The dimensions are: Length- 19" Height- 14" Depth- 9" This is the wood box dimension, without adding for the hardware. The lock and latches are Eagle Lock Co. Terryville,CT. There is no key. The handle has to be the original leather covered one and the leather is not in good shape, but it certainly fits with the age of the chest. All of the latches, hinges and lock are complete and work fine, except for the missing key. For those of you who know more about this. I'm sure you can identify the brand from the drawer knobs and diamond shaped back plates on them. I'm sure it has been sanded and finished, probably at the time the leather was removed. Not sure whether it is a salesman sample or a miniature collectible, but it is a very nice primitive piece. Not sure what the wood is, it is painted with old pale green paint Three drawers with original wood drawer pulls, the top pull is different, not sure if it was broken, nicely constructed with beadboard sides and empire detail. Old unfinished wood on the back, with the top third missing. The top drawer is missing its back and there is a small piece or wood trim missing on the bottom left(see pic 6) Very nice little piece in good primitive antique condition. W. x 22 in. deep x 34-3/8 in. H to the top of the dresser. From the Floor to the top of the Mirror when it is attached to the Dresser it is 70-1/2 in. H. This is a beautiful old antique with 2 very large deep 7-1/4 in. D. drawers, and 2 that are 5-1/4 in. Deep. This is pick-up only. I am located in Upper Peninsula Michigan about 50 miles from Eagle River, Wisconsin, 5 hours from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 1-1/2 hours from Marquette, Michigan, and 5 hours from the Mackinac Bridge. When I inherited this dresser from my Aunt the top veneer had buckled so I removed it and discovered what I called"worm ... morewood" because of the holes underneath the veneer. This chest of drawers was made using time honored techniques. One of these techniques is hand cutting dovetails to fit the drawers together. A dovetailed joint is stronger than any other and will ensure the drawers function and stay strong for many years. All four of the drawers open and close easily on wooden runners. A little difficult to see in the images, but the top drawer does have a wooden divider right in the center, effectively making the top drawer into two sections on the inside. We have rated this chest as excellent condition. Because of the recent French polish in England it is in excellent condition. The wood does have old indents here and there that is has acquired over its lifetime that add charm and character to the chest. Antique Curved Drawer Oak Chest of Drawers with Tilting Vanity Mirror
This is an excellant Tall Chest of Drawers with a tilting Vanity Mirror. There are two small drawers at the top with key holes but no key. Of the four lower drawers the first three are the same size and the bottom drawer is larger. All drawers have the original wood handles. Sides and bottoms as close as I can tell. The measurments are as follows: Height floor to top of chest 44" Height floor to top of mirror 63" Length of top side to side 30" Back to front of chest 15 1/2" Mirror including frame 20" x 14" Top two drawers 14" x 4" Three Middle drawers 14" x 6" Bottom drawer 14" x 7" If you desire additional measurements and/or photos.
