I have seen both The version with the 3 exposed screws APPEARS to be the Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen version. I am about 95% confident. The earliest version of the Arne Jacobsen stool is identical to this. Same legs. Same rubber stays, same 3 screws. IT IS NOT MARKED in any way that I can find. Originally it might have had a paper label. Or a stamp that has worn off. This example is in excellent condition. Teak laminate top is excellent. Legs are straight and strong with minimal dings. We were told this was made around 1960. Vintage Sewing Machine Cabinet Foot Stool
This is a vintage foot stool that was part of a sewing machine cabinet that dates to the 1930's. To me it is incongrous and if I hadn't seen it with the cabinet I would have never put the two items together. It is made of the same wood(I believe walnut) as the cabinet was. The cabinet had solid walnut legs and a veneered top. This stool for lack of a better term is approximately 15" wide. 10" deep, and 10" tall. The top is covered in old dried out leather. On the bottom(pictures 4 and 5) is a partial label that says, The Lake Side Sheboykan, WI. There are other words I can't make out. It shows a man using an old fashioned block plane on a piece of wood. Even though it's old it is very sturdy. Thanks for looking.

I took it out of the cellar of the house that we moved into about 24 years ago where it's been sitting all these years. This was our 3rd move since the small farm where we had the cow whose name was"Summit Farms Flora" when we all took turns milking her with this milk stool that we've kept all these years and why I have no idea. When we've lost or forgotten or threw out so many other items since those days back in the 1950's. We had a couple horses, the cow, some chickens, some bantam hens, couple ducks, couple geese, and always a dog back then and now. Incredibly stylish Hollywood Regency Era Lucite Arch Vanity bench/ stool. Quality lucite. Upholstered in black velvet type material. Measures 18" tall. 21 1/2" at the top arch and 14 1/2" deep. Seat is 18" long x 14 1/2" deep. Condition: The black velvet type material is in excellent condition. No rips, tears, etc. The lucite is in nice condition. Free of chips or cracks, just some minor marks from wear, again, nothing major. Around the bottom portion of the base of the bench/stool there is a 1" thick strip of brass like material that wraps around the bottom portion of both sides. There are also black and brass castors and they are in nice shape and move around smoothly as well. These are getting harder and harder to come by. From a R ural M id S outh E state.this Old Vintage. Maybe even an antique, Vermont Wood Specialties 3-legged Milking Stool. Made in Granville. Vermont U.S.A. Measures 10 5/8" height x 8 1/2" diameter seat; seat thickness 1 3/4" The wood is well aged with rough surfaces. Giving it that primitive look. The wood is not brittle but I would suggest treating the stool with TLC. The stool appears to be assembled with no nails or screws. Photos#1- 3 are one-third progressive turns. In#2 you can see the dowel that the seat slats are assembled onto. The'makers mark' is shown in photo#6, stamped into the bottom side of seat. Vintage ELY Mello-Tone Chime Piano child size piano with stool No Reserve!
This auction is for a vintage Mello Ely Tone chime piano. This is made in Girard. PA. This has 22 white keys and 15 black keys. This measures 17 1/2" by 24" wide by 18 1/2" tall. Some of the keys stick, but seem like they would work with a good cleaning and some minor adjustments, will leave that up to the new owner) The one leg shows a crack as shown in the 10th photo, would be an easy repair but again will leave it up to the new owner. Also included is the original stool as shown. This would be a great restoration project or a nice conversation piece the way it is. This is being offered with no reserve and the legs will be removed for safe shipping.

The legs fold and open easily for easy transportation from gig to gig. The leg bottoms do not have any feet- still sits level and securely as it is. There is also some masking tape/adhesive at the bottom of the legs. The chrome has some early signs of corrosion and some light scuff marks. This piece is not marked by any maker. it has leather material that is likey fake/ faux~ I do not know for sure. A cute vintage piece with no rips. Tears, mends or other issues. The legs are a 1 piece heavy rod iron that was originally painted black but much of that is faded or gone. This could easily be re-done. It appears the legs have been moved from their original placment so this may have been redone or changed at some point but this was not done by me. As you see it is how I attained this. Rare Vintage Stool With Brass & Glass Feet
Here is a rare vintage stool. It has the brass claw feet holding a glass round at the four legs. They were painted over at one time. The height adjustment is not turning properly. It turns a bit and stops. The seat has a crack on top as you can see in the picture but is still solid. The legs should be tightened up. It is rough so the entire stool should be redone and once it is. It will be a beautiful, rare accompaniment to anything in the room. It measures about 20 inches high at this setting. The seat is 14 1/2 inches across. It is a heavy item and shipping costs reflect that fact. However. Any amount not used for the shipping cost will be happily refunded. It is a very nice vintage piece.
