall. The smallest table is 12 1/8" X 9 3/4" and 16 1/8" tall. They all have a medium to dark Oak Patina to them. They are little darker in real life than what the pictures ... moreshow. The lodge held its first social event ... morein 1884. And was chartered in 1885. Mark Twain was an attendee at the social event. The lodge purchased the Eureka Club Building, at 113 Clinton Ave North, in 1908, and it remained their home until 1959. Henrietta’s Lodge. I was unable to identify a company behind the table. The Empire New York marking on the bottom of the base turned up no information. I AM OFFERING THE TABLES AS A SET OF FOUR. THEY WILL PROVIDE A GREAT VINTAGE LOOK FOR A BAR.
