Antique small oak rocking chair pretty wood grain LOCAL PICK UP ONLY
Here’s a cute little rocking chair. Pretty oak wood. I think this is quite old. It originally had a cushion spring type seat which was worn out. I replaced it with a solid seat. It needs a cushion to lay on the seat. The arms are a bit wobbly. They can be tightened up by removing the wooden plugs at the screw holes. The plugs are probably glued in so they won’t be savable when you dig or drill them out. You can buy replacement plugs cheap. Or you can leave the arms wobbly. They’re not really ready to fall off or anything. Just wanted you to know about them. The chair is 35 inches high. The seat is 15 inches high, 21 inches wide and 18 inches deep. Antique A.H.Schram Platform Rocking Chair Coil Spring
This Auction is for a somewhat hard to come by Coil Spring from an A.H.Schram Platform Rocking Chair. The chair of course had two of these springs and I will be putting up the other spring later- this auction is for only one spring. The chair they came off was not in bad condition at all. But shipping costs from Canada are very expensive and the cost of shipping a whole chair would be just out of the question- therefore the reason for selling just the springs. Even though this spring will most certainly be used for a replacement on another Schram Chair and as such only the spring will be needed. Antique Canterbury or Enfield Shaker Rocking Chair 1880
This Shaker chair is a rare form from either the Canterbury Shakers or the Enfield Shakers. Those two settlements in New Hampshire were the only ones that used this incised finial. The rocker features a spindle back with traditional mushroom capped arms. The chair has the original/ traditional black over red milk paint surface. Completely untouched. The tape seat is light green, brown, with a salmon stripe(not the original tape) This chair was an elders chair and not constructed for the"Outside World" for sale, as the color and construction are of traditional settlement chairs. This was a really nice chair just before it was dog food. Do ya suppose the population at the shelter increased after this? Does the term justifiable homicide come to mind? Fido has done the major number on more than a couple of spots on this one. Some are repairable by sanding. Some will require new spindles. The leather seat is usable. Not sure what kind of wood. Possibly maple stained dark reddish brown, but I could be proved wrong. Bought this to put back together myself. But have two lifetimes of project and only a half a lifetime left. Awesome Antique LLoyd Loom Rocking Chair
Here is a fabulous example of the quality and craftsmanship that went in to the construction of Lloyd Loom products. This rocker. Nearly a century old, is still solid and sturdy and very comfortable. The wicker is in great shape with very minor signs of wear. I don't know if the darkness is the original color wearing off or if it the result of 90+ years of use. Antique Grandpa's Rocking Chair
this chair has been handed down in my family for three generations.It was brought to the U.S. from Denmark in the 1890s it does not have the original rockers they were replaced in 1986 when the chair was refinished. the back needs to have a piece of fabric put on.

Victorian Antique child's rocking chair in brown wicker
This brown wicker children's rocking chair. Circa 1920 is in incredible shape for its age. It has intricate weaving through out and even underneath the chair. It has been stored safely in a bedroom for decades. The chair stands 22 inches tall, 15 inches wide and the seat is 12 inches deep. It was passed on to me from my grand mother.

Beautiful Antique Children's Rocking Chair. Very sturdy& well built. Details all still intact. Has not been refinished. Varnish is evenly bubbled up throughout. I don't see any screws in the assembly, all metal pegs. Also has a quilted hand sewn seat pad added. Measures 26" tall x 20" base. 11" to the seat.

It is a Short Arm style.The arm rests do not go all the way to the front. Then continue down to the front legs.Instead they are separate.
