The fabric is very faded and is worn, particularly at the bottom of the back, and will most likely need to be redone. The seat is in good condition, with no holes or tears, however, there are some stains on it that may not clean out, and the fabric is a bit faded. There are some light surface scratches on the wood portions of the chair as well, but it is in over-all good condition, especially considering that it is most likely more than 100 years old.

I have noted in my description of condition above that one of the rush bottom seats on this set is broken through, and simply replaced at present with a wood board underneath the seat cushion. The seat height is 18 inches and the seats themselves are 17 1/2 inches wide tapering to 14 inches wide across the back and 15 inches deep. Front to back.
