Handsome all original corner cupboard. In natural pine with clear finish, not too shiny, just the right amount of distress in the surface finish. The back is original vertical boards and the hardware is original too. There is a bit of loss from wear of the boards in back at the base. Also some loss at the base of the boards in back of the top part. Not visible when the cupboard is in place in a corner. The front looks good. This is an absolutely fabulous matched pair of vintage solid wood 1930s corner china hutch cupboard cabinets with glass fronts. They were originally built-ins for a stately old home. The style could nicely fit in with lodge or cabin type furnishings or a more formal setting. The hardware on them is hand wrought iron. The glass is individual panes of nice old glass. They each have plenty of storage in them including cabinet door storage at the bottom. They measure approx 90" tall x 37" wide x 12" deep. The workmanship is excellent and of another time. The broken-arch pediment is striking and unusual. The thin arms lifting from the molded top in a cresting wave, curling into fine inlaid pinwheel rosettes; these opposing waves of the pediment flank a fine inlaid pointed urn finial raised on a plinth base of conforming inlay. The arched door is crafted with through-tenon joinery, the fragile corners supported with butterfly ... moredovetails on the inside(possibly later) it features twelve glazed panels framed in scratched-bead walnut astragals, opening on original hinges to reveal a shelved interior. Each shelf is channeled to display plates and platters, the front edge of each shelf molded, one shelf crafted to hold utensils in the front edge. The case has outstanding proportions. These eased by the thick molding around the waist and the inlaid band around the shoulders- this easily divides the visual planes of the piece into graduated levels that are easier for the eye to digest. The bottom of the case has a pair of solid walnut doors framed in a matching inlaid band, each embellished with inlaid shield escutcheons to match the arched door, these opening to reveal a shelved interior. The lower piece is on a scrolled bracket base with two molded flat paneled doors with the original key and two glass pulls that match the one in the top piece. Antique Hanging Corner Cupboard - Hand Chamfered and Pegged
Lovely 19th Century Hanging Corner Cupboard Perfect for displaying collectives or storage. This cupboard is all hand chamfered and pegged! I believe the wood is walnut but can not say absolutely. It does show evidence of old wood worm activity but it is inactive! We recently repainted removing it from where it hung and decided it was time for it to go to a new home. The dimensions are 47" tall 32" across from where each side touches the wall and 17" deep. The one door does have a slight warp at the bottom as seen in the 7th picture. 1850's Pennsylvania Corner Cupboard Good Condition
A beautiful 3 corner cupboard made in Pennsylvania around 1850. This antique is original. The outside and inside are exactly as originally made. It has been in our family for quite some time. We hate to part with it. But due to health issues which resulted in a move to an assisted living facility, it can not go with my mother so we have to sell it. It is a dark hard wood but not sure what kind of wood it is. It has the typical look of any antiques of this age but is in really good overall condition. There is one pane of glass that has a very small crack. We actually didn't notice it until we started taking all of the china out of it. It is in a lower pane in the corner. Very small. Antique Vermont Corner Cabinet or Cupboard
Old corner cabinet/cupboard from 1800's Vermont. Distressed painted wood. Two parts stack nicely. But are shown here with top mounted on wall brackets. The height of the base with the riser/backsplash thingy is 41-3/4" while he horizontal top surface of the base is 37" above the floor. The base projects about 24" out from the corner to the front or about 30-1/2" along the walls. The top piece is 38" in height and projects about 20-1/2" from the corner to the front or about 24" along the walls. So when stacked the pieces are about 80" high.

