The clock case is in remarkably good condition. The lower half of the glass door is embellished with the symbol of the American Eagle painted on the black glass. I've provided many photos. Time only, signed Ansonia Clock, which runs strong, and the calendar hand advances forward one day every twenty-four hours as it should. The oak case is in very good condition with a few small dents, but no veneer loss. The top glass has been replaced, but the signed glass in the door is old, rippled, and contains a few bubbles for character. The dial has certainly seen some use, but it is signed and does not require being replaced. The arm that fits into the slot to close bezel has been modified, but works well. As I was preparing this mirror for restoration. I found the remnants of an old newspaper behind the large mirror. It was dated September 16, 1903. That means this mirror is at least 111 years old, possibly older. The frame is magnificent solid tiger oak, which has been beautifully refinished. The four coat/hat hooks are solid brass which have been polished to a natural finish. The three original beveled mirrors, all have the usual aging spots, and shadows which is very common with mirrors this age. However, the image seen in the mirrors is clear. This is an extremely beautiful mirror which would enhance any hall oy foyer. 36 1/2" long 21" tall

Antique Adirondack Woven Oak Splint Pack/Picnic Basket w/Web Straps, 18" Tall
For your consideration is this large and impressive woven oak splint basket that is called an Adirondack pack. Trapper, burden or picnic basket. It was woven by a Native American of the New England area, most likely Micmac, about 100 years ago. It is 18 inches tall, not counting the handle, about 15 inches wide at its widest point, and about 13 inches front to back. It has olive drab web belting, possibly from old army surplus, which is all complete with functioning buckles. The basket is in excellent condition, with no missing or damaged splints, and just a few outer abrasions- it looks like it's ready for another tramp through the woods. Up for auction is a what I believe is a Weis Barrister Bookcase desk organizer. This organizer is 33"10/16" long x 13.5" tall and 11" deep. Desk organizer is in fantastic shape except for a sliver of wood missing from the back bottom(pictured) A piece of period molding is easily added to the back on both sides to hide the defect. Easy to make a campaign desk or wall desk out of this beautiful piece with some front legs(screw desk to wall. So all you need are two from legs) or add a pair of cast iron and or Oak corbels to support the desk. In any case this will be a beautiful desk when you complete. For sale is an antique Arts& Crafts Era. Quarter Sawn Oak 2 Drawer Cabinet. I believe this piece originally came from a sewing machine but could be re-purposed for may other things around the home. Makes for great desktop storage, recipe card holder, use with a sewing machine(its intended purpose) or even just for decor. Both drawers pull nicely and stay on their wooden track. Both drawers retain their original hardware which does have a slight patina to it. Also you will find a little wear here and there on this piece. Two corners are knicked up(last pics) And other tiny spots of wear may be found. Also there still may be some dust collected that needs removing in places. It was bought in the early 1980's from an antique store that labeled it a"Smoker's Cabinet from the late 1800's" The Work is Very High Quality. The Bevelled glass is Gorgeous! The Top drawer has a False Bottom and the door on this side has 2 latches. That hold it in place. There is a Key hole, but we do not have the key. Beautiful Design with the Brass Rods and Dangle Latch. This is an Old Piece-and the Condition is Spectacular. Size: 17 inches wide by 6 3/4 inches deep by 1 6 1/4 inches tall. Condition: Overall Excellent- Trying to list everything seen) Everything works well and latches tight- they latches have etched the wood a bit. It has a few nail holes ... moreand some overall age wear to the doors and the inside. There are some light bottle stains on the open side. On the inside of each of the doors- there is a black fillet- 2 of these pieces are missing(one has been replaced with a framers insert) But it doesn't affect the glass. It is still securely in place. This is a rare Globe Wernicke tiger oak cabinet. It has 12 drawers. Eleven of the twelve drawers have a metal bracket to hold a label. This cabinet has a tambor to conceal the drawers. There is a lock. But I do not have the key. A skeleton key may fit. I haven't checked. The cabinet has an oigee top and base. The back of the cabinet appears to be made of pine. Vintage Antique Oak Desk Chair Cast iron Swivel Bell Telephone Cook Quality
