This auction is for a round antique metal tin with hinged lid and latch with 6 old round spice tins or canisters inside and a metal/tin grater. There are traces of the names of spices on the lids but all I can make out is nutmeg and ginger. The rest are worn away. The outder tin box or case measures approx 8 1/2" across by about 4" tall total. The spice tins measure APPROX 3 1/2" tall and the grater is approx 3 1/4" tall not including the loop on top. A couple of the tins still have a little bit of contents remaining-just how I got them. ALL items are being sold together as a lot-nothing will be split up or sold separately. Condition is as shown in the photos. These are very old items so there is obvious& expected wear. Patina, tarnish, rust especially on the outer hinged tin, etc. Some of the spice tins might be better than others, I can't get the lids off all the tins and don't want to do anything to affect the integrity. Any cleaning, restoration, repurposing, etc will be left to the buyer's discretion. You're getting these items just as I did, sold strictly as is, shown& found. See photos. Antique traveling spice tin with 7 stencilled tins still filled with Ginger. Pepper, Allspice, Cinnamon, Cassia, Cloves and Nutmeg. The container and tins all have wear from decades of use. But the hinges and clasp are both in good shape. Any rust is primarily just on the surface- there's no breakthrough corrosion. The top could use one repair on the side where the solder has come loose, but otherwise everything is intact. The container measures 8 1/4" in diameter and 5" high. The tins are 4 1/4" high and 2 5/8" in diameter. Each container still has its spices. The top is wood with a tin band around the edge which fits into the bottom piece. The inside contains 8 smaller wood canisters which contain the spices. They are marked"GINGER. For your consideration is this Primitive Antique Clarks O.N.T. 2 Drawer Spool Chest Sewing Cabinet. This cabinet is primitively constructed with a fine hardwood and primitive hardware. It is solid wood and appears to be walnut. It features 2 drawers with glass advertising. The top drawer reads"Clark's O.N.T" The bottom drawer reads"Spool Cotton" Both glass areas feature a gold background with black lettering. The handles are also gold in color to match the background of the glass. This cabinet has been mounted to a very nice turned leg base that is made out of the same wood as the cabinet. We're not sure of the age of this cabinet or what kind of wood it is. It has been painted at some point but it looks like it's been a while. It has some chips. Tall antique vintage medicine cabinet or spice cupboard with two bottom shelves. Primitive hand made and shabby in vintage original condition. It measures 4 feet tall. And is 16 3/4" wide. It is 5" deep on the top, and 8" deep where the bottom shelves are. There are a few dings and fleck of old paint on it. It could use a light cleaning.dusty. Antique Indian( Silver( Spice Perfume Vinaigrette Search We are quite mystified by this piece. Any information is appreciated. This is a two compartment vinaigrette bottle or spice holder. One end has a screw cap and inside that side is what appears to be an old sponge. The other side is a hinge cap and is holding a dark brown fragrant substance. I don't know what the spice is. 3 Antique 1936 Vintage McCormick's Bee Brand Spice Tins Nutmeg,Cloves,Allspice
Here are three old spice tins from the 1930s. These are McCormick's Bee Brand spice tins. The twist tops on all three tins rotate and open as you would expect. All three tins still have some of their original contents. Each tin has COPR MCC& Co 1936 as part of the litho printing of the tin. The color and graphics look very nice on each of them. The cloves tin is 2 7/8 inches tall. The other two tins are about 3 1/4 inches tall. The Allspice tin has a spot of rust near the bee logo on one side, and near the top edge. The Nutmeg has some rust near the top of the side seam. Please zoom in on the photos so you can see all sides of each tin and judge the condition, since we are not advertising tin collectors. They are very nice and look good displayed together.

Exquisitely crafted in diminutive sterling filigree with gold wash. This 1 3/4" wide by 1" tall trinket box is in wonderful vintage condition and is marked both on the lid and box with the boar's head and two II beneath it signifying the Paris Assay Office mark of at least 800 sterling and dating from 1838 to 1961. This wonderful Blue and White Stoneware ginger canister or jar is in beautiful condition. The true color is more like our first picture. What appears lighter blue in the following pictures is actually stoneware white or light gray. This measures 3" tall X 2 3/4" diameter at the top. It is in near perfect condition with no chips. Cracks, or hairlines. Any slight imperfections were made during creation of this piece. An excellent piece to add to your blue and white collection or spice jar collection. It would even be great in a blue kitchen with a miniature bouquet. Postage will be priority. We gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases when possible.
