These French porcelain boxes are beautiful. The attention to detail in the decoration of these boxes is sensational. They are painted in gold with leaf and bow designs. They also have gold dots on the outside. The gold on the top of the boxes looks as if it could be a crest or shield of some sort. Inside the boxes are initials and a single leaf. These boxes have brass metal flower latch closures. Both latch securely. The condition of both pieces is excellent, despite their age. There are no flaws. I do not know their exact age, I do know that they are older pieces dating back pre 1950. The bottom of the the boxes reads"Decor Main Halga Paris France" The boxes measure approximately 2 and a1/4 in by 2 in, and they stand almost 1 in tall. There are 4 boxes at 9" by 8.5" by 3" deep, each, One base at 11.5" by 11.5" By 4.25" tall, and two lids(so you can have one box off to the side) at 9" by 8.5" wide. Description: vintage lot of 1965 antique copper SE2(stem) shepherd casters in original boxes. There are actually 10 SE2(stem) shepherd casters and 1 ST2(stem) shepherd caster. Two of the boxes are SE2(stem) boxes and 1 box is the ST2(stem) box. The casters come with fasteners. Measurement: 10 of the casters are satellite 2" DIA. 1 caster is starlet 1-1/2" DIA. Contents: lot of 10 1965 antique copper SE2(stem) and 1 ST2(stem) shepherd casters in original boxes. Condition: the casters are in good condition. With a few of them having copper paint chips and fading. The boxes have some wear and tear. But they are still mostly held together okay. I purchase most all the items I sell at auctions. They are grouped into 35 antique garden boxes. Most of the tiles are the solid charcoal/black ones that are pictured on the right side of the close-up pictures. There are also quite a few of the solid salmon/pink color(also to the right in the close-ups) All tiles are approximately 2 inches x 2 inches. You may have to clean them up a bit as they are somewhat dusty from sitting but these should make for great rustic projects of all kinds. Navy blue and white enamel. No dents or dings, good hinge, unpolished and would make a grand pill box or similar. Approx 1 3/4 inches in diameter. 2. Rectangular box. Darker brass or possibly bronze with baby blue and navy blue enamel. The lid is completely detached and appears in the past someone attempted to reattach this. Still.