For sale is an adjustable oak desk chair that swivels. The hardware is from the early 1900's. Not sure on the exact year but on the base it is marked Pat Nov 30 1897. The base is also marked Cook Quality. I have not been able find one quite like this one. It is rustic yet shows very good. Solid craftsmanship. The style would make a nice addition to any style of office or home. Hardware is quite interesting and in good shape. There is a sticker on the underside of the seat showing a bell and on the bell is Local, Long Distance, Telephone. The sticker is also marked 2754. There is also on the bottom a round brass plate marked C 754. The wood is solid. Chair is very solid and usable. It apears that one of the adjustment knobs on the back has been lost and replaced with a bolt. There are only two casters with this chair and they don't ... morelook like they were originial and two are missing. PLEASE READ COMPLETE LISTING You are welcome to visit my ebay store Point-B-Salvage Great patina on this old farm child's high chair- From an old farm estate- Antique Southern Primitive High Chair straight from the farm- Lot's of love can be found in the history of this vintage farm chair- you can see the wear and use on every part- even the front legs show flat spots from children rubbing their shoes against the leg while they learn to walk- I'm figuring this chair from early 1900s but it might even be a little older- the scale and dimensions show true craftmanship- Looking at spots where the paint is worn. The chair appears to be built of oak- see photos- looking under the woven seat it's obvious hand split oak is the weave- again true craftsmanship in the making of this chair- The legs appear to be carved. But possible ... moreturned- they taper slightly at they rise to the top and the back rest has an offset where the top ladder back slat attaches- under the paint on the back it appears some old pegs have been added along the way- Looks like painted more than a few times during it's long life- looking under the seat it shows white. Blue and then a more pale blue- as wear has worked it's magic the patina has turned into a beautiful finish- The chair measures just over 20 inches to the seat- with the front legs up to the arms measuring just over 26 inches- the 3 spindles are on every side of the chair and are about 6 inches apart- the highest point of the chair. Purchased at an Estate Sale. Good Used Condition. Showing signs of age. Use& wear. The wood has scratches, nicks& dings and one crack on the back side. The leather is fair all over the bellows area except some worn places on edges. The leather trim at the bottom has cracks& rips. But does not affect the bellows working. A beautiful antique oak vanity and mirror. Still in good shape and has lots of life left! The vanity measures 29" tall x 31 1/2" across left to right x 17 1/2" front to back. The mirror measures 42" tall x 30 3/4" across left to right. Comes with sink, add your own vintage or vintage inspired hardware to complete the look! Due to the weight and size these two pieces are local pick-up only in Fayetteville, GA located about 24 miles south of the Atlanta Airport.

Scarce Dedham Pottery OAK BLOCK Pitcher
I believe this to be quite scarce; I could find only 1 reference for it from a 2012 Skinner. MA auction, lot 2603B with a repaired spout and it sold for $245.00. This appears mint other than a couple of small popped air bubbles when fired; no evidence of any repair or damage. Great dark cobalt color; 6 inches tall and 6 inches from spout to handle.The mark is light and a bit blurry but it is signed. No reserve and a sensible starting bid. Estimated S and I is $10.00. Description: The Chicago Telephone Supply Co. of Elkhart. Indiana, made this top-of-the-line model in the early 1900’s. Notice that the fine brass bells, mouthpiece, nameplate and other smaller parts have a very nice patina. The cabinet is finger-jointed quarter-sawn oak with its original finish and has no significant damage. Condition: The Bakelite earpiece and fiber-covered cord show little wear. The access door and hinges work well. Notice in the attached photos of the inside of the cabinet that the phone has been converted for use on a land line– I have no idea if that works or not. However. All these parts shown in the photos– the 5 bar magneto and crank, the bell ringing mechanism, the earpiece mechanism and switch are included. Description: Although its nameplate has been removed. The mouth-piece and ear-piece are labeled Stromberg Carlson, strong evidence for this phone’s maker. The bells and other hardware appear to be nickel. The cabinet is finger-jointed quarter-sawn oak with its original finish and has no significant damage except a small hole drilled in the right side panel. Condition: The external features are in good condition: the bells show little tarnish. The Bakelite ear-piece shows no cracks or chips, the mouth-piece shows good black paint, nickel and brass. You are buying a Vintage 4 bar magneto. Its made by Stromber Carlson. It has a very cool plaque on it. This is an oldie that still works. Its true when they say things were built to last back in those days. This is really heavy for its size. This came of a Vintage Oak Wall Phone box. When you turn the crank the bells would ring loud. The crank turns with ease.Some minor rust. But as you can see still looks great. I left it alone, its dusty and dingy. The only thing I did was oil it and now it runs smooth. The teeth on the wheel is something you don't see to often. This is a great piece of history. I have a couple more listed. Please check them out. Thanks for looking.
