Handcrafted Antique Pine Dry Sink
Looking for a good home! Tall. Antique pine dutch-style dry sink with brass liner, handmade. Three upper drawers with shelf on top and cabinet on the bottom with shelf inside. It has quite a bit of wear, which is usual for an item of this age. In today's terms we would call it"distressed" I've owned this cabinet for about 7 years and it has served a decorative purpose during that time, but it shows signs of a much more practical past life. It was found in a salvage furniture shop on Dixie highway. And the shop owner had no more information about its origin than I have given here. It is a very nice, heavy piece of furniture, and definitely old. Dimensions 48" wide. 53" tall. Available for local pickup.

Antique 19th Century Country Pine Dry Sink Hutch Breakfront Media Cabinet
My grandmother grew up in the Hudson Valley and later loved to hunt for antiques in and around Cape May. New Jersey. This pine dry sink was one of her finds, and it used to sit in her foyer displaying, among other things, a pitcher full of flowers and a big wash basin in which the day's mail and newspapers were deposited for later perusal. It was probably used originally in a kitchen(for washing fruits and vegetables) or in a bedroom(for washing, shaving, etc. Poor lighting made it difficult for me to photograph this piece well. And I have misplaced the paper on which I noted measurements. I will add them to this listing soon. I would describe it as in good condition given its age- solid and without visible cracks, insect damage, etc. but the knob has become detached from one drawer and it has now been misplaced. You can probably replace ... moreit easily with a similar knob, or you can replace all three knobs with porcelain ones to add a little life. Antique Dry Sink - Great as Entertainment Center
This dry sink was purchased in Red Wing. Minnesota in 1975. At the time, I was told it was about 100 years old and believed to have been made by a craftsman of Norwegian descent. The dimensions are 55" x 21" x 31. The doors are constructed of beaded board, and the piece is very solid. There is one shelf inside. A board has been removed from back to run speaker cables, etc. But, original board is in tact and can be reattached.

This is a very nice authenic Antique Dry Sink circa 1900(could be older) and I know very little about style and wood except that it came from the Chicago area and has been in my family for 60 years. It has been refinished lightly. But the original wood grain is visible, and very little staining. The quality of the piece has not been compromised with painting or any modernization. All four roller casters are off but included. And the old fashioned key is still in the door which does work, although a little damaged due to age. From what research I have done, I think this dry sink was the type kept in a bedroom rather than the kitchen. It has a decorative back piece and styling. I recently purchased these and they came as a set. Grouping. There's a bed, matching dresser and dry sink. Sold to me as dollhouse furniture, they are larger scale but still would fit into a larger dollhouse I'm sure. They're doll furniture or dollhouse furniture. I had some antique dolls I wanted to display with them but the dolls were a little too large. They are neat antique folk tramp art pieces. I am not normally a collector but I purchased them for a specific purpose and for display but they were not the correct size. The dresser measures 4"X7"X5" for instance. The bed is a bit longer and the dry sink is the smallest piece. Was told by seller made from old cigar boxes, handmade and since they are old, antique pieces, they are NOT in perfect condition, overall fair, good condition but what I call sweet imperfection. ... moreI just love them, wish they'd worked for my display. Seller also stated mattress might or might not be original-my opinion it is due to aging of fabric, just looking at it, it's super old-and bed might be missing a slot or two-that didn't matter to me because you don't see them anyways and it looks like plenty were there to secure mattress, think they were just being cautious. One of the drawers on the dresser is missing a bit of trim too. They show wear from age, patina, are very, very charming in person. Bed has old Victorian decals on headboard, just adds to the charm, the other two pieces also have decals, though small/tiny compared to decals on bed. Hand carved, one of a kind folk art pieces, just don't find these very often. Thank you!

Antique Primitive Pine Handcrafted Farm Kitchen Dry Sink / Circa 1800's
Beautiful antique small country primitive pine dry sink probably made circa 1860-1890 in very nice condition. It is made of solid pine boards(even on the back panel) and assembled with. I believe, hand made rectangular headed nails on the lower cabinet part. In the era before indoor plumbing these were used to place wash tins inside of the top for doing dishes and hand washing etc. It is very solidly built and heavy for its size with normal wear and staining for a piece this age. It has a nice vintage look to it and has that wonderful feel of"really old pine" and a great patina. Works great for mini bar or kitchen storage, etc. It measures 40" wide, 18.5" deep, and stands about 30" high. Free local pickup in the Denver, CO metro area. Antique Estate English Dry Sink Table w/ Gorgeous Majolica Tile Circa 1900
This Antique Dry Sink Table is just Beautiful! It is the nicest one I have ever seen and I have been collecting for over 40 years. The piece measures 42" wide plus an additional 11/2" on the left side where there is a wooden and iron towel bar. The depth of the table is 191/4" There is a Marble top where the owner would put a large bowl and pitcher of water. The height to the Marble top is 27" The top piece with the Mirror measures an additional 35 3/4" The Mirror is original and it is beveled. I believe the wood is English Oak. There is hand carvings on both sides of the Mirror. This piece dates anywhere from 1880 to 1910. There are two small shelves on the decorative top. The bottom cabinet opens and has two doors. Nice and open inside for storage. The legs have casters so this piece can be moved easily. The best ... morepart of this Antique Dry Sink is the Majolica Tile. A 19th century primitive lift top dry sink measuring approximately 29-1/8" tall. 40-1/4" wide, and about 19" deep. We do not know the maker. It is in good antique condition with normal surface wear commensurate with age and use- plenty of dings, scratches, etc. but no major problems. The hardware has been replaced. The inside of the bottom cabinet has been painted red. There is some loss to the wood in the area of one of the back legs, but the structural integrity of the piece is not affected(see photos) Please view the images as an extension of the description.
