There are 10 pages with a small notation or check mark, nothing really distracting, back interior blank pages have some toning and one has a little part crumpled up near the spine( it is a blank page attached to the back inside cover) inside front page has names in pen. Covers show some light wear with a very small tear at the top edge of the spine and other little tiny nick on spine, some light scuffing and stains but overall decent solid copy. There are a couple of small tipped in yellow pages that were put in the book before distribuition. One of them is partly adhered to the page, and part of it stuck to adjoining page, there is a picture shown of this page. Dimensions: 10 3/4" by 8" by approx 1 1/2" thick.
