This charming Antique Victorian Wooden Milking Stool dates to around 1900 or thereabouts. It stands approximately 6 inches high and the top measures approximately 10x3.75x1 inches. The Stool is in lovely vintage condition. With some signs of wear commensurate with age and use. This includes expected imperfections such as dents. Scuffs, minor cracks and chips etc, but all of these add to its rustic charm and are not unsightly in my opinion. The Stool weighs approximately 442 grams. Any other signs of wear are commensurate with age and use. It is suitable as a stool. A step or for display. There is movement to the leg on one side.

This fine antique Victorian era Swivel Piano organ Stool with glass ball and claw feet. The stool is expertly constructed of a Mahogany or Cherry hardwood. It has a round swivel adjustable se at. This stool will adjust from 19" in height to 23" in height with a heavy cast iron screw mechanism as pictured. This sto ol is circa 18 80s to the early 1900s. The round seat measures 14 1/2" in diameter and has a ribbed edge and a slightly concave top to fit your bottom. The center post that holds the adjustable mechanism has a turned deep ribbed fluted column that matches the four legs. The legs are joined by turned spindles. This is an ornate antique Victorian adjustable piano/ organ/ harp stool. The stool is in great condition and has been restored. Re-glued and reinforced. It is made of solid maple that is stained walnut. It has metal claw and clear glass ball feet. The glass balls are not cracked and the legs and base are ornately turned. What appears to be the original seat has been covered with padding and vintage toile floral cloth. The cloth is not ripped or torn. The metal support plate attaching the seat to the adjustment screw has been placed with a 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" x 1/4" steel plate to provide ultimate reinforcement. There is some light wear and scratches from use on the wood. The seat is adjustable in height and has a large steel screw and shaft in the center which works pefectly. Offered for auction today. Is this gorgeous antique carved wood and needlepoint footstool. It measures 15" x 10" x 8" Heavily carved wood. The frame appears to be oak but not sure what the dark carved wood is. It is just lovely. Overall very good condition and totally usable and sturdy. There are some scuff marks here and there due to light use and the mustard yellow needlepoint is in very good condition with no stains or spots that I could find. There are a couple of places on the corners where it looks as if a piece of the carving may have chipped off a long time ago. Also on the underside of one of the feet there is a chip that you can only see when turning the stool upside down. There are also some scratches and scuffs on the feet but nothing extraordinary. None of the damage is very significant in my opinion and does not ... moredetract from the overall beauty of the piece. Look carefully at my photos. Gold one piece wood frame and cast iron legs may have been repainted at some time and have some scuffing. Scratches. Cast iron legs have been repositioned as well as the small wood decorative pieces going around underside most likely from being loose from age. The legs have some wobble to them but stool is sturdy. Hello. I am offering this Antique Victorian or American Empire foot Stool. The piece is all Mahogany with this wonderful needle work lion. The textile is done in various needle techniques. Petit point. Needle point and the lion is done with a higher almost hooked technique. With stone eyes. The stool measures 17" x 12" and 8" high. There are couple very minor holes to right of lions face in cloth and some old moth damage on the under wrapped side. There are some scratches and chips in the wood. But overall in good condtion. What a beautiful foot stool. Just over 12 inches diameter with 5" height. I would replace cushion and fabric to make a little puffier for about 6" height. And redoing the fabric will be so easy.on the bottom is a wood nut over a wood threaded screw. Just that easy to release the top and redo the fabric. Looks like the original finish. the bun feet are glass or ceramic.I saw another identical stool on ebay with the same bun feet that are missing the original color(they were just white) and it was also missing veneer. This is an amazing piano stool from the Victorian Era. A time period characterized by incredible ornamentation and attention to detail. It is a whopping 26" tall, 14.5" side-to-side and 14.5" front-to-back. This piano stool has claw feet, an intricate bottom support system of pillars and legs, and a swivel seat with a raised 10" backing for comfort. The seat swivels perfectly with no issues. The gap beneath the seat and the rest of the piano stool(where the swivel mechanism is) shows some glue work to secure the seat to the rest of the stool, and in no way interferes with the swivel mechanism. It is only visible when one turns the stool on its side and looks inside the gap; otherwise, it cannot be noticed. Marked: A.S. 781 on inner arm(perhaps Art Specialty Co. 37"L x 24"H x 15"W(Seat is 12½" off ground) This could have been used in a patio. Garden, or indoors by a piano. Beautiful Victorian/Deco design with spiraling intricate framework. Bench is made from a very old slab of pine(or at least looks like pine) The fabric has also been on there a long time and is aged as you can see. The buyer can choose to reupholster the piece. Bolts are modern however. Having been replaced at some point. Bench is in excellent condition. Wood stool and arms are very old but still firm. Bench will be shipped UNASSEMBLED. This was passed down in my family for years. The seat has a slightly scalloped edge and is 12" X 12.5" Upholstery has the original horsehair stuffing. The adjustable screw mechanism allows the stool to raise from 18" 23" high. No cracks in wood. Just normal wear for a piece of this age. BARLEY TWIST COLUMNS! Victorian Piano Stool Adjustable Organ Seat BALL AND CLAW!
Fully functioning. Antique, piano stool. Very solid condition with barley twist legs and center column. Nicely detailed, cast iron claw& ball feet. Upside down finial below center column. Contoured seat has double ridges around outside edge. Cast iron mount shows maker CHAS PARKER CO. It was made in MERIDEN CT. Unknown wood type. Although seat has a couple age cracks, it is double thickness, so cracks do not go on down through the bottom board. In other words, the cracks you see in the underneath view(of mounting bracket) are perpendicular to the above cracks. The seat adjusts from about 17 1/2 inches tall to about 22 inches tall. It has a 14 1/2 inch diameter. Beautiful, original, Victorian piece should last another 100 years! Many other 1800s era pieces listed. All questions encouraged and answered. Shipping cont.
