Lot of 3 Vintage Wooden Boxes - Jewelry, Trinket and Antique Writing Box
The largest box is antique. It may have been a writing box. 3/4 hinged on the top. There is a hole on the top. Whatever went into it had to be screwed in. I believe it is pine. It measures 10 1/2 wide x 3 1/4" high x 8" deep. The carved box is from India which is impressed on the bottom. Inlaid gold tone leaves on the top. Measures 7" wide x 2 1/4" high x 5" deep. Made of walnut. Take note of the circular stain on the top. The small trinket box measures 6" wide x 1 1/2" high x 4 1/2" deep. Velvet lined.
