Early Old Whale Oil Lamp With Burner Flint Glass Eye & Scale Pattern -mint
Early flint glass whale oil lamp in the"Eye& Scale" Pattern made by the New England Glass company this lamp was created from one piece of glass. The glass is in mint condition. No chips or cracks. Nine inches in height, the base has a diameter of four inches. Still with its original burner there is oil residue inside as you can see from the photographs. Please take note there is wear to the top of one of the two tubes of the burner as shown in the photograph. On the base is a little residue from where a previous owner must have put felt or pads on the bottom to protect the base of this rare antique lamp.
