Both lower sides of the cabinets depict scenes of fountains in garden/park. The double doors open up to reveal an interior cabinet with one fixed shelf. Antique Lux Waterbury Desk Clock Bar Scene Pub Scene Working Wind-Up Shelf Clock
This auction is for a rare novelty desk clock by Lux of Waterbury. Connecticut. As you can see, a previous owner made it a wood case which they then painted gold. While the case does not add much to the presentation, it's done a good job of protecting and preserving the clock, which still works perfectly with a quick wind. The hands are also moving without interruption. The decorative pub scene face has good color and shows no wear. The metal frame is scuffed some on the front and back but there are no major dings. The glass is also fully intact. I will be shipping it in the frame as I do not want to disassemble the clock to remove it. The clock alone measures approximately 3 3/4" square.

Antique Glass Bull Dog Chill Liquor Bar Decanter w/ Dog Lid. Marked on bottom Made in Cechoslovakia. VERY RARE! Measures 10 inches tall x 5 ½ wide x 5 ½ deep. Dogs head swivels backwards to open up in order to get to the liquor vile and glasses. The vile is complete with stopper and is in very good condition with some discoloration from use but no cracks. The glasses are 6 total of which 3 are one size and 3 are a bit smaller size with only one being cracked. We are unsure if the glasses are original to the piece or not but they are definitely antique as well and they fit. The decanter jar shows no chips or cracks. I would say the decanter itself is in very good to excellent condition for its age with no cracks or damage to speak of. Wonderful addition to anyone’s liquor decanter collection!

But this is the rarest cocktail/cordial ... morebars in burl walnut that we’ve ever had in our 40-something years in business. I’ve seen this bar in teak, which is a bit more modern, but never in beautiful carved walnut and burl walnut like this one. I’m guessing it dates from the 1950s era. This bar is quite unique, featuring access in the front and back. The sidewalls swing up to support the flip-open top, which has a Masonite or simulated marble look extended bar area. On the back are two sliding glass doors that give you access to the inside of the cabinet. If your friends or customers can’t wait, they can unlock and open the two picture frame molded doors with fancy brass filigree hardware, and expose a birch lined interior that features everything you need for a good party. There are cutouts for 16 bottles in the bottom, silver gallery shelves on the second and top shelves, a pullout tray to cut fruit, and has all the options you need in a bar cabinet. The knife is 7-1/8" long with a 3-1/2" blade. A small enough knife for the little boy or the hunters boot. Some light sharpening marks on one side of the blade otherwise an excellent plus condition knife. Outstanding sheath as you can see. This is the only small model of this knife that I ever found or saw. A must addition to any KA-BAR collection. As well as, a very nice addition to any knife collection. Please look at the photos.
