I have not seen anything like this one on EBay since I have been looking in this catagory. I remember seeing this cabinet when I was a kid in Dr Mc Danials office in 1962 with all the bottles and jars so clean and orderly. This medical cabinet came from a closed doctors office in eastern Nebraska. It appears to be the original paint with the original beveled glass on the sides. The combination of metal and glass makes this medical cabinet very heavy. I had a locksmith make a couple of keys for the lock. He is good at what he does. The lock mechanism moves smoothly.The latches that the key would turn to unlock and lock the unit where removed and could not be found. Mid Century Metal Pelton & Crane Dental Cabinet Stand Glass Door Medical Yellow
Mid century dental cabinet made by Pelton& Crane of Detroit. MI. Pelton& Crane was founded in 1900 by a dentist and an electrical engineer and is still in business making appliances, furniture and accessories for use in dental offices. This cabinet most likely dates from the early to mid 1900's and is mostly made of metal painted a soft yellow color. It has a two tiered top surface, probably with the extra black shelf for use holding instruments or tools. The top drawer contains a white enamel dish and has a glass or crystal knob. The lower cabinet has ridges in the side for shelves and sits behind a bevelled glass door. Arched feet and an overhanging top. There is a metal company tag inside the top drawer, as you can see from the pictures. Overall. This piece is in fair to good condition, but does have some wear consistent with ... moreage and use. There are chips to the paint in several places, most notably at corners and edges and across the top of the black tray. Some of the exposed metal has minor rusting. Also the knob for the lower cabinet is missing and we do not have shelves for the interior. Otherwise, there are no breaks or visible repairs. The cabinet stands 34 1/2" tall and measures 23 1/2" wide and 13 1/4" deep. Here is a very. Very nice mid century, probably 1950's, all metal medical medicine cabinet that mounts on the wall. Not sure if the cabinet is galvanized steel, but has that look to it. This cabinet is really in excellent shape for its age. The cabinet itself measures about 22" high, about 17 1/2" wide, and about 6" deep. The mirror measures 9 1/2" x 14" The cabinet has no dents or dings in it except for one small ding on the back right side(you can see in picture) Not sure if the cabinet is galvanized steel, but has that look to it. There is also a bit of tape residue on the back of the cabinet in one upper corner- I took some of it off, but not all. The best thing is the built in metal shelves, they look great. For auction is one vintage metal medical/dental storage cabinet from the 1930's or 1940's. Made by the Hamilton Manufacturing Company. It is in excellent original condition. It is painted a slightly ivory white, and is free of major scratches or dents. It has been thoroughly cleaned, waxed and detailed. Beautiful metal pulls with black enamel trim. The black top is wood with a black paint or lacquer. There is a spot on the backsplash where there are some permanent spatter marks that can only be seen in a certain light. There is also a faint stain in the surface about a couple inches across(see photo) There is some mild wear to the paint and metal surfaces(on the black base, most noticeably) and a large stain on the bottom of the cabinet inside. Vintage Metal and Glass Medical Apothecary Cabinet by BETZ Co.
A vintage metal and glass cabinet made by the Frank Betz Company. It is from a family estate and was being used in a medical practice well into the 1970s. We think that it dates from the 1940s or so. Its appearance is commensurate with its age. That is, a little rust that can be easily dealt with. The item is in original condition with original lock and key, hinges and casters. The glass is in excellent shape with no cracks. Dimensions, H 59.75 inches, W 20 inches, D 14.75 inches, box portion height 33.25 inches. This is a large, heavy(70 pounds) and fragile piece and will need to be picked up. It is located in the Sumter South Carolina area. Also, we will drive to meet the buyer up to 150 miles for a small fee to cover transportation costs or assist in any way we can with shipping arrangements.

