This is 6 1/2" long and 3" wide. I also have a hand-stitched pin cushion? measuring 4 1/4" square. It has about 1/2" of filling and there are also a few pin holes visible in the mustard-colored fabric which makes me think maybe this was for pins. I've had it for so long. I really don't remember what it was sold as. I bought it because I loved the fabrics and the corner decorations. The outer fabric is ivory with red circles- I think men's shirting material from the 1890's. We no longer have room for these so it's time for them to be enjoyed by someone else. What a wonderful little cabinet. Have actually had this piece for over 30 years in our family.Cannot remember anything about it. WE purchased at an upstate NY auction house. It is really super and has such a nice smooth wood finish and warm rich golden color. I think just a touch of refinishing will be just what this little cabinet needs. Nothing big perhaps. a little"Formby" on it will be perfect. The top extends in a nice lip and hangs over the entire square top so nicely like a molding! The Brass card label holder came off but we have it! It is missing just the tiny nail/screws to hold it on. The inside of each drawer is stamped pat July 4.1899. Antique Walnut Shelve with 2 drawers
This wall shelve is black walnut and stands 22" to the top shelve and 28" to the very top of the scroll on top. It is 18" wide. It has two drawers that work. It hasn't been re-stained but has had a coat of linseed oil. It is a bit warped with age. I do not know the manufacturer. I did a pencil rubbing on the stamp which is on the back and could not make out who made this. It does have"STYLE 112 1084. It has been in my husband's family at least 75 years that we know of.

Antique Primitive Painted Oak PIE SAFE 4 doors 2 drawers Needs Work. I've used this old pie safe in my pantry for years. I believe it to date from about 1900. It stands 70 1/4 inches high. 37 3/4 inches across and 17 inches deep. It features 2 top doors with 2 shelves. 2 drawers, and 2 bottom doors with 2 shelves. Hardware is original. And you'll notice the lovely wood handles. It appears to be oak under many layers of chipped paint. The piece has so much character. And although it is a heavy, sturdy piece, it is a bit of a project. The corner of a door needs gluing. The grilling needs some tacks, and the bottom shelf needs a bracket. I like the paint the way it is, but it does need cleaning up. Refinishing is an option, also. You'll notice that the very top of the pie safe does not appear to be original. Beautiful Antique Japanese Tansu Document Chest, Japan, Drawers, Small Dresser
Up for auction is this beautiful antique Tansu document chest! This chest just has a fantastic look to it. The size of it is 23 inches long by 18 inches tall by 11 inches deep. All the hardware seems to be made of old copper. And I'm not sure what type of wood it is made from. I believe this chest is about 100 to 120 years old, but I'm not sure. The guy I bought it from said it was brought to the United States in the 1950's. As you can see from the pictures, the chest does show wear. The top especially shows wear from things being set on top of it over all the years. Also the wood on the front of the drawers shows wear from all the years of hands reaching in to the handles. There are 3 locks on the chest, but unfortunately I don't have the key. All the drawers open just fine. One of the sliding doors works great, and the other ... moreis a bit stiff. Offered here without reserve is this magnificent mahogany Sheraton vanity/ dressing mirror with three dovetailed drawers and sandwich glass opalescent knobs. The secondary wood is poplar and pine. The glass to the mirror itself is almost certainly not original. Though old(there are subtle indications of deterioration to the silvering) but otherwise she's in superb condition. original feet and no repair s whatsoever to the veneer and wood. As for dimensions. She's not small: 27 1/2" wide, 9 1/8" deep, 26" high to the top of the mirror. Aside from taking the mirror off the posts, she'll have to be shipped whole since the posts are apparently well-glued into the base. Again. A large solid mahogany top, molded and incredibly carved on the facade and formed in the reverse serpentine of the chest, rests over a collection of four graduated drawers. The chamfered and fluted corners flank the drawers. Each fully serpentine in form. The flamed mahogany veneers framed in cockbead molding applied around the edges of the drawer, hiding the dovetail construction of the drawers on the front. Original dark brown paint with original black painted wood-grained effect over the brown, giving it a nice, subtle faux-wood-grained look. Hand dovetailed construction, late 20th Century Item# 120101EWP01 This is a work of art with attention shown in every detail of the case. The entire case is solid mahogany. With carefully selected grains that produce a glowing fire throughout. The rim is ruled around the front and sides over a top drawer with a gallery of three carved shells over the blocked encasements below. The two outmost shells are convex, carved out of solid mahogany, each flanking the concave central shell with a keyhole in the middle. The drawer has an incredible thick facade and, uniquely, no hardware- the key is meant to act as the pull hardware, the craftsman not wanting to distract from the shell carvings by adding hardware. The three following drawers feature incredible blocking ... moreover shaped molding that flows with the outline of the chest. Each drawer is hand dovetailed at the front and back, the top drawer having a single solid board bottom, each other drawer being two board construction. The case rests over incredible hand carved ball and claw feet. Each flawlessly formed with detail in every joint, muscle and stretched nail. The back two feet are carved only in the front, much in the nature of the period chests, where an absence of any mechanical device meant everything was crafted by hand- the craftsman would regularly look for ways to reduce finishing work without detracting from the overall result of the case, as our craftsman did in this chest by leaving the back of the back feet unformed. This is one of the most precisely crafted and aesthetically attractive block front reproductions we've come across in a very long time. An original block front chest of drawers is unattainable for the average collector to acquire; this is the closest most collectors will get to the real block front. Up for auction is 6 nice drawers and brackets from a 1913 NEW AUTOMATIC rotary treadle sewing machine. There is a couple scratches on them but otherwise in very good condition. drawers come with the metal brackets and bolts that hold them on. These drawers are held on by small metal brackets that slide in a slot on the drawer. See the last two pictures for demonstration. they would make very cool drawers for a restoration project or a craft project. Danish Modern Cado Royal Wall System Unit Teak Drawers for Drop Front Cabinet
A pair of drawers from the Cado Royal system. They come from a basket weave cabinet that is sadly damaged. Add these to your wall unit or use on their own! In very good vintage condition. The only damage is under one of the drawers, a nick that's 0.5' long. Not visible at all when in use(last photo) I added photos of both ends of the drawers to better show the good condition. Gorgeous Small Oriental Jewelry Box w Doors & 3 Drawers
A wonderful small vintage jewelry box made in an Oriental style. It is very delicate. With two hinged doors that swing open and 3 drawers of varying size with handles. On the front are two designs, one with a bird by a fruit tree and the other is of leaves and branches. All the metal work is very detailed with more leaves and curves. On the inside of the doors are small flowers that look just as quaint as the box itself. ON the drawers is a continuous patter that spreads across all three of more flowers. The handles are metal and very thin. They all open easily. The box is 5 3/4" tall, 5 1/8" wide) and 2 3/4" deep. Rescued from a factory, this item has had a long working life and remains in very good condition for its age. The cabinet measures 20.5" T x 15.25 W x 16" D. There are six card catalog style drawers, each with the interior dimensions of 6.125" W x 13.5" L X 4" D. Each drawer has an individual card catalog style pull with space for a tag. There is a galvanized metal insert in one of the drawers made by someone to fit. Some of the drawer fronts are mismatched and there is some damage to the finish in spots, mostly on the side and back.
