Dirt and some tiny paint specs. There is an indentation on the seat toward the back. The chrome is in very good condition with a few scratch marks and paint specs. This model does not fold completely flat as can be seen in the pictures. The top of the back is 27 3/4" The step is at 11" and the seat is at 22" Totally piece is 15" wide and 16" deep. Listing tonight is a nice mid century solid walnut arm chair that has great reverse bend arms and nice simple lines. It was from our camp and has been in storage for many years. The wood was wiped down with furniture restorer and has wear but the finish and patina hold strong after all these years. The cushion and skirt are shabby and need replacing but all the support and pcs. are there. No odors but pics tell the story. The seat is 15 inches off the floor and 16 inches wide in back widening toward the front. The arms flow out to fit larger adult with lower seat making it perfect for older adults. The rush seat is in very good condition and can be for a very long time to come. Under the front of the seat it is a darker color- probably from years of hands pulling the chair up to a dining table. There is a spot(photo#12) of a pinkish color. A light colored stain pen can probably cover it if it doesn't wash off. It is not very noticeable. Mid Century Cube chair- the saga I spotted the stylish modern chair somewhere on a porch. I believe. The fabric was in bad shape and the foam was mashed up, but, the frame was good and full of possibilities. To go back before this day, I had purchased very expensive, wonderful fabric at an upholsterers yard sale. I knew the chair would be perfect for this great design fabric. I signed up for upholstery class and took the chair as my project. I dropped out of the class after one class- upholstry is hard and takes skills I have not yet developed! OK. Then, I enrolled and paid for another attempt at the class. I never went. Finally, a very good, professional upholster did a wonderful job restoring the chair and putting on the fabric. It was just as attractive as I had envisioned. Now, the bad news is that I ended up spending wayyyy too much ... moremoney on the chair. The good news is I am selling the chair for under what I have in it, only $195.00. I now enjoy looking at it, but have used it very little because I did not have room for the chair originally, but it looks sooo good. In the right setting this chair will look outstanding, and, it is very comfortable. It has a expensive look and feel. because it was for me! Upholstry- new Walnut- has lots of distress marks. Vintage Cosco Canary Yellow and Chrome High Chair Stool Mid Century Modern
Mid Century 50's 60's Cosco Stool This is a nice canary yellow high chair from the 60's maybe 50's. The paint is in quite good condition. There are some scratches on the back.The sitting surface is a vinyl with a light padding underneath, it has no nicks, tears or cracks and is in good condition. The chrome is in good condition and has some very light pitting. I did not take the frame apart or I could clean the pitting around the intersecting areas with fine steel wool and it would come all the way clean. It comes with a chrome tray which has some wear. Scratches and rust. The bracket is missing a screw which is not a big deal, I used it without the tray, it is a little tricky to get latched into place. Padded soft vinyl seats and curved backrests make these chairs a comfortable& stylish addition to any modern space. The vinyl is in good condition with no tears or separations in the seams/piping. The rocking chair has a bent Chrome tubular frame with bent wood caned seat and back. The chair measures approximately 24 inches tall x 14 inches at its widest point x 27 inches long.
