In addition to the ornate Victorian drape effect of oak leaves and the scrollwork feet, and the flowing/swirling Art Nouveau oak leaf and vine designs. It is certainly vintage to say the least, and is in overall fair condition as you can see, likely having been refinished at some point based on the finish. It appears to have had something on the bottom of it, that is missing now, likely a bumper so they could be safely stacked. It has no chips or cracks that I can see or makers marks of any kind. Vintage eames era mid century wooden 9 inch taper stool bench furniture legs
For sale is a set of four vintage eames era skinny taper(sometimes called pencil shape) 9 inch furniture legs. I removed these from a midcentury piece that was in bad shape that I couldn't use but the legs were in excellent shape. The legs are about 2 inches wide at widest section(top) and go down to about 1 inch across at bottom. The legs are a dark stained wood and in great shape. They have the screws on top and the metal plates for connecting to your stool or table. This is a great set of vintage mid century legs that would give you that finished touch to your vintage project or to replace legs on your mid century piece. Vintage 1950's Singer Sewing Stool Very Nice Condition! Mahogany or Walnut?
Up for auction is a very nice Singer Sewing Stool from the mid 1950's. The stool is Mahogany or Walnut(not sure) The wood is beautiful. I recovered the seat myself. When I got the stool it had a worn piece of ugly vinyl on it. I bought some new soft vinyl and put new seat foam in as well. The new vinyl is stapled to the bottom of the seat just as the old cover was. I also refinished the wood by sanding the old finish off and putting on a red mahogany stain and 2 coats of satin finish polyurethane. The finish isn't perfect. But I think it looks great for my first project. The seat comes off for storage and the stool is sturdy. This would also make a nice piano bench. I will be removing the legs for shipping purposes. Beautiful vintage antique Charles Parker adjustable wooden piano bench stool. 2 of the crystal ball feel are broken. See pictures. the other 2 are ok. I am not sure of the wood. Might be walnut. This is a beauty. It has I believe cast iron claw feet. The wood on the seat has an age crack but not bad. With the seat all the way down, the bench measures 19" tall and the seat is 14" wide. Vintage Wicker/Wood Stool ( Shoe Shine Box ) Late 30's/40's
This is a wicker and wood shoe shine box probably made sometime in the late 1930's or 40's with metal hinges for opening and closing the lid. The lid is wood with a vinyl like material over the wood and painted black on the underside. The box construction is a wood frame with wood ends and wicker all around. One coat of white paint for the base and wicker. A used sturdy box and consider it in still very good shape. Measures 10" ht. x 12" length x 5 3/4" width with the foot holder measuring 7" x 2" Please look at my pictures closely and read my description carefully before determining if you have a need for this unusual item in your household. Up for auction is a vintage factories. Trade, mercantile or industrial mid century modern design foot stool recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia, PA era. It is painted gray and found in good used condition. There are remnants of green paint under this, best seen in photo#2. It was weld constructed. VINTAGE MINIATURE OLD COUNTRY CHILD'S MILKING STOOL WITH THREE LEGS
Thanks for looking at my auction! Up for grabs is a VINTAGE Old Country three legged childs milking stool. It is made of oak and is solid. The underside is painted red(as seen in pics) as this is how I acquired it. It stands approximately 7 3/4" tall. The seat itself measures approximately 5" by 6 1/2" It is in very good condition. Please check out all pics prior to bidding. Payment is expected within 48 hours from auctions end. Once payment for shipping and handling and the stool is received the stool will ship.
