This beautiful piece has been intricately designed with inlay and burled wood veneers. There are 3 tall doors. The patterns on the 2 outer doors add so much character to this armoire. The center door is covered in a huge arched beveled mirror that appears to be original. The mirror has some fogging and dark spots, very typical of a piece this old. There are no breaks, chips or cracks ... morein the mirror that I can see. All the doors have key holes, however we do not have a key. There are 4 brass capped feet supporting the front and 2 feet supporting the back. Molded brass trim adorns the crest above the doors and the corners around the arched mirror top. The center cabinet has a bar in the top for hanging items. There are shelves in the side doors and lots of room for more shelves to be added. The center hinge on the right door is broken and the side panel has bowed a little because of it. There are several pieces of inlay missing from the design on each of the outer doors and the veneer is so old it has cracked and split in many areas. Overall this piece is in nice condition, it just needs a little tlc. I do not know the maker or exact date it was made. This armoire weighs 450 pounds. Beautiful Antique Golden Oak Two Door Two Drawer - Armoire-with original key
This beautiful 80" high armoire is 42" wide and 17" deep. It is an original antique believed to come from the early 1900's and with no veneer. It has the original pulls. Keyholes and one key. The ornate'crest' is 44"wide and 11" high. The two doors open up to what has been used as new shelves for folded clothes or storage, etc. The depth is not good for coat hangers unless you hang them left to right. The two drawers down at the base are handy. This entire armoire dismantles after removing a few screws when it has to be moved as in'floor to floor' which makes moving easier. The right door has some chewiness at the corner on the inside only probably from wear. There are two plastic over metal shelves currently installed. Restored antique Victorian style fainting couch with matte black recycled leather upholstery and matching pillow. Oak base with castors and a matte scale recycled leather covering that is plush. Durable and comfortable secured with round head tacks. Fantastic old look. This is a very old couch(not sure of the age- but you can see the styling) and I have much more money into the restoration than what I am asking for the couch. I just don't have the room and have never used it. It needs to go to a good home. MUST SELL! Measurements are approximately 79" L) X 30" H) X 30" W) This couch underwent a complete restoration a few years ago. The old upholstery was removed and redone- the wood frame was refinished and stained. Condition is very good overall with only minor imperfections in the leather(rub marks from moving around ... moreand some"catch" areas) and the oak has a few rub marks and cracks in the legs- but all consistent with age. No rips or tears and the upholstery is beautiful. All wood is original and was recently stained upon restoration. Castors were added. The original upholstery was in bad condition so I was able to save this piece by completely restoring it. Recycled leather is in perfect condition as this couch has not been used at all and stored in a nonsmoking environment. Wonderful antique furniture piece that is suited for everyday use. THIS COUCH HAS NEVER BEEN USED AND ALWAYS STORED INDOORS IN A NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT This is a pick up only item- located in Lena. Here is a big antique wood burning cook stove. Marked"Charter Oak" on firebox door and also on an emblem on oven door. Also marked"Charter Oak St Louis" on back. It is big and heavy. Made of cast iron it is about 40 inches wide. 25 inches deep(excluding handles on front and excluding pipe connector on rear) It is about 32 inches tall at the grill plus 20 inches for the backsplash for a total overall of 52 inches tall. I did not have a scale to weigh this on but it is very heavy. Firebox has some damages(photo#7) Ash pan needs replaced. Small piece broke off backsplash mounting arm(far left bottom in photo#3. Backsplash is still solidly attached) Left side of pipe connector is cracked(photo#12) Left side door needs a catch. Oven door is set up with a spring closure which needs adjusted. Other rather minor flaws. All four ... morelegs are good. Porcelain/enamel is nice with some rather minor blemishes. Water heater and fold out spigot are good. This is an antique"Stewart 270 Oak" base heater from approximately 1907 that is very rare. I found it upstate New York and had it professionally restored to a magnificent finish. It looks probably as good as it looked when it came off the showroom floor 105 years ago and is ready for another 105 years. It gives an amazing amount of heat and would heat up to 5000 square feet easily. It can burn wood or coal and is extremely efficient as it exhausts from the base so only the coolest gases go up the flu. It is also possible to cook on the flat top if you want. With the price of oil and gas today. This would heat your house for probably less than a quarter of your current fuel bills. Many parts were replaced during restoration including the grate, ash box, mica glass, hot plate and finial. Antique Kolesch Wye Level /Buff CO. Case/Oak Tripod
