Vintage stool bench Wood with mustard yellow velvet? Padded upholstery Tacks
The legs are 15 3/4" tall; the padded area puffs up a little higher. About 18" by 13 1/2" wide and deep. Amazingly. The fabric on top is not stained or torn. It is dusty down in the buttoned areas. There is one area in the velvet(not sure that is velvet, but it looks like it is) that looks like it was rubbed thin or matted down maybe. That one is in the middle of the top. There is another spot, gunk or something, that you can see in picture# 10. I think that will clean off okay. There are scuffs and shallow scratches in the wood, examples shown in the pictures, but no deep chips. The stool stands firmly, no wobble to it. None of the upholstery tacks are loose. The lining on the bottom has torn in one area, shown in the last picture, but it does not hang loose there. Also on the bottom, a stain, bottom center, in the second ... moreto last picture. You are looking at a vintage EGYPTIAN CAMEL STOOL that is a great piece for decorating and a wonderful collector's item. It is embossed on the back side in the wood. MADE IN YUGOSLAVIA and it has engraving in the brass tops, with 2 pyramids, a camel, plus a small tree. Seat measures approximately 19" across and 11" wide. Entire piece is 13" tall. This is a very old leather seat with a closure that is done by a weaving with a piece of leather. The condition shows wear to the leather. But no holes or rips, only common wear to the seat. The wood frame is in excellent condition. With some paint wear. Frame has lots of accents of brass and black wood. A very nice conversational and decorative stool. Bench, seat, chair. Up for bid is this gorgeous vintage french rose floral needlepoint stool that I found at an estate sale in south Texas. The stool has been well taken care of over the years so it's in very good condition. The cushion's beautiful blue background is the perfect accent for the colorful floral display of French roses& greenery featured in the center. There are no tears. Rips or mends. There is a small area on one side of the stool where the blue is a little lighter in color. See photo 9. Not very noticable& does not take away from the overall beauty of the stool. Vintage Thonet Bench Wood Style Chair. I do not know the age. Maker or what kind of wood. It is a great old chair. The seat is made raised up about 1/4" from the edge rim. It shows wear& age. On one side of the back rest there is a chip in the wood(see pictures) On one of the legs there is a crack down the wood not deep and is not splitting or does it look like it will. It is in tact and a sturdy chair. The measurements are 33 1/2" Tall, From the seat down 17 1/4" Widest part of back across is 13 3/4" the seat is 16" across. Message with any questions.

It measures 14" in diameter at the swivel top x 18"24" tall. It features beehive turned legs. Stretchers and center post with four splayed legs showing a 4-claw metal foot with glass balls, and the original finish on the oak wood. The footstool is in good condition. It shows age shrinkage gaps across the top between the three boards. But is tight and structurally sound in every respect. A nice and very old all original piano stool! The seat graduates from 19" in the back of the chair to approximately 22 and 1/2" in the front. The chair is approximately 15" deep and is 20" high in the back and 17" high in the front of the chair. The back of the wood seat has some nicks in the wood frame which I tried to highlight in the pictures. The seat itself is in excellent shape. Each bench consists of 5 pieces of wood, supporting wood and L brackets- they were reinforced at some point with the L brackets and the supporting wood pieces. They are old but not Antique, from between the 1940's- 1950's. They were salvaged from Northeastern, NJ. They both have unique aged characteristics. Like the worn edges of the seat from numerous people sitting and rubbing their legs ... moreback and forth The original finish is still in tact. Has many character marks. Still usable but not for numerous people all at once, or use them for decorative purposes. I've seen people use these on their porch, take them as dining chairs for indoors and outdoors. Anywhere you use these would make the area stand out with a beautiful rustic primitive country look! Bench#1 condition: is slightly wobbly. If you're sitting you could rock very slightly back and forth, but its an easy fix. One of the feet is just a little bit higher than the other. You could sand it down or cut it a bit. The foot on one the end looks slightly eroded, but it doesn't affect the functionality of the bench. Bench#2 condition: this one is much more steadier than bench one. The legs angle slightly inward. Not by much, if you would look at carefully from the sides you could see the leg taper inwardly.its just a quirk, it does not affect the stability of the bench whatsoever. It has 3 big knots on the wood. One of the knots was poked out. also at the end of one of the feet is also slightly eroded. It is a very solid piece with a nice heavy thick top. I don't know for sure what type of wood this is made from. It has a nice bold wood grain. The stool is in good condition for it's age with no breaks or repairs. It measures 16 inches tall and the top has an approximate diameter of 13 inches. I don't know the exact age of this piece but I do believe it is European in origin as I purchased it with a load of antiques from England and Belgium. Check out my! Up for auction is a fine Vintage Bench made out of reclaimed Oak wood. The size is 36" W x 48" H. It's a Mission style bench.
