The original glass has been replaced with one large sheet behind the glazing bars but it does not detract from the overall very pleasing appearance. Vintage Open 1pc Corner Cupboard
Here is a fine little one piece corner cupboard with a quality wallpaper interior that looks wonderful loaded with anything; flow blue. Pewter, and glass or ceramics. This was made by Hammary and is about 40 years old with the color and paper added later. There is a hole drilled in the back for a candle but that is papered over. A nice bracket base, correct proportions to replicate an early cupboard, and only requiring a 24" corner makes this a desirable addition to any room. Measures 78" high. 36" wide, 16" deep. A fabulous find is this antique solid quartersawn and straight sawn oak cabinet with handsome designs of inlay on the door and around the drawers. Two of the three doors are false. However, the drawer area encompasses the entire area under the main cabinet and the bottom. The door has a fantastic inlaid shell design. The classic canted corners help display how beautiful the patina is on this old cabinet. The door to the inside is paneled and is chamfered on the inside. There are several shelves. Height to the top = 42" Width across the front = 24 3/4" Depth is 19" in the middle and 20 1/2" on each rear side. Canted corners are 4" each. Area under front of cabinet is 1 3/4" This corner cabinet as always beena corner cabinet and built as such versus being a hanging corner cabinet made from the top of a standing ... morecabinet. The inside of the door has a crack that does not extend to the outside. It is 100% secure. The inside top shelf sits and is not secured in, we believe this is correct. All the nails, the hinges, the lock and the 2 hanging hoops are original, we do not have the key. There is slight wear to the wood, you can refer to the pictures. OUTSTANDING! 1800'S RARE EARLY OOAK ANTIQUE FOLK ART PRIMITIVE CORNER CABINET CUPBOARD SIGNED AND DATED* Up for auction is this very unusual corner cabinet. It's old! We're not sure how old but the detailing puts it in the 1800's. Possibly earlier. This is a unique and rare cabinet/ cupboard. It has the original rich, dark black paint and a fantastic patina! On the front on the door, there's a painting of a vase of flowers. Only the flowers are very visible now as the vase has faded over the years and now you can just see the outline of the paint. The writing above the flowers says"Fanosi Josef Kesri" It's hard to read the rest but we think it says"tet* 869 BC" We are fairly certain this mean British Columbia. It might be 1869, maybe it's 869! Either way, it's still old! and fabulous! It ... morehas scalloped edge trim all the way around the cabinet. The hardware on the door is old and the bottom one may have been replaced at one point. There's a bent over nail to hold the door shut and this has rubbed off the paint in that spot over the years. The door is bowed out slightly as you can see in the picture of it laying on its side. To close the door you have to lift up on it a little bit. The drawer below the door is old and nicely dovetail mortised. Big. Primitive dovetails, just the way we like to see them. The drawer slides in an out on a little board that was likely added later to help it from flopping around. The drawer pull is a simple wood element and this may have had a finial on it at one point. The drawer requires a little wigglin' to get it to set in there also. But, when the door and the drawer are all set in, it looks amazing! The back two sides are old thick wood. And the cabinet is heavy as a result. Weighing a good 34 lbs. There are holes in the back wood, likely where they hung the cabinet from. It measures 33.5" H x 27.5" W x 14.25" D(middle) and 20.25" down each back side against the wall. This is a fantastic early piece and

Up for consideration is a fine American Mid 19th Century Pine Probably Pennsylvania Corner Cupboard in original paint. It stands 90 inches tall by 48 inches wide by 26 inches deep. The piece has wonderful textured crackle and alligatoring finish.which is 100% original. The piece is strikingly Neoclassical and Architectural in form. It has Gothic arch type design doors with classic fluted carved columns. There is some scratches to the paint and light overall wear. The cupboard has some bluish green type stenciling outlining the outer lines. There are also some strategically placed Green leafs with possibly Grapes and Plums in the middle of the door panels. The interior matches the exterior coloration with slots cut for plates along the back boards. There is some nice wear to the interior giving the piece some real old warm charm. The piece features almost all of the original glass panes/windows; a total of 20 window panes, 5 replaced panes. The inside top has three scalloped shelves, permanently affixed. Antique pine corner cupboard blind door 19th century narrow country primitive
A 19th century pine corner cupboard in a primitive country style. The finish is very worn and dry but not original… it looks like it was painted at one time and then stripped. The hardware has also been replaced; the lock plates on the back of both doors are missing but the doors do close and stay shut. It has a single door on top and a single door on the bottom. And it breaks down into two pieces for transport. The piece measures approximately 87" tall, 38" wide, and 21" deep- a nice narrow size. There is some later replaced wood on the back of the piece which visible in the photos. It is a well worn piece that has a nice country look… the molding at the top is a nice feature. Vintage Primitive Handcrafted Wood Childs Corner Cupboard Cabinet Doll Furniture
Charming vintage handcrafted wood child's two door corner cupboard. Circa 1930's to 40's. Made with flat head screws. But, the knobs have been replaced with newer ones. The*glass* is a very hard, clear plexiglass which looks like antique glass. All original brass hardware(except knobs) which have a nice patina as does the wood. I believe the wood is pine? Structurally in excellent condition. Very little wear to the wood. Measures approx. 25.5" tall x 11 3/4" across x 9" I have not dusted or polished this piece. If the winner should like, I would be happy to give it a quick polish with antique improver and orange oil.please let me know.

