This is a lot of 3 early snuff boxes dating 1700's to early 1800's. Made of paper mache and met al. They are delightful accessory piec es for re-enactors. Stage& film productions or tobacciana collectors. None have been cleaned except to be dusted. The rectangular box and fan box are hinged. T he round box has very thin metal rims top and bottom to keep its shape. The fan box has a spring-loaded hinge and is lacking the fro n t clo sure mechanism. So it remains open. It has red underpainting( on the exterior, no red inside. The missing mechanism areas are b rown. Center underside of the top shows brown paper that seems to be an addition al piece of paper or tobacco. Not torn down to a lower layer. Hinge is well covered and the sprin g is still strong. Measures: 2 5/8 l x 1 3/8 w x.75 t Round box with nice. Precise designs on the ... moretop, features 12 on the outer band and 6 inside. Both top& bottom have metal frame bands t hat keep the shape. This is a simple round box with li d. With n o closure mechanism. The thin m etal band on the top has a pprox 1" area where i t is no longer glued to the paper. 2 Boxes of Antique 1930's Ever Fast Clip-on Paper Fasteners This is a set of 2 Ever Fast Paper Fasteners heavy cardboard containers with contents from the 1930's. Each box is supposed to contain 100 clips. The small box No. 1 has 68 white metal fasteners. The larger No. 2 has 85 brass. The fasteners are a cross between a paper clip and a staple. Squeeze the two pieces together and they fasten papers together by punching a tiny hole. And then clamping them together. The boxes are marked Clip-On. 100, Ever Fast- Fasteners, 1- and-2- Clip-On Corp. Oswego, N.Y. U.S.A. Being sold with the original fitted covered wooden boxes. All four vases with finely detailed Repousse bamboo and bird decoration. Rims also nicely shaped with delicate scalloping. The vases are attached on the undersides to round carved teak stands. Two stands are original. Two stands are replaced. One vase however is not attached to a stand(it was probably broken and discarded) A replacement stand is included but needs to be drilled for the vase to attach. One box has a crown on the lid and is marked portugal. It measures 1 inch square and is 1/2 in. Tall. It weighs 19g. Alone. The purse has the etched design on both sides and measires 1 in by approx. 1/2 in and weighs 5g. Its marked 925 on the inside. The next one is heart shaped and hinged on the right side. Its a little bigger than most and has a beautiful etched design on the lid. Instead of having 925 stamped on the inside it has the hallmarks along with the 925. Ill try to get a decent pic but my camera isnt that good. It measures 11/2 by 1 1/2 and 1/2 tall. And weighs 9g The smaller heart and square box have an etched design around the top edge. Both are marked 925 inside. The heart is 1 in. By 3/4 in. And 1/4 in tall. And weighs 7 g. The square one is 7/8 by 7/8 and 3/8 tall. It weighs 9g. Vintage Wooden Trinket Box w Lid Antique Old Boxes Bowl 3 Pieces
This very pretty. Unusual wooden trinket box consists of 3 pieces. You have the bottom piece, or bowl, which measures 3 1/2 inches at the base. The opening is 2 1/4 inches. The second piece fits in this opening and has a 1 1/2 inch opening in it. Then the little top lid fits into that. Very cool and unique! The bottom bowl is carved and inlaid with black stripes and then very small black stripes, and at the bottom, which I am not able to show very well with my camera, there are little birds and flowers and designs all around. The second piece is black and has carved designs all around it. The little wooden top has a white handle, and there are 3 little white feet on the bottom of the bowl. I am assuming they are plastic, I really don't know. It is in really good condition. There are a few scratches, especially on the bottom and inside ... morethe bowl, but nothing at all to take away from the beauty of this piece.

The name and the logo, we date these boxes to between 1901 and 1918. There are a total of four to be offered. This auction features the medium size and two small accessory boxes. These triangular wooden boxes are graduated in size. Appear designed to stack inside one another(see photo) Two of the boxes have a paper label pasted into the back. With the red-white-and-blue logo, NORVELL-SHAPELEIGH HARDWARE CO. and DIAMOND EDGE, with the arrow and“DE” in the center. MEDIUM TRIANGLE: The middle-sized is built with ¼ inch thick boards and small nails. The outside of the box shows old stain and varnish. Some old damage is visible to the edge of the left corner(see photo) The inside of ... morethe box is dark unfinished wood. The box also has the paper label with the Norvell-Shapleigh Hardware Co. Diamond Edge logo. The paper label is missing its right corner and bottom corner(see photo) There is one drill hole approximately in the center of the box(goes through the label) MEASUREMENTS: long side is 23 inches; shorts sides are 16.5 inches; 5.5 inches deep; about 12 inches from center point to bottom edge. Three Antique Boxes-Chocolates, Rose Soap and Fresh Flowers Old!
These are three old boxes that are in great condition. One of them is an antique chocolate box with violets and a blue ribbon on the front. It was made by the Columbia Chocolate Company in Cinncinnatio Ohio. It has some wear on the side with a few little holes but nothing serious. It is about 3 x 5 iinches long. The other box is an old rose soap box with a lovely red rose on the front. It is 8 inches long by 1 1/2 inches high. Made in Germany. The last box is a wonderful old square box that contained fresh flowers. This box is about 4x5 inches square and has a graphic of a woman and flowers. Has vivid colors. There is a small hole on the front and a few areas show some wear around the box. Nothing major. But still some wear. These are very old boxes and are sold as is. The lids are richly detailed and are in very good quality. One bottom is unmarked. The boxes have a very idyllic, exotic and antiquated feel to them. They measure 4" tall(10 cm) and 5" wide(12.5 cm) The boxes are in good condition except for that lid has one small petal chip, one lid has glue inside and the ormolu is dark. 3.3.