Vintage Antique Industrial Metal Medicine Cabinet for Dentist or Medical Doctor
Check out this white metal medicine cabinet that probably at one time graced a doctor's or dentist's office! It breaks down into four sections- a two shelf compartment at the top with a glass door; an open shelf in the middle; a drawer with a slightly off-center divider; and a two-shelf cabinet below with a metal door. The three handles are chrome. And the upper door glass is fitted with a wire reinforcement in a diamond pattern. So here are some measurements: It's about 63¾" tall. 21" wide, and 14" deep. The upper door opening is about 18½" x 19" and each shelf has about 10 inches of headroom. The open shelf is 9" tall and the drawer is about 3½" deep. And in the lower compartment, the top shelf has about 11" headroom, and the lower chelf about 16½" It has areas ... morethat have substantial paint loss. Especially the very bottom shelf and the bottom area at the back, which have suffered some heavy rusting. Also, it looks like someone at one time fitted the bottom drawer with a hasp and staple lock, which was later removed, leaving the screw holes. Restored Vtg Industrial Metal Medical Rolling Cart Utility Night Stand Cabinet
For auction is one beautiful vintage medical cart/utility cabinet fully restored in a polished steel finish with a protective tung oil clear coat. The top is stainless steel. And it has two long handles near the top on either side. It has one center drawer and one door, the very bottom of which has a latticework of tiny rust holes that look amazing against that polished finish. There are also a number of small copper weld marks near the bottom which also look cool(see photos) Despite the polished finish, there is still plenty of vintage character among the remaining scratches and spot welds. Dentist/Doctor Metal Medical Cabinet with Beveled Glass Queen Anne legs
I believe this is a dental/doctor's medical cabinet that was made by Max Wocher and Sons. There is no markings. Overall dimensions are 45 1/2" High. 16" Deep, 21" wide. The chamber is 23 1/2 High, 13" deep, 14" wide. This would make a great curio cabinet and a great accent piece. It has a small crack in glass at one corner, I have had it for over 40 years and moved it around quite and it and seems stable(check photos) all glass 1/4" with beveled glass on sides and doors. I have seen similar cainets ut never with beveled glass. There is a thin coat of white paint to abate rust for those interested in total restoration. No lock or latch. I purchased this piece from the Sturm estate(Sturm Ruger Gunmakers) ack in the 1970's and never got around to restoring it. It is solid with no major rust out. Metal & Glass Apothecary Sterilizer Medical Barber Cabinet -possibly WWI WW1 era
RARE! Attention Collectors! This beautiful little metal cabinet. Painted white measures approximately 14” tall x 12-1/2” wide by 8” deep. Inside shelf dimensions are approximately 11” wide by 7” deep of which there are three removable shelves. Glass front, glass sides with metal back. This was made to hang on the wall perhaps even in an ambulance. The hand painted red cross on the front appears to resemble WW I era iron cross or possibly even Royal Red Cross(Britain) The original estate was owned by a barber– perhaps this was an apothecary piece, but we’ll leave the final judgment in your hands as to where this amazing piece originated from. We believe it to be made out of steel or possibly stainless steel but it is HEAVY at 12 lbs. All original hardware with latching system in perfect working order. 1930's ANTIQUE DOCTOR'S MEDICAL ICE BOX 3 DOOR METAL CABINET ~RARE~
Here we have a Doctors Anti-Septic Metal Medical Ice Box Cabinet. These are a hard to find item. This is the larger model which is even harder to find than the smaller ones. It measures 32.5 inches wide. 18 inches deep and 46 3/4 inches tall. It is marked on the back L75L and Cork insulated. This has the original metal back with the stampings and has had no paint or parts replaced. There is one missing latch hook for the right door, I did find a few of these listed here on ebay that you can purchase to replace, they are the same ones as you would of used on the old Home type ice boxes. There is one corner piece at the top on the right side missing and those are listed on here as well. There is a few pieces of trim missing, other than that all looks good. Vintage Industrial Doctor Dentist Metal Lighted Medical Cabinet ArtDeco Original
Here is a great early metal industrial medical cabinet. Other than the additional coat of paint that was added at some time. I am quite certain everything about this cabinet is all original. It stands 63" tall, is 22 1/2" wide, and 16 1/2" deep. It is all metal with a glass door and two glass shelves. Very solid, heavy metal, and the cabinet is quite heavy. The inside hinges have a wonderful look to them and it appears that all of the hardware is original. The four legs on the bottom have screw in feet that are all adjustable. The two glass shelves have some minor chips/roughness around the edges. There is a bulb on the top front side for lighting the cabinet. However, the electrical cord is bare where it enters the cabinet back, and I have not attempted to plug it in- worse case is that it would need to be rewired. This cabinet ... morehas a great deco look to it, and I believe it may have originally been painted that light aquamarine/pale blue green color. The later coat of paint is chipping in places and the back side has a real'crackle' paint look to it. A very nice solid piece of history.
