Very good overall condition, This charming antique occasional table was English-made around 1920. Today. The solid oak remains as beautiful as ever, with a lustrous, dark complexion and a striking grain. The distinctive ogee rounded edges and barley twist legs also look quite wonderful, making this table a beautiful little piece to add to any collection. Another attractive feature is the scalloped edge which helps to soften the rectangular shape. This particular table is in very good condition with a wonderful finish. The barley twist legs are a good proportion for the top and are kept sturdy with a stretcher across the bottom. The top does have a few light surface marks and there is a small dark ring mark near one corner. These really serve to add character to an already great looking antique occasional table. A stretcher secures all four legs at the bottom. Barley twist leg tables are highly sought after. Here is a detail shot of top. The oak wood has a very striking grain and warm color.
