Nice stool with a big 18 x 14 inch sitting area. The stool stands about 21" high from the floor. Very solid. Built very well. It has a pretty Gothic set of wood carved legs on it. Small antique wood and leather foot stool from a local estate. I believe the upholstery to be original based on the stuffing. But do not know the provenance. Leather and sides are good to very good antique condition with mild wear overall. All tacks are present. Wood has areas of finish wear. Thin wood under stool is cracked/broken and loosing stuffing. VINTAGE / ANTIQUE Nice Upholstered FOOT STOOL Footstool With Wooden Legs ~ CUTE
Here is a very nice Vintage/ Antique Footstool with Wooden Legs. The upholstery is done in squares of floral patterned fabric and the fabric does have some spots or minor discoloration or stains and one corner has a torn spot. It looks like this piece was Re-Upholstered at least once before since you can see the fabric beneath the tear. There are four Wooden Legs. Nicely turned with metal plates and screws that hold them to the underside of the foot stool. Those metal plates show some spots of surface rust which can be easily cleaned up and polished. The wooden legs show some general wear commensurate with age, but no damage to be noted. The Footstool measures 10 inches tall and the upholstered area measures approximately 15 by 12 inches in size. Antique Vintage 1920's Victorian Foot Bed Stool
Are you a rehab addict? Then here is a Victorian bed stool that needs a little restoration. Please look at the pictures closely because while this footstool has great bones it still needs a bit of TLC. This stool measures 18" Wide x 10" H x 9" D. I was told it was from the 1800's and used to step onto a high bed. I have seen old photo's with the very same stool in them so I know it is old. The label on bottom I think was put there by the last person to upholster stool. The date on it is June 1923. By the look of holes on the side I think it was upholstered many times. I would love to see it restored to it's former glory.

Up for Auction today is a vintage/antique needlepoint foot stool. Looks like it was handmade out of reclaimed wood sometime in the early 1900's. Being hand made the stool does have a slight wobble. The wood does have some chips and one small paint smudge. But the stool is solid its not going to fall apart. Looks to be pretty well made. The needlepoint on top does have a tack showing through on one edge and one small spot/stain(I did not try to clean it) It measures 15-1/4" long 10-1/2" wide and is 11-1/2" tall. The wood Queen Anne style legs are shaped nicely with an elegant design. When it was upholstered they did it well. It is a pretty green with ornamental cording. Vintage Handmade 1933 Depression Era Wooden Upholstered Foot Stool OOAK Scroll Down For Multiple Photos 18" Long x 11.5" Wide x 11" High Cobbled together during the depths of the depression. This homemade foot stool appears to have been put together using a soda bottle crate and repurposed legs. It was originally upholstered in green velvet and then recovered with a gold fabric. We removed the gold fabric but not the nails holding it on- we leave further restoration to the collector! It can be accurately dated since the maker put newspaper on top of the crate before covering it. Small bits of the newsprint can be read through the slots- it is a Chicago newspaper showing a date of 1933. It is sturdy with the legs firmly attached. This is an Original Reproduction. Dating back to the first half of the 20th century, from the Victorian Era. The Rocking Foot Stool does not match but is a cute accent piece nevertheless. The wood is a dark mahogany as was the case in Victorian Times and in nearly perfect condition. The Upholstery is a cream color with yellowish/gold flowers and avocado accents giving it an overall soft yellowish appearance. The only imperfections I could find is the 12th picture(2 slight snags) The buttons are in lovely condition and the frames are trimmed with exposed nail heads. Vintage early 1900's Mission Oak foot stool in all original condition. Great Arts& Crafts form but it is unsigned and I do not know the maker. Nice larger than normal size at 16" tall. 19-3/4" long, and 15-3/4" wide. It is all solid oak and retains its original finish. There are some small chips at the foot areas but otherwise just normal surface wear. The leather top is worn and also has tiny paint dots here and there. I have had this stool in my home for 20+ years and it is now for sale as I prepare to move and downsize.
