This classic victorian style piano stool is very pretty. And would make a great restoration project. The bottom frame is composed of cast iron. It is beautifully engraved and features three gorgeous twisted legs that add volumes to the overall style. The seat portion appears to be made of pine. It looks as if it was just the base that a padded cushion or covering was glued to. You can see some of the left over residue from this in the pictures. The cast iron portion is in great shape, with no dents, dings or bends whatsoever. The part that adjust spins up and down quite smoothly. There is light surface rust in a few places that should be very easy to remove. It is around 18" tall, and the legs are 18" apart at there widest points. This is a very nice piece! Vintage Odecraft Piano Stool Rare find
What a great find! Have not seen many of these rare little guys around. I have not cleaned it. It does need the seat refinished. I think if you dusted her off and put some liquid gold it would spruce right up. I thought about keeping it and recovering the seat, but I just became the proud owner of a couple of stents, so I think I will sell it. As it sits right now it is 22 inches tall and the seat is 15 inches across. Heavy little guy. It spins which raises and lowers it.

I bought this late 1800's Holtzman Glass Ball and Claw Piano Stool. The top of the stool looks like 3 single pieces of oak pressed together. The metal claws and Glass Balls are in very good condition. It is adjustable from 19 1/2" to 24 1/2" in height. The seat goes up and down very smooth. It also look like someone has re-done the stool. Antique Vintage Piano Organ Stool Victorian style Cast Iron Ball& Claw Feet Ornate. The stool adjusts from 19 inches to 22 inches. The top is 14 1/2" across and 1 5/8" thick. Scratches. Nicks, and some of the finish knocked off from normal use. There is a 2 inch piece of bead molding missing on the seat rim. The glass balls have flat spots worn on the bottom. The glue joints on the top of the seat are visible. The screw thread has wear, so the stool seat is a little wobbly. Very usable. The base is very solid. 16 3/4" wide by 14 1/4" deep by 19" tall. It is an original stool sold by Singer in the 50's and has the Singer tag on it. There are some scratches.Nicks,finish wear and some veneer chips along the edge but it is sound and solid. If you wipe it down with some Old English Scratch Cover for dark woods and give it a coat of wax it will look pretty nice. It is sound and solid and the padding on the seat is still nice. This ball an claw style with an adjustable iron corkscrew that turns to the left to raise and to the right to lower. The glass marble balls are in excellent shape-clear with very little wear. The stool measures 19 1/4" in height at lowest position and the seat is14" in diameter. This would make an excellent addition to a traditional piano room or perhaps for a guitar player. This is a nice condition Vintage Piano Organ Stool Chair. Has the eagle Claw and Ball feet. This was my grandmas. I'm no furniture expert on age. But from what I've seen I would say it is sometime between 1870-1900. Chair is in great condition. These stools with the backs are very rare. My uncle who is in the furniture making business repaired the top back of chair. You cannot tell except for the screws he used. Back of chair is 36 1/4 inches high. EAGLE CLAW and GLASS BALL feet (3) ---VINTAGE--off of a broken Piano stool
Up for auction is three(3) old ball and claw feet that came from a broken up old piano stool/chair. The claw sections are cast metal. The balls are glass. Each ball has 2 flat sides and the flat area's are different sizes/diameters. There are four claws on each foot and each leg has the scales-type skin molded into it. As you can see in the last picture, the balls are 1 1/4" in diameter, the feet are 4 inches long and an inch wide at the hollow top.

This really is an amazing old antique stool. I am guessing mid 1800's. It is rather heavy. Solid wood, possibly Mahogany or? Cast iron legs with detailed design. Adjusting seat base, but is not currently working(see pics) Threads in the base see to be reamed out a little, but could be fixed. There is a water mark where I put my coffee cup by accident(see pics) but could be restained and fixed easily. This is a nice old brown marblized plastic or celluloid grand piano with a matching stool for a dollhouse. The piano measures 2&1/4" high by 3&1/8" wide by 3&5/8" long and is in fair condition. No breaks. But the removable keyboard is warped. Normal wear from age. The stool is 1&1/4" high by 2" long by 7/8" wide and is in good condition. Antique Vintage Wooden Piano Stool Claw Foot Stool
Antique Claw Foot Stool Unknown Maker This is a genuine antique item. And so has some signs of wear and tear. There are some scratches and minor discoloration to the wood, and there is patina to the metal portions. Glass balls in each claw foot are intact, and the seat still moves up and down easily. Nothing structural wrong with the stool. All of the minor blemishes could be easily restored, but also lend a look of authenticity to the piece. This is a beautiful piece. Made from a dark wood. Claws at each foot appear to be brass, and each is clutching a glass ball. Seat adjusts in height. No maker's mark or age, but has has been in current owner's family for roughly 75 years.
