For auction. A vintage toleware compote with gilt roses at the base and the original lid with a rose knob. This compote is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. It would fit nicely in a Hollywood Regency living or dinning room, or on your vanity filled with jewels. The glass has a rose garland around the rim of both the compote and the lid; there are no wear spots to this gilding. The compote measures 7 1/8" across the diameter of the bowl and 8 1/2" tall.