We are delighted to offer another fabulous antique fresh to the market. I have absolutely no knowledge about this kind of item so I am going totally on what is observable. The exact age of this is unknown but we suspect it is from the late 1800's to early 1900's. This is a Kolesch Wye Level. It is stamped on the side with the name and the model# 2992. I do not know if htere are supposed to be any other parts with this. There is no lens cap over the scope. There is paint loss from use and age to the black sections of this and the brass is tarnished. All of the levers and moving pieces move smoothly. There is a piece in the box that is round with three arms that screws onto the bottom of this. It is no tused for mounting this to the pole so I do not know what it goes to. There is also a second piece that appears to sit on top of the ... morescope. I think it is some kind of site piece. The instrument itself stands approximately 7" high to the top of the levers and it is 12" long. This is in a wood box that I believe to be oak. The box hasa metal tag that is diamond shaped and has the name"Buff" onit. There is also a paper tag on the inside of the box for"Instrument Repairing" information. At the bottom of the paper it has Buff& Buff Mfg. Co. Jamaica Plain Station. Boston, Mass. The box measures 13 1/8" x 5 1/8" x 7.5" It has a leather strap with a metal buckle. The buckle has some light surface rust and the strap is worn. It does not have any tears on it and the box can still be safely lifted with it. There are two eye hooks that hold the box closed on the front. On the inside cover there is a slot to hold the site piece and there is an eye hook that keeps it in place. This is missing the screw that the hook attaches to. There are scratches anddings on the box. The finish also has crazing to it. This also has an oak tripod with it. There is a metal piece that unscrews on the top of the tripod where the instrument screws on. This metal piece has the name Kolesch New Y

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN OAK / CHESTNUT FRAME w/ BEVEL GLASS MIRROR - GOOD CONDITION
ANTIQUE VICTORIAN OAK/ CHESTNUT FRAME WITH BEVELED MIRROR IN GOOD CONDITION. Frame is circa 1880’s. Outer measurements of the frame are approximately 24 ½ inches by 28 ½ inches. With an opening for the mirror of 16 inches by 20 inches. Frame contains a bevel beveled glass mirror. With about 1 inch of the bevel visible on all 4 sides. The mirror glass is in good condition– maybe not the original one in this frame– probably replaced many years ago. The oak/ chestnut was refinished many years ago– if you see photo of back you can see the dark original color. The finish is good– a nice dark honey color. Which shows off the graining of the wood. There are a few small chips in the oak– see my pictures. There is a narrow line– crack in one of the inside sections of the frame– about 3 inches long. And you probably won’t even find it. There ... moreis a narrow row of gesso carving on all 4 sides. The original gold tone liner is around the opening for the mirror. But there are some chips in it that were covered over when the gold was retouched. Looks good on the wall, but up close you can see the touch-ups on the gold. See my pictures. Frame with contents weighs just about 12 pounds before any packing materials. Old cardboard backing for the mirror. Frame is good and solid– corners are tight. No wiggle. ALL SALES FINAL. This is a really nice four door quartersawn oak bookcase-2 glass doors and 2 blind doors. When I original purchased this cabinet I thought it was a Danner sliding door bookcase. I am not so sure of that. May have been made by another company(Globe) but has the same type operation. Two doors on each stackable section slide back and forth. Adjustable shelf in each section. We have refinished this piece and it is in excellent condition with a smooth and even finish. Original wavy glass and also note the brass handles-rather Arts& Crafts style I would say. Also from the same estate I purchase an almost identical unit but it has four glass doors, two on each section-my stock number 14477. At any rate, the interior dimensions of each section of this unit is 31.5 wide, 25.0 high, and 14.0 deep. The overall size of the unit is 33 wide, 64.5 high, ... moreand 17.5 deep.
