Vintage Texaco would possibly be a sign or a Tray? I don't know but it is sharp lookig piece with unusual cutting on both ends of the wood. I was told by someone on E-Bay that this is a end piece of a Oil Crate. Thats what i am told but can't be totally sure. measures.12" x 12" by 3/4" thick wood. Nice-looking Texaco Advertisement. I bought this from someone and I am not sure if it is part of something else but you can hang it or display it in a lot of different ways, you could even use it as a tray.

This is a nice crate. Vernors. Detroit. Mich. It has minor warping on one side, but the wood isnt all rotted out like most of these I find. Its a solid old crate. I dont know who put the band from one end to the other, but it looks to me to be the exact same banding used on the ends when these are built. It looks like someone added that and small peices of wood on the inside corners, maybe someone did that at the factory where these were made to carry tools around or something. It wouldnt take much to remove these items if you want to. I figured I would leave that up to the winning bidder. Maybe someone can use the banding to repair another crate? The banding on the ends is in nice shape also, aside from one small break. Overall this thing is really nice. I typically see these busted up and/or rotted out with rusty banding. For sale is a Crate Pa-60 vintage powered mixer. It is in very good condition and everything works. There has been an issue with one of the speakers acting up but for the price you can't beat it. It is a 60 Watt 4 channel mixer has pre amp out power amp in. Monitor send, effects loops, stacking jacks. Each cabinet has separate one mid range horn and 2 tweeters. This is a crate tool which looks like it was a salesman's premium given to grocery stores and such to open sealed boxes. It advertises Beech-Nut gum. I guess you could call it a spade. It is made of steel. And has an embossed message in the flattened end of the tool, which simply states Ship Oldest Stock First. It could also have been used in the Beech-Nut warehouse as well by employees. Measures a little over 12" in length. Nice condition for it's age, I am guessing early 1900s. It has most of the original red paint remaining, legible signs on both sides and no broken slats or bottom boards. This is a standard 24 bottle crate, slotted to hold each bottle individually. Coca Cola LP Record Vintage Wood Wooden Crate Box W/Lid& Embossed/Stenciled These boxes are very hard to find with the lid. This wooden box is from the 1980s and the lid does show surface wear and scratches. The top of the crate has a heavy water stain on the bottom right corner. The case comes with a lid that attaches with two magnets. The box measures approximately 18x14x14 and has a center divide in it. The outside edge of the box has a metal band which has been riveted in place. The box will hold about 60 vinyl LP records with covers. Please review actual picture of item for condition.
