BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE CHAIR! Listing is for one chair. Matched pair available) This beautiful, late 19th or very early 20th century chair, features superb Louis XV style. It has an EXCEPTIONAL FRAME WITH HEAVILY CARVED DETAILS. The arms feature long, carved bellflower swags. The chair is crowned with a rose swag pediment. Beaded carving accents are abundant. The legs are fluted and the back legs flare dramatically. The chair has been reupholstered at some point, am guessing about 30 years ago, judging by the fabric) The fabric is a silk or satin with a multicolor palette and a sateen sheen. The fabric has a classic, yet modern look and complements the chair beautifully. The chairs are in very good antique condition. As is very common.
