Up for sale is this Antique Medicine/Anything Cabinet bought at an estate sale. It has the shabby yet chic vibe going on with it. It is truly one-of-a-kind. You will NOT see another one of these around. The dimensions are 25 inches Long X 13.5 inches wide X approx. 4.5 inches deep. Inside there are 3 shelves approx. 3 inches deep each. The bottom inside also has another"nook" or shelve where you can store things. When you look at the cabinet. There are 2 pillar like pieces of wood on either side, very shabby yet chic, peeling paint with white showing through. The"glass" is actually hard, beveled plastic and it has these scratch looking marks on the plastic but they are meant to be there- it is part of the plastic. Antique 1940's Wood Medicine Cabinet. Pretty Sturdy. 23 1/2 Inches in Height and 13 Inches Across and a depth of 6 Inches. Original glass knobs. The inside measures 12 Inches Across and 4 Inches Deep. I measured the depth where the shelf slots are. There are 2 rows of 7 slots on each side. The shelves are not with the cabinet. The cabinet had a cute drawer in it. The glass has a panel line design in it. It has been painted white and on the sides you can see that it was green at one time. This is an original cabinet that was rescued from a remodel of an old 1940's house in Minneapolis.

Fantastic white Antique Medicine Cabinet. Most probably from the early 1900's, although I do not know, it could be older. Has several exposed rusty nails and a few newer nails put in to hold it together. Seems pretty solid despite its looks and numerous cracks and breaks. The back has two flat brackets with holes for hanging on large head screws on the wall(18" spaced wall studs should work to hold the two screws) It is 21.75" tall, 18" wide, and 6" front to back. The hinges work fine, though a little rusty. It has two shelves plus the bottom. No cracks in the door glass or side glass. Hi there. This is an antique bathroom medicine cabinet. It is in good condition with normal wear and patina. It was painted with a brush in Pistachio green many. Many years ago. It has the thick and heavy bevelled glass mirror that is in excellent condition. This cabinet has a very neat and unique latch that requires pushing the button down with your thumb to open. This latch works excellent as well. This cabinet has a few naturally occurring cracks in the wooden back board. This is no big deal and could be left as is or could easy be replaced if desired. The hinges are solid and work smoothly. The shelves are very sturdy and intact. This is a very nice distinctive medicine cabinet with natural patina. It hasn't been touched for at least 60 years. Nurse First Aid Antique Figural Medicine Cabinet Cupboard Vintage WWII Era
This medicine cabinet is in very good condition for it's age. It has a few small nicks and chips. 2 holes in the back for mounting(as well as a copper wire) and is fully functional with a tight gripping latch. It measures 33-1/2" tall x 13-5/8" wide x 4-3/4" deep. Knob is 1-1/4" diameter and sticks out another 1-3/16" from front. Bottom to top of cabinet is 22" and the Nurse's head makes up the remaining 11-1/2" in height. Width of interior is 12-5/8" and each shelf is 9" tall. Weighs 13 lbs 10.5 oz. I have not attempted any repairs, and those dark spots on the back are from where I had just wiped away the dust with a damp cloth. The design speaks for itself. A lovely vintage or antique medicine cabinet of slag glass with permanently painted(baked on? colors within applied leaded style design. The three shelves and towel rod are made of pine. Total height is 25 1/2" Width is 14 3/4" and 4 1/4" deep. The oval design is 14 1/2" x 7 1/2" In excellent condition, no name is seen. The sixth photo shows it a naturally dark so on the final photo I put a white sheet of paper behind the glass and it really brought out the colors. Thanks for looking.