I am delighted to offer for your consideration. This antique corner cabinet. This piece dates roughly around 1840-70's. In the classic and lovely Empire style. Wonderful curved doors and arched wood detailing. Ones of this age and size and very rare and highly collectible! It stands 18 inches tall. From tip to tip at the widest point it is 17 1/4 inches. The two back panels that go against the wall are 12 inches wide. The top has a nice strip of inlay wood. It has it's original hardware but no key for the lock. The overall condition is very good and it is ready to enjoy. The piece appears to may have been painted at some point. Slight remnants visible. The doors are not flush and a space is present as seen. LG Kentucky Primitive style Solid Walnut Corner Cabinet Cupboard 4 Doors Antique
Normal 0 I had this lovely huge piece of furniture made for me when I was in Kentucky in 1984. I commissioned a retired woodworker who was about 70+ years old at the time and he lived near Clinton. KY.for the life of me, I can't remember his name but his work is some of the the best wood craftsmanship I have ever seen. I brought him a picture in Country Living magazine of a corner cabinet that I wanted and he made it to the exact specs. I was more than thrilled to see it when he finished. I moved to New Mexico in 1993 and this has been with me every since. I am downsizing and really have to have this beautiful cabinet sold as it is no longer a piece that I need. It is large and heavy and takes 2-3 men to move it. The doors. Drawer and top(dental work carving top) can be removed. The front and partial sides are made of solid walnut. Thick ... moregrade. It will hold a large TV.that is what I had it made for years ago when the TV's had a"bubble back" The far back sides which are out of view are made of Walnut thick grade plywood. This cabinet is still in remarkable condition even after being in the New Mexico dry weather all these years. The only things I should point out are minor but nonetheless I want to inform you. I drilled a hole(about 1 inch) in the far back middle and lower to accept the tv plug(you can see the holes in the pictures) and also at the rear of the top shelf there is a small hole drilled so that I could connect the tv to the VHS player. Also. The bottom side piece of walnut molding came off and I screwed it back in although there are no visible screw holes anywhere in this cabinet. The doors(lower and upper) have about a 1/4" gap of space between them. It may have been like this all along and you can probably decrease that space by adjusting the hinges. It's certainly nothing detracting but I just want you to know all that I see with the cabinet. THIS CABINET WILL NEVER BE LISTED AT A LOWER PRICE.

walnut corner cupboard three piece 9'+ tall unusual
In over 30 years in the antique business I have never seen a corner cupboard like this. It is in three sections and a little over 9 feet tall. Although a real eye catcher with all three sections. It could be used with two and then hang the top section. Beautiful carved trim, great key hole decoration,square nailed, hidden compartments and drawers. I tried to photograph the way each of the top two cabinets will slide the back to reveal hidden compartments. There are also drawers in the bottom section. The base is about 55" across. No shipping. A beautiful vintage French Louis XV style corner cabinet. Which is a real spacesaver for displaying china, glass or collectables. It is most unusual in design, featuring two sections- a display area to the top and a rounded, enclosed cabinet to the base. It has some age, but is not as old as many of our pieces. We would date it to ... morec1960/70. The corner cupboard is of solid oak. And oak veneer construction. The top display section has an impressive and substantial shell design carved central feature, and applied, curved astrigal-type decoration to the glass door. There are three triangular-shaped shelves for displaying those precious treasures. The base is drum-like in design with a large rounded front. There is wonderful carving to the base. With a recessed, shaped panel. The piece stands on carved, cabriole legs to the front. It retains it's original fittings and hinges. The cabinet has an overall height of 198cm. The top display area is 84cm high. 67.5cm wide across the body and 76.5cm wide at the pelmet. It is 39cm deep. The base section is 84cm high, 77cm wide and 60cm deep. It presents as a real storage and display solution requiring little space! This is a charming piece! It is in lovely vintage condition. Appraiser's notation: Walnut 12 pane corner cupboard in one section cove molded cornice above single 12 pane door. 2 lower doors with flat panels. Cut out skirt and feet. First 1/2 19th century. Excellent refinished condition. This piece is heavy and solid with no loose doors. Panels, shelves, glass, or joints. There is a light patch on top right side of top door and a darkening on the lower left bottom door( please see photos) The key and lock are fully functioning on top glass door. Yew wood is a native English wood that is not common, but has many of the same features as maple. The second unusual feature is that we know who made this corner cabinet. Usually English furniture does not include a maker’s mark. On the inside of the lower door is the mark for Bevan Funnel, a very prestigious ... moreEnglish furniture firm still in business today. We have dated this particular model to sometime around 1980. From the Gothic arches on the glass doors to the sturdy bracket feet. No attention to detail was spared on this corner cabinet. Inside the top section are two adjustable wooden shelves. They adjust via a brass pin and hole system. The lower cabinet contains one wooden shelf. Both cabinet doors lock and one key is included. A moulded cornice crowns the top while a recessed panel door with trim really shows of the attractive qualities of yew wood. The fact that after over 30 years this yew wood corner cabinet is still in excellent condition is a testament to the quality of skill and care that went into its construction. It has survived with no noticeable wear and would make an excellent addition to any room of your home! This yew wood corner cabinet would look great in any corner of the home! Offered is a pair of matching Vintage Corner Cabinets. The color of the wood is somewhat light and may be oak or pecan. I am not sure. Shelves are grooved to display plates upright.Hooks have not been removed that were used to display cups. Closed panel doors below have shelved storage. Each one measures approx 80" tall x 34" wide x 24" deep. Each one did not free stand and so were secured to the wall with brackets. That are not visable. These belonged to my husband's mother who purchased them years ago and are in a Condo that is being sold. We would keep them, but do not have the room to display them.
