Rare Archaic Neolithic Meteorite? Stone Celt Nepal Adze Adz Artifact Ax Axe Tool
In past years. I was able to find a number of true archaic stone adzes, celts or axes in Nepal, but on my recent trip, I only managed to acquire a few. I taught anthropology and archaeology at the University of Guam and I know authentic neolithic technology and this one is a genuine archaic celt that about 2,000 years old from the Neolithic Period. The celt sticks to a magnet, so has a high iron content and I am told by local Nepalese that it is what they call a sky stone or made from meteoritic material, but I am NOT a meteorite expert, so I cannot guarantee it is meteoritic. It would take laboratory analysis to determine its composition precisely. I can only tell you what the locals claim and let you come to your own conclusion in that respect, but I can guarantee it is an authentic archaic artifact. It is 2 inches in length.
