Shown is this antique wooden curio/display case. It is wall mount. Or you could just set it on a table. It measures 23 x 8 1/2 by 18 1/2" high. This piece does show wear. It has scuffs and nicks, the plexiglass(at least that's what I think it is) needs to be anchored better on the door. The door handle is missing, etc. Still.a great old curio! This auction is for one of two beautiful 1930s/1940s glass hinged door bookcases/curio cabinets/china cabinets which I have had FULLY RESTORED. It belonged to my Grandmother and I had it professionally refinished inside and out in a dark Mahogany/walnut stain/finish(which includes the top of the shelves. Legs and the inside back of the interior) This piece is wonderful because it can be used as a book case. China cabinet or curio cabinet. I have used it as all three over the years. Lock and inner door shelf lock hardware(please note there is no key. At its widest points. The depth of the inside of each shelf measures approximately 12.0” As you can see large books as well as china can be easily placed on these strong adjustable shelves. I bought this at an estate sale. It is a beautiful Ogee clock case. Brewster& Co, out of Bristol. Ct. around 1840's and oil pastel around 1877. Typical of the. Time the scene is a somber victorian atmospheric scene with clouds. Trees, Church and graveyard in the foreground. Beautiful lighting in the oil pastel. Antique Eastlake Curio Apothecary Cabinet Carved Wood Cupboard Beveled Glass
Hi. You are bidding on an Eastlake style curio cabinet. The piece is in good condition. There is a slight ding underneath the wood not visible on the bottom and that is photographed. But I think you will find it in good condition throughout. The glass is beveled. I do not know about original hardware as I do not know about these cabinets. I just found it and know they are loved. The size is 30 inches tall. 22 inches wide and about 6 inches deep. The door opens nicely. The wood is a darker color but the picture lit up when I used the flash. The truer color is the darker color. I do not know the kind of wood, either. The back has some panels to protect possibly the glass. They are stapled on and I do not know if they are original. It could be that they were reinforced. No idea. But it is lovely and in good shape! Thank you.

You are buying ONE(1) Wooden Cabinet. Probably home made using 3/4 inch planks. lap jointed(not butt jointed) and nicely done, very solid. probably made of poplar(hard wood) stained and varnished. Originally designed as a key cabinet but I think it will work for any similar item: keys. Padlocks, tags, charge coins, anything that can hang by a hook. but valuable enough to be locked as necessary. 18 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches. equipped with 12 solid brass cup hooks. Solid brass YALE drawer/cabinet lock and two Yale keys that fit the lock. Door pivots open and closed and locks smoothly. Back panel has three holes for mounting hardware. please note that the key must be turned 180 degrees(not 90 degrees) to remove it. the latch works fine when the cabinet is vertical as designed but when lying flat.
