The bench itself is made of solid wood and has a sewn on bottom support with springs beneath. This support is beginning to tear at one end but could possibly be repaired. The tables have an ebonized finish and the long and sleek profile are perfect if you have a long sofa or even to use as a bench on a hallway or in the bedroom by the bed. The tables are in good original condition but could use some refinishing to bring back to their full beauty. There are scratches and wear and areas of finish loss.
