This bedroom was set was purchased at an antique store in Eureka. California for $3,500 about 8 years ago. Made by Morris Furniture Manufacturing Company, Los Angeles. It includes: Nightstand. 16 in wide x 13 in deep x 27 in tall- Vanity. 48.5 in wide x 18.5 in deep x 30 in tall without mirror, or 65 in tall with mirror attached- Stool with original upholstery underneath a layer of modern fabrics. 22 in wide x 12 in deep x 17.5 in tall- Dresser with five drawers. 32 in wide x 19.5 in deep x 49 in tall The set will require some polish. There are only two pieces of the original glass left(on the sides of the vanity) and the hardware is not original. There are some watermarks on the top of the nightstand. All in all the set is in good shape and is very lovely. The construction is fantastic.

VTG 3 pc 50'S Black Art Deco Wood Bedroom Furniture Set Chest Dresser Mirror I remember these pieces in my aunt's bedroom many years ago. Pretty sure they are from the 50's. She always had"modern" taste back then. No idea who the manufacturer was but back of the dresser reads"WMB 8862 8864 T. DR. and then"90 Blue Mink" Pieces are heavy and seem to be made of oak. The grain is visible with a shiny black stain on it. Which sort of gives it a blackish, blue color. The handles are gold metal, but not sure what kind. There is a routing line around several drawers that are filled in with a gold finish. It has been used so there are some nicks here and there, but she was pretty careful with her things because at that time they needed to last a life time. There is s faint line around the top where she must have ... morehad some sort of cover over it to protect the top. Both pieces are slightly more narrow at the top and then get wider at the bottom-pretty neat with interesting lines, modern lines. Legs are attached at an angle. Drawers are dovetailed and made of what I think is oak. Description: Chest-45" tall; 20" deep; 40" long with 5 drawers- Note on the back there is a surface nick on one leg. But does not impact the piece. Dresser-32" tall; 60" long; 21" deep with 3 sets of 3 drawers(the 3 large ones are in the center) Mirror attaches to the top with screws in the back. Mirror-50 1/2" long by 33" tall(including 1 3/4" wood piece at bottom) Beveled(some clouding& some slight silver loss typical for it's age) Attached to wood which then sits on top of the dresser and bolted to 3 pieces of wood in the back. A piece that is from the original Haverty Furniture Company that we now know as just Haverty's. I believe this dates to around the 20's going by the Logo design. This may have originally been a small buffet or dining room side table as the top drawer had dividers at one time. There also appears to have been another layer of veneer on the top but there still is a nice mahogany top. I think the front is quarter sawn also giving it that striped look. This matched chest. And dresser are made of Maple and Walnut woods. These pieces come from the Peoples Outfitters company. More of the history of that company are below. Both are in good condition, with little wear for their age. The drawers move easy and are dove tail, the detail space between drawers have a slight curve for"hidden pulls" under the drawers, good if you have little ones that pull on handles. The color is most like the picture showing the drawer pull, any spots you see are from flash glare or gunk on my lens. What a beautiful set you've found! It’s a neo-classical high-quality mahogany five-piece bedroom set by the Northern Furniture Company of Sheboygan. Wisconsin, dating from the 1930s or‘40s. If this was period neo-classical, you’d be looking at paying in the high thousands, but this is a very unique copy, complete with the ebonized pillars, the simulated brass ormolu trim, and the diamond point ebony inlay, with brass ormolu style stars. A hard. Close-grained wood, mahogany can be strikingly veined or mottled, as observed in these pieces. The set consists of a four-drawer tall chest. Two single beds, a matching three-drawer chest, and a matching mirror. All finished in a dark reddish-brown color, with two glass tops, and the whole set is all ready to find a place in your home. The set retains the feel of its original neo-classical style ... morehardware. The gilding and black ebonized paint is intact. It’s really stunning. The overall sizes of the pieces, beginning with the tall chest, are 36 inches wide, 21 inches deep, and 46 inches high. Antique Hopkins Furniture Co Dresser with three drawers. I am selling this for my aunt. She was care provider for an elderly lady who gave it to her before she passed. She told my aunt it was handed down to her by/from her mother and that it was over 100 years old. My aunt kept it for a few years and decided to sell it. The dress is located in Bowie Maryland where my aunt resides. I don't really know much about it. It is exactly as pictured with some scratch on top left. This is an old Antique saleman's sample clothes dresser with a Mirror. Or possibly a Jewelry Box. It has the original finish on it although quite crackled. It stands 25" Tall overall. The mirror frame has a corner issue with a slight separation(see pics) There are some nails on the underside too that look like they are meant to stabilize the mirror, possibly added at a later date. Up for auction are 2 Antique Miniature Dresser. With pull out drawers and mirrors. Very solidly made! I am not quite sure as to the exact origin of these piece as if it was manufactured as a piece of doll furniture or if it was to be presented as a salesman sample. I think that they where saleman samplers, because the estate sale I purchased them at there was no kids toys or kids item sold at the sale. The larger dresser measures approximately 9 3/4" tall x 6 3/4" wide x 4 3/8" deep. It is solidly constructed of a fine hardwood( looks like oak wood to me) It features a mirror, but over many years, it lossing most of it refecting material around its edges(see pictures) it features 2 pull out drawers, but the one drawer is missing 2 of it wooden knob drawer pulls( see picture) The smaller dresser measures approximately 7" ... moretall x 6 3/4" wide x 3 1/2" deep. This beautifully colored handcrafted dresser originally was part of a 7 bedroom set. It has the original brass stamp of authenticity on the left inside of the top drawer. Which was the authenticity stamp used from 1913-1925. The measurements are:51.25"X 34.0"X 17.75" It was part of my Great Grandmother's bedroom set and has been an item of interest and intrigue by all who appreciate QUALITY HOME DECOR ANTIQUITIES. In EXCELLENT used condition! PLEASE NOTE: IF NOT FOR BEING IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT LAST YEAR THAT NEARLY COST ME A LIMB.BESIDES A FORTUNE! LOL! I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT CONSIDER SELLING THIS PIECE. Antique mahogany princess dresser by Widdicomb furniture company
Selling an antique mahogany princess dresser made by the Widdicomb furniture company in 1902. Completely refinished in hand rubbed oils and in pristine condition. Measurements are 45 inches wide. 26 1/2 inches high on the dresser part and 72 inches high with mirror. Beautiful carvings and the inside of the drawers are birds eye maple. There are two drawers above the one long drawer that is shown in photos. On the back of the drawer is signed by who worked on it and the date is Feb. 26, 1902. It is also dated on the inside of the mirror. Quality piece of furniture and has to be seen to be appreciated. The mirror is attached to dresser by a gear like locking method. Local pick up only or you may arrange shipping delivery of your choice.
