1900-1950 Italy Aus Milano Furniture Co Duncan Phyfe Green Leather Top Tables
It is hard to say when this furniture was made. It was made by the milano furniture company who has been around since 1920. The tables were made in Possibly Italy or Australia as that is the 2 main lockations I have found on the internet. That is not to say they don't have factories in the US. I don't believe the previous owner when he said they were 1920 tables. Maybe 1940 or a little bit newer. These are the two most beautiful leather top tables I have ever found. Thank you for looking! I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

MARX Tin Litho Colonial Dollhouse with 32 Pcs. of Renwal & Marx Furniture 1950's
This auction is for a Marx tin litho Colonial style dollhouse from the 1950's with 32 pieces of vintage Renwal. Marx and other furniture pieces. The dollhouse is in nice condition for its age, however, it is not perfect by any means. It has some slight denting and a few of the tabs are missing, including one of the top tabs for a wall partition. The dollhouse measures 33 inches long, 12 inches deep and 19 inches tall. Some of the furniture pieces are marked Renwal and Marx and some of the pieces are unmarked. The adorable bathroom set decorated with mermaids was made by Renwal. There are also a Renwal mother and father figure and the baby molded into the bed is also Renwal. I am not sure if the other baby figure is Renwal. 1950’s Marx Tin Doll House 5 Rooms w/ Furniture HUGE House!!
This auction is for a vintage 1950’s Marx Tin Doll House with 5 rooms and garage; plus furniture; this is the largest tin doll house I have ever seen. It measures approx. 33” inches long by 17” inches tall and 12” inches deep. The house is in very nice shape for its age with no rust; unfortunately there is some tape residue on the walls in areas. It appears that all the metal tabs are still present; the roof looks to have a bow to it but I’m sure could be straightened easily. There are 35 pieces of furniture and one rubber-like baby included. Vintage Plastic Doll House Furniture 1950's-60's Over 75 Pieces 6 People
You are bidding on a mixed collection of over 75 Pieces of Vintage Plastic Doll House Furniture and 6 Plastic People. The Doll House Furniture is a variety of styles and makers. It includes kitchen. Living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom, baby, and patio furniture. This collection also comes with a family of 4 that are made of plastic and are a creamy white color. I will note that the daughter has the base part pretty much eaten off. The other 2 people pieces have painted plastic heads, plastic hands and shoes but the bodies look to be made of cloth. The legs and arms move on these. The clothes on these are stained and not sure if they can be cleaned. You could make new ones though. The head, hands and shoes are clean though. On the furniture, most of the furniture is in good condition, I did notice that one couch had a crack, a pink ... moretable was missing a leg and the patio table is missing the pole(I would think you could make this with some sturdy wire and tape) all the other pieces look to be in really good condition. I would wash everything, simply because this has been stored for years. All of the pieces look to be from the 50’s-60’s time era. This is an original page from a 1951 magazine. Size(approximate) Page 9.5 x 12.5" Condition: Very good. Minor wear. Staple holes and edge wear on the left side margin can be trimmed. Left untrimmed to allow more paper to work with for framing. Etc. Paper is a bit more age toned than it appears in the scan. Ships well-protected in a poly sleeve backed by rigid cardboard. This 1950's playpen is hard to find. This one is made of natural wood shellacked with darling green ball feet. This is made by Strombecker. The original floor is missing so i cut one to fit. This mixed group of vintage 1950's plastic doll house furniture includes all the pieces pictured. Two dolls, and a baby. The teeter-totter and baby swing are Acme, the yellow candelabras(4 5/8" tall) are Holiday Hostess, the ironing board, carpet sweeper, slide, tricycle, ashtray,and lawn mower are Renwal, the sewing machine, picnic table, red chair, and wringer are Ideal, and the pail, watering can, dustpan, and birdbath and dolls are unmarked. The majority of the pieces are in very good to excellent condition with some play wear and light scratches. Exceptions include: The baby swing has been taped together in two places, the red watering can has melted spots on one side, the blue pail has a small dent,the wringer has tape on it and no handle, the dolls are missing paint.
