1950s Cabinet Drawer Knobs, Pulls, Mid Century
These are 1950s knobs. Used in good condition. There are nine of the larger ones-1 1/2 inch, and nine of the smaller 1" ones. They all have their original screw. These could use a wipe down with Goof Off to clean them up. As there is a bit of old paint on some of them. The red paint is mostly intact, with only a small nick on the edge of a few. Good American hardware from back in the day. These would compliment a vintage cabinet or kitchen with the correct touch of the era. Or provide a unique highlight to a more modern kitchen.

2 Vintage Iron Industrial Stanley Tool Chest Handles Drawer Cabinet Pulls Knobs I’m still listing some items from last week’s estate sale and auction. And I had wonderful luck at this weekend’s flea market- some really really unique items, you don’t want to miss! Be sure to check out the manymanymany old hardware sets that I am listing this weel- this one is an anomoly. As there are only two. But what they lack in number, the totally make up for rustic, vintage original charm! What I have are two older vintage(if not antique- they are old) door/drawer/cabinet/tool chest( pulls. They are marked in the center as being made by Stanley in the USA so who knows, maybe they belonged on an old tool chest originally- I don't know, but they'll be yours to do with what you want. Made of iron, they measure 3" wide by 3 1/2" tall at ... morethe back mounting plate, and have an inset handle that makes the front flush with the mounting plate in front. The inset area of the back is 2 1/4" by 2 1/2- so you know for your project- see photos 6,7 16& 17 for both pieces, at the backside, and what I'm talking about. Measuring from the front of the mounting plate, to the back of the handle inset, it is 1/2" deep. Each handle weighs an amazing 1/2 lb- these were made to last and have! The round looped handles swing up to just past a 90 degree angle. Both handles are in excellent solid and sturdy condition. They have a black finish- that shows barn level/quality( dirt and dust and could use a good cleaning- see my photos. The black finish is rustic, with wear and light surface rust where the metal is exposed- you see it more on the corners- see my close up in photo 8, but you can also see the surface rust in small spots all over- there are no sharp edges or eat through/holes- it's surface only. The finish is a lot less worn on the back side of the handles. You could of course refinish, or you could leave rustic as they are- the have the BEST rustic, primitive, industrial charm! The top left edge has a fairly clean repair. But the repair on the top right edge is more obvious because there is a small chunk of wood missing. This repair does not ... morelook the best, but the top of the cabinet is not loose. Wood shrinkage caused a small split on one side. At the bottom edge, as shown below. The split is stable, and it will not be a problem. There is some thin white paint spatter in the same area. The finish has some wear, and there are some nicks, dings and scratches. The drawers are very sturdy and well made, but they have a few old stains inside. The drawer pulls are securely attached, and problem free. NO ODOR. The top is 2 boards that have coved trim. the one board and trim(drawer front of cabinet) can be lifted off. 7 drawer hardwood collectors cabinet
This auction is for a very nice collectors cabinet which has seven drawers of varying depth and dividers. The base of each drawer is glass lined with white paper under glass.and all drawers lock via a bar which is actuated when the bottom drawer is closed. The bottom drawer has a lock but no key but the lock can be changed without any problem. The case looks like mahogany and has a few dents here and there on the edges and shows some age although im not sure how old this is. There is an oak(i think) support above the bottom drawer i suspect to give strength to the lock hasp. Some dust in a couple of drawers but the undersides all look as new and proberbly very little used if at all.
