It has a lovely patina to the wood. And is stained a deep rich color. This unique three legged chair with side handles and a tall narrow back looks to me to have been hand carved. There is a hole on the back of the chair so it can easily be moved or hang it on the wall when not in use. Please see photo's. The chair will ship in two pieces. As you can see in the photo there is one flat head screw on the underside of the seat. When removed it releases the mortise and tender joint. This is a very lovely piece! Even the mirror is in good condition. Dates to the 30's or 40's. It is 6 ft from floor to top of mirror and about 36 3/4" from floor to top of vanity table. Table is about 49 1/2" long. The mirror is about 41" tall and 24" wide. Vanity is about 19" wide(front to back) Drawers are about 14" wide and top drawers are about 3" deep. This is an Antique Vintage Wood Dressing Table 1 Drawer Vanity with Mirror. The Vanity is well made with lots of details to the wood work with accent finials and a curved edge lower shelf. The drawer is dovetailed. There is also gorgeous hardware detail through out(see photos) The metal beading is present on the lower shelf. And at the top of the mirror. It is missing from the lower half of the mirror. The drawer has a lock mechanism, but no ket is present. The wood in a hardwood, maybe cherry. Please note that the finish on one side is lighter than the other. The previous owner has this in a corner, so maybe they did not finish that side. A very beautiful piece! This is a nice. Waterfall style, Art Deco dresser that is still looking very good, but has a few scratches and wear. It could be spruced up a bit with the right TLC and made into a piece for a super, cool, Art Deco setting. It is approximately 52 inches high, 32 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. The mirror on the back is approximately 8 inches high. All the drawer handles are in good condition as are the drawers. Noted are the pieces in the chest frame that are under each drawer to prevent dirt and debris from falling into the drawers below. I have a dozen photos up so please look closely and use the magnification feature. Note there are caster wheels on the bottom for easier moving around the house. I have pictured a footboard from the bed that went with this set. It comes with the dresser if you should want it. It is for a full size box ... morespring and mattress. Teak Vanity Table *LOCAL PICK-UP*
When I bought it. I was told it was from around the 1920s. The glass shows wear and age. The vanity has been well used over the years by it's previous owner(s) as you can see a few old makeup stains. Their are four drawers on the left and a drawer and cabinet on the right. It provides a lot of useful storage for makeup and toiletries, and has the table has a nice bit of room. It's a very basic design, but can really be made your own. The bench fits nicely under the table. The drawers also show wear. And one of the knobs is chipped. I think the style is more traditional. Although the knobs do have what I think of as art deco period detail. It's LOCAL PICK-UP. Unless the buyer pays the costs of shipping and makes arrangements. Antique Solid Wood Bureau And Mirror Needs Work Local Pick Up Only
Up for sale here we have an antique bureau and mirror set. I am not sure of the date on this piece. There are stands on the mirror for candles. The piece has a few issues. There are only three wheels present under the bureau. We have used a block of wood for the fourth leg. The mirror has some repair needed as you can see in the pics.