This is a Kentucky made walnut corner cupboard originally from Canewood Farm in Bourbon County. I purchased it from Loch Lea Antiques in Paris. Kentucky some twenty years ago. This piece stands 83" tall and is 40 1/2" across the front. It has matching dentil molding across both the cornice and base. There has been restoration to the base and the piece has been refinished. HANDMADE FOLK ART N C CORNER CUPBOARD OPEN CABINET SHELF UNIT * VERY UNIQUE*
A VERY UNIQUE and INTERESTING piece! It has a bit of a folk art flare to it. This piece was built in Winston-Salem N.C. by Phillip Massey. Mr. Massey passed away over 10 years ago at the age of 80. He was know for building things out of whatever he had at the time. It is 69 3/4 inches tall. And the shelves measure 18 inches across the front and 10 inches deep in the middle. I AM NOT certain of the age of this piece, but I think probably 60/70 or so years old. If you are local and would like to come by and see this. Call me at 336-788-6449. Very. Very nice corner cupboard- no maker, but most of the furniture from this clean out was Thomasville or Ethan Allen(all high end) Not sure of the original finish. It has been painted black and I think it looks great The inside is a beige 2 doors at the bottom. 2 glass-center doors at the top- the pull handles have a push button you use to open them and the left door(w/out the handle) on both top and bottom has a latch you press to release and open The back has the two sides and a flat panel in the center; and the sides have a 4" flat piece as well- hard to explain. But it is not a perfect triangle- the two 4" flat pieces on the side make it look much better when put in the corner.gives it a finished or built-in look Measures approx 73" tall x 31" wide x 17" deep The cut outs on the glass are wood and original ... moreand really give it a nice look- the finial at the top looks very 60's or 70's Colonial to me. Large ANTIQUE One-of-a kind TRAMP ART filigree CORNER CUPBOARD
I have owned and enjoyed this piece for over 20 years. Available now. As I am down-sizing. This is the most amazing example of filagree wood art I have ever seen. One-of-a-kind. Superior craftsmanship. It's size is also impressive. 20" tall x 15" wide. Top shelf is 9" deep from center and 14" wide. No missing parts. Has an interior center shelf. Two holes in back make it easy to screw or nail to wall. Some pictures show a greenish gare to gold paint. Just a function of camera. Fairly consistent gold finish is original I believe. Classical fluting and richly detailed paneled doors, which have shrinkage separations from age for antique character. Up for bids is this very unusual primitive. True Antique hanging corner cupboard. This corner cupboard is guaranteed to be antique. This cupboard has so much character. I've never seen one quite like it. This is a rather small hanging cupboard. It measures only 21" across the front and 17 1/2" tall. The shelves are 8" deep through the middle from back corner to the front. While this was built to hang on the wall it can also be used sitting on any surface. It sits very evenly and can be used anywhere. This could hold quite a few canned goods but I have shown a few only in the viewing area so you can get an idea of the size. The cupboard shows appropriate wear. Some loss of trim. Some splitting of wood and on the lower right side some loss of the edge. This piece has old irregular nails and rivets. This is 1 absolutely fabulous vintage solid wood 1930s corner china hutch cupboard cabinet with a glass front. It was originally a built-in for a stately old home. The style could nicely fit in with lodge or cabin type furnishings or a more formal setting. The hardware on it hand wrought iron. The glass is individual panes of nice old glass. It has plenty of storage in it including cabinet door storage at the bottom. It measures approx 90" tall x 37" wide x 12" deep. The workmanship is excellent and of another time. A very large and impressive antique. Circa 1880's, cherry stained maple Chippendale style corner cupboard. It is two piece construction: cupboard with two arched doors having sixteen panels(fifteen with the original wavy glass. The crest is broken arch type with carved flower rosettes on scroll necks, three urn finials on fluted plinths. There is an incised diaperwork to the front above the doors. The interior has an ivory color paint. The cabinet below has a center drawer between two faux front drawers, with brass batwing brass pulls. The two doors below open to a compartment with a shelf. There are two carved scallop shells on the doors. The front has carved claw feet. The interior doors of the cupboard are stained mahogany. The furniture measures 8'7" 103" tall by 4'2" 50" wide by 20" deep, the three ... morecupboard shelves 17-1/4" deep at center. Country Pine 1890 Antique English Hand Crafted Corner Cupboard. This charming country pine corner cabinet from about 1890 originally had no sides or back. It was built into a corner about 1890. About 50 years ago, the back and sides were added to make a free standing cupboard. Knotty pine has deep moldings. There are some shrinkage separations and warps to the doors from age for antique character. The warm honey finish is in extremely fine condition and has been waxed and buffed so only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its glow. This antique furniture from England has carved turn buttons to secure the doors. Dimensions are 55 1/2" across the crown tip to tip. 7' tall and the sides are 26" from the back corner to the front tip of the crown.
