This piece features solid brass pieces on the legs and chairs. Amazing tripod base style, a super cool piece we found out of a great estate! Truely a unique piece you may never find another one like it. The wood grain just glows and has amazing lines. The color and wood grain is mahogany and resembles Rosewood. The white leather chairs are very sturdy and no problems with the sturdyness, no damage or repairs to the wood that I am aware of. One of the arm chairs has the most amount of wear. One of the arms has most of the finish rubbed off(pictured) also the seat will need redone. Some of the chairs have some yellowing to them or build up in the seams due to ... moreage. There is some scrapes, dings and scratches on some of the legs(mainly the 1 arm chair has the most) I do not want to mis lead you so please know that this set is not in excellent condition and will need some attention if you desire perfection. The round table top in a large area looks like the top clear coat has a little flaking and doesnt feel smooth as the rest of the table. It has some wear you will see in the light such as a couple large rings like something was sitting on it. There is a couple small scratches from normal use. I'm sorry, it is hard for me to describe wear if I dont know what it was caused from. It will need a refinishing on the round table top only if you want it to look great. Send message for extra pics. I have more pics but it is hard to tell unless you are looking at it in the light. This set is still very very sturdy and strong and would not miss getting because of the wear you see. This is a very nice retro danish modern style Cosco plastic kid's booster chair. The chair is a light black/dark gray plastic with a black& white houndstooth padded seat. The legs are chrome& have plastic slide grippers on the bottom. The legs are adjustable. The pictures show the chair in the highest setting. The plastic is in good condition with no cracks or splits. There are a few scratches on the plastic. The most obvious one is on the front right of the chair. The houndstooth pad shows its age with cracks in the padding. The pad is completely in tact though. Dunbar Mid-Century Walnut Chair Danish Baughman McCobb Probber office arm 50s 60
Offered is a restoration project from Dunbar. This could be a great office chair. Conference, or dining chair. After many hours of research. I am 100 percent sure its Dunbar made, as it has a distinct style with the arm shape peaking at the backrest. I was informed by a Dunbar buyer that this chair was designed by Ray Zimmerman, and was catalog#6060, which dates it to 1960. So thanks to a fellow ebayer! It was made with latex foam over zig zag spings. And orange woven upholstery, that feels like hopsack wool. Size: 30.5 tall. X 25 wideset point, arm to arm, x 24 inches deep. Condition: The chair is as found. With no cleaning or restoration. Original latex foam is powder now. And shedding. The chair is with original material for your upholstery person to replicate the square pleat stitching. Original Tacks. But no tags are present. The material ... moreis stained on the backrest. It might clean up, if you desire the all original look, with new foam installed. Walnut wood on the frame is not scratched. But needs re-oiled or just cleaned. It came from an engineers estate. Mid Century Danish Modern Vintage ca. 1955 Original Hans Wegner Wishbone Chair
From an estate we are liquidating an circa 1955 Mid Century Danish Modern Vintage Original Hans Wegner Wishbone Chair that needs some tender loving care. Needs to re-glued at all the joints. Back rest is damaged and needs to be repaired and/or replaced. Included is a new oak back rest from Hans Wegner, it is not finished, so the buyer will have to finish it to match the patina on the rest of the chair. A small section of wood on the back of the wishbone part is missing, this is not a structural issue at all. We are including another oak replacement part from Hans Wegner, that does not match any part of this chair, but the oak might be useful in making the necessary repairs. If we were keeping the chair we would cut the part that needs replacement from the new back rest and attach it to the old backrest, thereby keeping as much of the original ... moreas possible. The buyer has the option of using the entire replacement back rest or using only in part. The patina on the chair is absolutely beautiful and the really cannot be photographed adequately by us. The caning on the seat is in excellent condition. In person inspection is welcome. This vintage piece came out of a home in Denmark and clearly was a take on the Hans Wegner Papa Bear ottoman/ stool. It is a cool design with its minimalist lines and would make an nice compliment to any Danish modern chair/ décor. The piece is constructed out of solid teak(handles and legs) with black leather like vinyl upholstery. It is supported by 4 teak taper legs which will unscrew for shipping. If the seat color is not for you. This