Circa 1900 Mahogany Green leather inlaid steps Sturdy and strong Minor surface wear, Here is a very hard to find set of antique library steps. These steps were made in England sometime around 1900 and we have recently imported them into our Atlanta. GA antique furniture store. Library steps like this were designed to allow someone to reach the top shelves of the bookcases in their libraries. Some are simple but others like this one are more decorative and add elegance as well as utility to the room they inhabit. The wood used is solid mahogany and the stairs themselves are covered in a green leather with gold tooling. A mahogany pole is central to the steps allowing one a place to use their left hand to keep balance while perusing books with the right. This pole is topped with a decorative brass cap. These antique library steps are in very good condition. The only wear is some superficial surface wear to the stairs as you can see in the photos. Structurally the steps are sound. At 180 pounds I am able to climb to the top stair and feel very stable. This is a very unusual find and would make a really interesting addition to any room with tall bookcases. These antique library steps are sturdy and beautiful. The four stairs spiral around the balance pole. Here you can see some of the minor surface wear to each step. The mahogany feet are quite sturdy. Each step is covered in gorgeous green leather. A beautiful and interesting addition to any home or office. The turned mahogany balance pole is capped with a brass top. Have Questions? This is a vintage doctors chair. Still in excellent condition! Believed to be from the early 1940s. Approximate measurements. Chair- 35" X 17.5" X 17.5" Seat Cushion- 17.5" X 15.5" X 7" Base- 12.5" X 12.5" Chair has four wheels that are all in good working order. Chair is a brown color. There are no rips or tears in this chair. Really great condition! Has awesome furniture tacks around the back rest. Please refer to photographs.

Up for bids is a Vintage Furniture style La Fiesta Ensembles#5500 floral ladybug Desk/Dresser set. This is a very Beautiful set that needs to find a good home. This was my wife's Grandmothers and she has long passed and not really sure of the exact date but rumored to be late 30's maybe early 40's. The family also says that this was purchased as a complete set. The dimensions on the large dresser piece is 36" X 50" X 12 1/2" includes 4 shelves 2 open and 2 enclosed with 2 hinged doors. Dimensions on desk dresser 31" X 45" X 18 1/2" includes 3 drawers and hinged shelf for desk. Dimensions on smaller night stand are 13" X 27" X 15 1/2" includes 1 drawer and shelf. This is a used set but still in great vintage condition. No major scratches. Dings or breaks just usual wear and tear from ... moremany years of use. In need of a good cleaning but all drawers and hinges function properly. Don't think you will find another set like it so don't let this one get away.
