A very cool old cast iron pedestal base. Marked on the bottom with Heywood Eclipse. The base is 8 and 3/4" in diameter. It adjusts from 10 and 3/8" at the lowest to 17 and 5/8" at the highest. 4 + 2 Antique Industrial Brass Cup Swivel Casters Furniture Wheels
Lot includes 4 matching plus 2 matching antique brass cup/ swivel casters. One of the larger casters is locked up- both the swivel and the wheel. The larger ones have wheels that are just under 1 3/8" wide and 5/8" thick- the cups are 1 1/2" wide to the outside edges(inside is just under 1/4" wide and it tapers down) the cups are 1 1/4" tall. And the entire piece is about 2 3/4" tall. The smaller ones have wheels that are just over 1 1/8" wide and 7/16" thick- the cups are just over 1 1/4" wide to the outside edges(inside is about 1 1/8" and it tapers down) the cups are just over 1 1/8" tall, and the entire piece is about 2 7/16" tall.

The guy i bought this from told me this was a wall mount stool. I Don't this so. I think it is a floor mount. But as the buyer you can decide! I took pictures both ways. ANy way this is an oldie! It is also very heavy it weights 23 lbs. THe stool wooden seat measure 10 1/2 inches across and is 2 inches thick. It is 24 inches tall from the floor with the seat down. THe only marks i see says Patented. THe metal plate on the bottom is 12 x 12 inches! I really feel this piece came out of an old post office. This is a very nice pair of vintage steel adjustable legs. The height adjusts from 21 1/2" to 26" and they are 7" wide x 4" deep at the top and 12 1/4" wide at the bottom. Please use the Supersize Feature on our pictures at the top and below the description as we consider them to be a very important part of our auctions- our photos show great detail and they are about the next best thing to"being there" Here is another great looking antique cast iron table base or leg– a little bit more ornate than the standard Machine Age Industrial salvage pieces we usually offer. This stand or base stands 20 ½” tall at the top and measures 9” across the bottom of the base. The circular top measures 12” across at the outside edges and between 11 ½” and 11 ¾” across at the inside rim or shelf. One side of that inside shelf is marked SPECIAL and the opposite side is marked SIZE 11 ¾. The center post is topped with an emblem that also tightens up the bolt at the bottom– the emblem or topper is marked ... moreMEDINA. N.Y. W. IDE. Each side has a wonderful scroll work arm to support the top piece. The center post. Pole or leg has a stacked look which attaches to the domed base. I took a picture of how the top is attached with the old original screws on one side from underneath. This stand or table base needs to either have the bolt or screw that runs up the center replaced or tightened up. There is no damage to the piece– no breaks. Cracks, or repairs. There are some areas of old original paint, and some areas of rust coloring. The bottom of the base has the most rust coloring, but there are no areas of pitting or weakness in the metal. We gave this pieces a quick going over with a hard bristle brush and nothing else. With a bit of time and elbow grease, this will be a work of art. 3 Antique Machine Age Industrial Stool Seats Chairs Back Rests Wood Metal UHL ?
Here we have a 3 antique industrial stool seats. I don't have the legs or base to these. I wish I did because they have a great look to them. I purchased them in the hopes of finding a base or building one for them but time has stretched on and I have yet to do so hence I have decided to let someone else make a project out of them. My original design was to make them into a 3 seat bench or couch with a cool industrial look. As sitting on the floor shown in the photos the backs come up about 16 1/2 inches and the seats are about 14 inches by 15 inches except for the all wooden one that is about 14 x 13.5. As you can see these have some abuse from being in the industrial world but that just adds to their great look. This is a beautiful turn of the century matched pair of genuine Kenney Wolkins signed thick cast iron table legs. They are in excellent condition with no breaks or cracks and the black paint is in good condition with moderate paint loss. Lots of primitive antiques, farm finds, folk art, and the usual wacky Maureen stuff- you don’t want to miss this week! I just loved the look and feel of this one- regardless of whether or not you need it for a chair! It tells its own story- advertising on the top. Milwaukee Chair Company Pat. Oct. 20, 1914. It also has the number 21 and the word"Pull" on the knob that comes out of the wheel. This knob is attached to a spring that works quite well- pulling out, and then springing back into place when you release it. The piece is round, made from cast iron, measures 4 5/8" diameter without the tab, and weighs a hefty 1 1/2 lbs. It is in excellent ... moresolid and sturdy condition, with an old black finish that shows wear in some spots, and very light surface rust where the metal is exposed. It's minor. There's a fair amount of dust and dirt on the piece- it could use a good cleaning- I have not tried to clean it in any way. It's a neat old industrial piece of cast iron! Ornate Antique Cast Iron Legs Table Base Rare Willcox? Machine Age Industrial
Beautiful old ornate cast iron legs- not seen any this ornate before These legs are just like the Willcox& Gibbs legs except for not having the large W in the center. They are the same on the bottom& tops of legs very ornate feet just the center is different& they are unmarked. Not sure if these are older ones or manufacturer also made them for another company. In excellent condition no chips or cracks. They had surface rust& have been sanded& are ready to be primed& painted Wheels do not turn. Probably a spraying with WD40 would loosen them up will leave it up to new owner Legs measure just under 28" tall. 19-1/2" wide(one leg to another) 16-1/2" wide at base of legs& 12-3/8" across top of legs Even the center connecting bracket is ornate They are a nice sturdy set with each leg weighing 14 ... morelbs. From end to end these measure approx. 1 3/4 inches not counting the mounting screw. The ball ends measure approx. 1 1/4 inches across. Perfect for that Restoration project or personal use.
