Circa 1860. The settle is constructed of solid oak panelled timbers. The back consists of five-raised fielded carved Tudor style inset panels. Further fielded panels are also visible to the bottom of the seat and the sides of the settle. The single lid in the seat is hinged with steel hinges. The inside of the box settle. Which is dry and clean, is ideal for storing shoes and wellies in the hallway. The settle boasts down swept shaped oak arms to the sides and pegged construction. The settle features the original polish and patination and thus the colour of this settle is superb. This item would look superb in a variety of rooms from the hallway. Dining room or kitchen. This oak telephone seat was probably made around 1960. It has a very Jacobean style to it. The oak wood is a lovely medium ... morebrown color. The seat currently has a nicely upholstered cushion which can be replaced or removed and just the wood seat used. The cabinet door is held shut with a magnetic latch and decorated with a Jacobean linen fold carving. There are two more linen fold carvings on the back of the seat as well. These coupled with the turned legs that end in block feet are what give the telephone seat a Jacobean style. The oak is strong and sturdy and this telephone bench is in very good condition. It has a few minor dings(very small) throughout as you would expect from a well cared for piece of this age. This lovely piece of English furniture will function and last your family for generations! This auction is for an antique HINNERS PUMP organ made in Pekin Il. The action is style Gr. Coral number 6870. This is a reed type pipe organ usually called a parlor. Cabinet, pump or cottage organ. Many of this type organ were used by the military in WWII and in smaller churches. I took some photos in natural light to better see the solid tiger oak wood and finish as I moved it from storage. It has a very nice finish and may have been recently refinished. It is made all with beautiful carved ornate tiger oak in very good condition. This could be the nice antique piece to fit right into your family room. The organ is 60x30x 52" and weights about 250 lbs. It is on wheels so easy to move. This was made between 1902 and 1910 from what I have found on several Hinners web sites. It has only one manual or keyboard and 14 voices/stops with ... more2 knee paddle/petal controls. The first thing I noticed was when my daughter came to visit and started to play it. Scary things happen during and after the piano was used. As my daughter played the piano it appeared as something possessed her, she played very fast and looked hypnotized not noticing anything around her she composed a very unique piece of music that sounded very old like from another time. As I watched her I felt the room become very cold and a chill came down my back as I noticed a shadow walk by the door as to look in at her. I asked my daughter to stop as I became extremely freighten. I was also very confused that she composed a piece that sounded like Beethoven she is not a professional pianist ... moreso I asked her how did you do that? Her response was I do not know it felt like something possessed me! Later that evening when I was relaxing getting ready to watch my favorite show I heard foot steps. I heard the wood floor creaking and it sounded like someone was walking to the living room suddenly my black lab who is very friendly rarely barks jumped up and began growling and barking I was startled because I knew no one else was home, I jumped up to look but no one was in the other room. I really love this piano but I am scare to use it my grandchildren come over and after they play it too many strange and unexplained phonominal occurs. I could write down every incident but it would probably would be too long to read. All I can tell you it is scaring me and I want to get rid of it ASAP. Rare model griffin quartered oak carved bench. I have had many different styles of benches that are similar but this one id unique. Its a double version with carved griffin/lion heads. Claw feet, acanthus carved arms, and skirt. The carved crests are also pretty impressive. To finish it out we also refinished it to near perfect condition and upholstered it in uncorrected leather and brass tacks.It is a marvelous piece that would look killer in an entry, hall or office. Handmade Oak Bench with Storage--Carved 1860
Fantastic primitive bench. Carved from oak I believe, with the year 1860 stamped on the bottom. Seat flips up and has ample storage inside. Carvings are beautiful. One finial missing from the top and there is some old water damage to the bottom, particularly on the left, but the piece is very stable and strong. Wood has amazing shiny, soft patina.Very heavy and impressive. 37" high; 35" wide; 15" deep. Seat is 16" off the ground. I recommend TSC Movers but am available to help with shipping arrangements.

With triple paneled back with intricate work along top freeze. The quality of the carving throughout would appear to be by the same hand. Stylized leaf decoration carved to back panels, arms and legs. There are repeated carvings to body and along the bottom rail and to the pillars of each side of settle, with pegged construction and mortise and tenon joints. ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE OAK AND PINE WOOD 20" HIGH STOOL This primitive round seat four-leg stool is a size that allows it to be used as a stool or plant stand. It was recently found in a Middlesex. Virginia estate. It measures 20" tall with a top diameter of 11-1/4" x 11-3/4" At the base. The four legs are 13" apart. It features four round splayed oak wood legs. 8 original oak wood stretchers, and a one 2' thick pine board recessed top(seat) It remains in good condition. But does show surface wear including shallow dents and tight separations in the top. The legs are secure to the top. The stool is structurally sound with tight joints, and it sits level and steady on any flat surface.