is a very simply DIY upholstery project that you can do in about 15 min with any style/ color fabric of your choice and a staple gun. measurements 21" wide by 11 5/8" deep by 15" high at the sides(14.5" high in the middle) condition This shows a fair amount of age and ... morewear. The chair is listed as one of the most important designs of the 60s. And Finn Juhl is one of the masters of the Eames Era Danish design group. This chair is not easy to come by. And we are uncertain how many were manufactured. The solid teak heavy sculpted arms of this chair rival the work of another Finn Juhl furniture manufacturer, Niels Vodder, who brought the designer's work a level of craftsmanship superiority unmatched by any shop. Seats are 18" from the floor. is in good condition showing only mild age and wear from normal use, Has a crack at the back spade barrel of the armrest. And at the bottom of the lower back frame. See photo's. Cushions are included but not upholstered. For me to do this would be a waste as the buyer will most likely want his or her own taste to reflect in such a rare find. Up for sale is one Danish Black Leather Sofa and Lounge Chair. I purchased these at an estate sale here in Santa Fe from a woman who had lived many years in Finland and returned to Santa Fe with all of her European furniture. The credenza behind the sofa was from the same estate.NFS) These pieces are very well constructed and appear hand crafted with an excellent grade of premium dyed leather. I am not sure of the age of these unique pieces and there is no maker’s mark to be found. The leather is supple with no apparent wear. Scuffs or cracks of any kind. The 8 cushions are separate and are full leather on front and back with zipper. I did have the cushion foam replaced this past year. Both the chair and sofa have a full leather back side. Chair measures 18 to seat and 33 to top of back and is 24 wide. The seat has cross straping. Foam and batting cover with muslin. It is an awesome mid century chair. Danish Modern Mobler Chair and Footstool GOTE MOBLER NASSJO
This listing is for a Mobler chair and ottoman. This has the original label on it stating GOTE MOBLER NASSJO Mobel Made in Sweden. I do not know the true age as it was purchased out of a non smoking Estate in Sarasota Florida and the chair is now in a non smoking home. The chair is in very nice vintage condition and appears to have been cared for. The leather is soft, with light wear on the area where hands would rest. I did not try to clean this chair, I will let the new owner clean and apply conditioner to the leather. The wood appears to be rosewood and has a nice bentwood shape. The chair has a mechanism that allows you to recline to different positions. Please do not expect new condition, but nice vintage condition. Unusual Vintage Danish Modern Lounge Chair in Oak Wegner Wanscher Era
A n Original Danish Modern Lounge Chair in an Unusual Light finish This chair was created circa late 1950's- 60's This chair features wide. Propeller shaped arms with fins on the underside for a wonderful sculptural feel. It has tapered stiles in the front and back legs that slant outward. It retains its original cushions which are crafted of orange vinyl on the sides and back with a predominately orange patterned fabric on the faces. The covers are zippered for easy removal and cleaning. There are no signatures or markings on the chair that I could see. The chair measures approximately 28 1/4" high at the back. 26 3/4" wide at the arms, and is 29 1/2" at its deepest. The seat alone sits 15" off the floor and is 21" by 21" Very Good condition with no breakages or repairs. The finish is original and slightly ... moreuneven in spots(see photos) not so much that would need to be refinished but It could certainly benefit from a good scrub with an oil soap and subsequent rub-down with a nice lemon oil. There is small split in the left side upright of the chair's back but it does not affect the chair's sturdiness in any way(it is also hidden from sight by the cushion) The cushions have some slight discoloration on the vinyl from sitting on the chair rails for decades. Most notably on the back cushion(see photos) there are also a few small spots on the fabric of the cushions(again see photos) reliably safe packaging and insurance are included in the shipping cost. Some of the items I will not be putting on ebay(dyrlund dining table. Chairs, art) but feel free to email on it. This auction is for a Kofod Larsen Selig lounge chair. I do have the matching footstool or ottoman! This comes with original webbing/springs and cushions. Footstool has matching cushions. I will combine on shipping of these two items. Clean original finish with minor scuffs which is indicative of the age/era and general use. Solid and clean overall. Cushion is not"crunchy" dried out. Naugahyde in good condition(off white/vanilla color) Quite comfortable and can be used as it sits(pun intended) or change upholstery to go with your own decor.