Please check out the pictures– they show how wonderful this old cabinet is. This antique primitive wall mount medicine chest cabinet with mirror door has all of its original paint(at least two coats) and the original mirror. The wood was first stained. Then painted old green, and then the tan or beige it is now– there are some splatters of white around the edges, too. The mounting bracket at the top is brass and is 2 7/8” across the bottom and is 1 3/4” tall. The back panel for this cabinet is a fantastic piece of wood that was most likely used as a shipping carton at one time– ... moreit is marked with the words: hospital. 751 Albany St, Boston, Mass. and the numbers 436 in a circle. This wood cabinet stands 26 1/4” tall from top to bottom. The top piece is 19 7/8” from side to side and 5 5/8” from front to back. And then narrows done to 19” across the front. The middle of the cabinet measures 18 1/4” from side to side and is 4 7/8” from front to back. The base or molding around the bottom is 19 1/4” across the front and is 5 1/4” from front to back. The door is 16 3/4” wide. 23 1/4” tall and is 7/8” thick. The mirror measures 18 3/4” x 12” and is mounted securely into the door. The two-piece latch is fully functional and is 2” long(with both pieces) The mirror is free from any scratches or gouges but there is a very small amount of poisoning in the lower right hand corner. There are also some bits of paint on the surface that will easily clean off. The cardboard backing on the mirror has some old water damage– probably from bathroom steam. There are 3 shelves, including the base of the cabinet. They are all in very good condition, but do show signs of use. This nice old medicine cabinet once had many layers of paint. Most have already been removed especially on the outside. The paint is still on the inside. There's a chip in one inside corner( see picture) The pine looks to be southern pine. The mirror is beveled with a few spots where the silvering is gone. But it still works fine! No shelves. But has slots to accommodate 6 shelves. The mirror is held on at the bottom by two wood pieces and a screw type bolt at the top. The bolt has rusted. The surface of the mirror has some areas of cloudy spots with a black spot up by the flower design. Picture shows this well. As soon can see from pictures reflection is good in mirror. The chest is made of wood. We do not know what type it is but it could be oak. The wood looks good on all sides and the back. This is an AUTHENTIC DRUG STORE MEDICINE CABiNET. That comes from a defunct Drug Store in Lorain(near Cleveland) Ohio. Oak. With a dark stain. 2-Doors. With original BRASS latches. Bottom door does stick. 2 Drawers on very bottom. Inside the main cabinet. There are multi shelves, adjustable with original wooden wedges that fit into the angled grooves on both sides of the cabinet. Cabinest was made this way so the druggist could easily adjust the shelves for the many, vaired, heights of bottles and jars that he kept in the cabinet. There is a noticeable odor of MEDIcINE when you open the door. It is not objectionable. But it is there. NOT musty, but medicine-y. I think it smells sort of like an old LINIMENT. FANTASTIC ANTIQUE MEDICINE CABINET WITH DENTAL MOLDING A MUST SEE!!
This is one of the nicest antique medicine cabinet bathroom cabinet I have had in some time and my pictures do not do it justice. Now I am going to be honest and anyone who is looking for a cabinet that they can hang the day they get it this is not for you. It needs an afternoon or two to either finish the surface or paint it. Paint the inside and add whatever shelves they like decide if a few scratches on the original beveled mirror is okay or replace it and replace or simply leave the side molding on the right hand side. Now this seems like a lot of work but as far as paint and shelves and wood the cost at any hardware store will not be much. This is just a really beautiful and well made and sized(28 1/2" tall. 19" wide and 6 1/4" deep on the case) medicen cabinet. Antique White Bathroom Medicine Cabinet Shelves Recessed Triple Mirror 1920-1940
Up for auction is a gorgeous old recessed triple mirror medicine cabinet. Vintage piece dating to the 1920s-1940s. All 3 panels open. Inside there are 2 metal shelves that are adjustable. Made of metal. Wood, and gesso trim around the mirror. Measures 29 1/2" wide x 24" tall x 5 1/4" deep. No chips in trim. One area of wear in mirror shown in photos. Some discoloration on shelves. VERY heavy! Sorry about the increase in shipping- I try to do free shipping or low shipping(below cost) whenever possible. Unfortunately the post office has raised their prices again this year + the cost of packing supplies has gone up and eBay now takes 10% of the shipping I charge and puts it in their little pocket.
