So I'm not sure where to start with this absolutely magnificent Art Deco or 1950's mid-century modern ... moretable. It is oval and has removable chrome legs and a marbled formica top, with a leaf in the middle that gives it an overall length of almost 6 feet. It is also just shy of 3 feet wide, and from the floor to the table top is about 31½" I've always had it set up with the leaf in place, so I don't know how seized up the locking mechanism might be, but if you can remove it, it would shorten the table length by about 11½" As the pictures show. The top has some overall surface scuffing and staining, and the legs have spots of rust showing through the chrome, and, worst of all, those stripes of red around the table top- which seem to be either vinyl or rubber- have dried up and are seriously flaking and peeling. For some reason, the stripes on the leaf aren't as badly affected as the rest of the table, so be sure to take a good look at the close-ups to get an appreciation for the condition. Because we don't want to get involved in crating this item for shipping. We are advertising it as"local pickup only" and we are in Cornish, Maine. However, if you really want it shipped to distant parts, then e-mail us and we'll see what we can negotiate. Based on weight and dimensions, we know that the major commercial shipping companies will charge an arm and a leg(at least) but if you want to do your own research, let us know what you find. We would, of course, entertain requests for delivery- subject to a mileage reimbursement- within a reasonable radius. I've been thinking about listing this piece for some time now, but probably because I don't know how to correctly distinguish the style of this unusual sideboard. I will refer to it generally from the period in which it was made. Which is circa 1950 MID-CENTURY MODERN SIDEBOARD Made by: FURNITURE GUILD OF CALIFORNIA Having little knowledge of the HOLLYWOOD REGENCY STYLE, it seems a good guess to me that since it was crafted in California, this piece may represent that(seldom-seen-on-the-east-coast-hick-cities) style. HOWEVER, what I see is a distinctly Chinese influence. Not just in the overall'pagoda' style of the top, but in the fact that the top is finished in a high gloss lacquer. 1950 1960 Eames Era Mid Century Danish Modern Walnut End Table Furniture
Up for is this Danish Modern Walnut End Table from the 1950’s or 60’s. The top of the table is has a veneer walnut like wood grain design and the legs appear to be made of cherry wood. The table stands 17 1/2” tall and around 16” in diameter. Condition: the tops appears to be in excellent shade. The leg have some minor scratches of age and one may be a very little bit wrapped. The 1” metal protecters at the bottom of each leg are somewhat discolored probably because wax was used when cleaning floor around it. For its age, in good shape. The legs will screwed off of inexpensive shipping.

Lillian Russell post 1950 Cherry wood bedroom furniture
We have a beautiful Lillian Russel bedroom suite that we need to find a new home. We have the dresser with full mirror. Lyre side table, night stand, chest of drawers with mustache mirror and head boards and foot boards with the bed frames. One of the foot boards has a crack in the wood as does the large mirror. They have been repaired. The tops of the furniture are in nice shape with little wear. These pieces have been in storage for over 20 years and we have no place for them. Its a beautiful set that will compliment any home. You wont be disappointed.

Vintage Dollhouse Doll Furniture Bookshelves Bookcase Bookshelf Rare 1950's
Beautiful. Old shelves for a dollhouse. I have owned this piece since the late 1950's-not sure if it older than that. I used to keep my minature doll items on it like china and goblets. Nice medium brown wood with an original finish. It is very rare to find quality wooden shelves like this one. There are metal brackets attached to top of shelves so you can attach to walls of dollhouse so items are safe on the shelf. Measurements: 7-1/4" tall. 3-3/4" wide and 2-1/4" between shelves. Condition: Very good vintage condition. There are a couple of tiny scrapes to wood(hardly noticeable) and some varnish loss at base of one of the spindles(also. This is a set of 1950's western furniture made by Economy Furiture from Austin.TX. All furniture is constructed of oak with what appear to be maple wagon wheel designs on the ends of the couch and the sides of the rocker. The couch is 83ins. long and 6 foot on the cushions. it is 3 feet deep.It is a hide-away bed.Has conpartment under it for linens.It is green naugahide with steer heads stitched in the back cushion.The rocker is 32.5ins. wide and 39ins. deep, and is maroon naugahide with a steer head stitched in the back.The end tables(2) are 23.75 ins long, 14.25 ins. wide, and 21 ins. high. The coffee table is 39.75 ins. long, 22.25 ins.wide, and 16.75 ins. high.It came out of a cottage on Indian Lake. Would be great in a log cabin. Any questions please feel free to ask. Hi. Up for sale is a 5 piece vintage furniture set made in Hawaii of Koa wood around the 1950's. The set includes 2 arm chairs with cushions, 2 side tables and a coffee table. They need to be refinished as there are a lot of scratches but no major damage. One chair needs tightening as it wiggles a bit. The cushions appear old, probably not 1950's but they do have metal zippers- they are in good condition with no stains, spots or rips but do smell musty. Pick up only- Bay Area. California.

Purchased from an estate, all original(except I replaced the six old and worn cushions with six brand new ones that still have the tags) There looks to be no repair work ever done on this, like I said it is very sturdy. The wood has a walnut color and shows only minor signs of use. The wire under the cushions are also in great condition. Measurements: 74in in length. 30in tall, 30in wide. The saddle tan naugahyde wagon wheel couch folds down to make a bed. With storage under it. The couch has a beautiful 16" by 7" dark brown and white, appliqued horse head centered on the back. Both ends of the couch are solid chestnut wood that are nicely crafted into classic wagon wheel designs. The backside has a light fabric on it.
