Unlike so many of chairs in this style that appear on Ebay. These are not a combo of woods or a generic hardwood stained to look like teak. They are each 100% SOLID TEAK throughout(sides, seat, arms and back) with removable upholstered seat and back cushions. Great looking from any viewing angle and they provide excellent comfort. Cushions are the original heavy inner spring design, so no fear of them loosing their shape verses just foam. Upholstery is a wonderful neutral oatmeal color woven wool, so will match in any color scheme decor. Seat backs will remove so each chair can ship in its own box via UPS oversize. measurements Overall each chair measures 31.5" high by 25" wide by 29" deep. The seat cushion is 20" wide by 4" high by 21" deep. Gorgeous Mid Century Lane Acclaim Dining Set A rare beautiful find.Made in 1964.I have never seen a set like this. It is a great find, don't delay and miss it I restore fine antiques. I acquired this awesome set from a estate sale in my home town of Fox River Grove, Illinois. The woman and her husband bought the set new. She is now a widow and was selling her home and belongings and moving into a retirement home. Having seen many meals and family gatherings, this classic was in dire need of a meticulous restoration. Someone attempted to do some restoration previously that was unacceptable and failing. I knew when I saw it this set was a diamond in the rough. After much blood, sweat& tears this set was returned to full glory. Classic Lane design using walnut veneers& solid oak edges Everyone loves the large oak dovetails. A retro ... morewinning look I restored this set from top to bottom including new black vinyl upholstery. These chairs had the original upholstery but were worn and one had a slit in the vinyl seat which was duct taped(black vinyl was the original upholstery) The chair seats also have new foam under the black vinyl I restored the finish with many coats of hand rubbed varnish which showcases the beautiful wood grains. the finish is highly water resistant. The table is an extension table with easy slide metal glides. There is an easy to operate latch/opening mechanism controlled with a lever There is one 12 inch wide leaf included with this set Of course you will notice 3 chairs match and there is a fourth matching arm chair style As you would expect with any fine antique there are character marks in the wood and minor imperfections. This set is not new, not a reproduction& not perfect.it is just a gorgeous authentic Mid Century Lane Acclaim Set There are 2 original makers tags under 2 chair seats which I saved and reinstalled.this entire set was made in Alta Vista. Payment by palpal only. A real nice Ottoman/Footstool from the 50s or 60s. It is 15 1/4" tall X 17 1/2" wide. The feet are 13 1/2" X 19" apart. It weights more than 8 lbs. It is not musky. AUTHENTIC late 50's Garrison Furniture's Danish Modern China Hutch. Solid walnut and walnut veneer case with solid wood drawers and doors on doweled legs. Measurements are: 68" tall. 48" wide, 9" depth at the top of the cabinet which expands out to 14" at the bottom of the upper glass cabinet and 15" depth for the lower closed cabinet. The upper part of the cabinet has 2 shelves with plate rack grooves and bypass glass doors. There are 2 drawers- one drawer has 3 felt-lined sections. The other drawer is unlined. The lower cabinet has 2 sets of doors and a shallow shelf. The shelf is set back slightly to allow storage of tall items in front. The piece is in excellent vintage condition. It is in excellent condition. With just a few minimal scratches(mostly on the double dresser) and normal light wear marks on the bottom(from vacuuming) There are no cracks, chips, or stains in the finish. These were carefully moved from one house to the next! This is a bargain way to purchase a quality set of furniture, made with the high standards of Scandinavian furniture makers. These pieces won't break or collapse, and the drawers open smoothly and quietly and don't stick. Pieces: Double dresser with mirror. 6 drawers. The mirror has a strong wire cable on the back for hanging on a wall. In the photo, it is just sitting atop the dresser and leaning ... moreagainst the wall. Measures 65.75W x 28.5 H x 18D. Mirror measures 26W x 42H, with a 2-inch frame. Single dresser. 5 drawers. Measures 35.5W x 44.5H x 18D, with 6.5-inch deep drawers. 2 night stands with a drawer. They are each 22W x 22H x 14.5 deep with a 3-inch deep drawer. Note that there is some slight color variation among the pieces. The tall dresser is a tad darker than the other pieces.
