This Auction I have a Antique Needlepoint Foot Stool. There is a sticker on the back as you can see in the photos that states this was 67 years old in 1942 whic would date it to 1875. It could be older. The piece measures 15" X 13" X 5" The needlepoint is in great condition and the wood does have some scratches and chips. Not real bad.

It has a 6 lobed shape, and is entirely covered with very old tapestry fabric that has the look of needlepoint but isn't like the newer needle point I have seen. There are porcelain castors on the bottom, appear to be original to the piece. It shows a lot of wear, more on the top than the sides. The green trim around the bottom is tacked in place and has deteriorated in places.The wood on the bottom has a dark patina. A very interesting old piece. Needlepoint Glass Ball Footed Antique Organ/Piano Stool
Up for auction is a needlepoint glass ball footed antique piano or organ stool. This stool's glass balled feet have great detail on them. The needlepoint on the top of the stool has images of flowers on it. Needlepoint is in good condition with not rips or stains on it. The stools is in overall good condition. Two of the stretchers on the stool have been glued back in place. It doesn't look like the wood was broken or repair, they just look like they were glued into place. The only other problem I see is that there is a small crack in the wooden of the stool under the seat, which is also shown in a picture, so please review all images and feel free to ask any questions. Up for auction is a lovely vintage footstool with a floral needlepoint cushion. This is a great piece. An excellent addition to any home. The footstool measures approximately 14 1/4 x 14 1/4 x 9" This is a sturdy little stool. The wood base is solid. There are signs of past use on this stool, including scratches and scrapes on the wood portion, and some slight staining on the top. I didn't try to clean the top portion at all, so the stains may be able to be lightened or removed with a careful cleaning. In addition, one side of the top is a bit loose from the base. However it is all intact. The stool base looks like a hardwood, which is handcarved. And is stained a medium brown. The padding feels like a straw, only a guess. This lovely. Antique, needlepoint stool has been in our family for years. It belonged to my Great Aunt, then passed on to my Grandmother, then to my Mom, and then to me.I love the quality of this piece but I have too many heirlooms and am running out of room to showcase my treasures. I wont allow anyone to use it so it has gone into my overcrowded office and I have come to the decision that it would be best to let it go to someone that will have a special place for it. The needlepoint top is beautiful in a floral spray of color highlighted with shades of pink, peach, blue, green, white and yellow on a beige or cream background and there are a couple of small snags on top. This is a wonderful Victorian TONK Piano Stool. Covered in what appears to be a wool hand stitched needlepoint. The needlepoint is in excellent condition. With a beautiful Burgundy colored background surrounding a floral design.The edges are held with hand hammered tacks, also in excellent condition. The legs are tooled wood finished with a metal foot holding a glass ball. Most likely the metal is cast iron.The legs are painted beige in color and do have several chips and dings in the paint. The glass balls also show some chips and wear but are in great condition, considering the age. This appears to be made in the late 1800's. Under the seat stamped in the metal frame are names of two(2) locations: New York, Chicago, and the manufacturer- Tonk. The complete swivel mechanism is not included, the inside threaded casing seems to be missing ... morefrom the stool. The seat part does have the threaded rod. However, you can sit on it. Antique foot stool with needlepoint with parrot butterfly 19th petit point
This early antique footstool is 11 inches tall and 13 ¾ inches across. The needlepoint is salmon color with green and tan decoration. The parrot and butterfly are done in petit point. We do not know the age of the needlepoint but it does look quite old. The stool dates circa 1870.

Vintage Wood with Rose Needlepoint Footstool Foot Stool Rest French Louis XV ?
Welcome to Kollectibles On the auction block today we have one beautiful vintage Wood and Needlepoint Footstool For starters I am not an expert on antique furniture. This was purchased from an old local estate. Looking at other stools similar to this one that I've seen on ebay and google images it appears to have the French Louis XV style to it. If an expert would like to correct me please send a message and I will post the information.thanks. I have not tried to clean or polish this piece. This stool appears to be very well built. Has springs inside, is very sturdy and weighs approximately 6# The cloth on the bottom is nailed on and shows a couple small tear repairs. The rose pattern needlepoint looks to be in very good condition. The wood has some normal scuffs, nicks and wear from use however most of this should clean up with polish ... moreif wanted. I will wrap it very well for shipping. The condition is very good. Along with the mentioned above and pictures. The approximate size is 12" tall at top center of cushion. 16" long x 12" wide. Needlepoint Foot Stool with Asian Inspired Koi & Silk Trim (Finished)
This one of a kind footstool has a needlepoint top and sides done in ivory silk moire and blue velour. The top has four koi stitched in greys. Oranges, yellows and pinks. Each fish has some subtle metallic thread highlights. They are done on an ivory background with greenery. There is a very narrow gold metallic thread border encircling the koi and a royal blue and white needlepoint border surrounding the fish. A narrow pleated border of ivory silk surrounds the needlepoint. The sides of the stool are also done in ivory silk and dark royal blue velour fabric. There is orange and gold trim around the sides of the stool. The base of the stool is dark brown wood that is quite heavy. Screws for securing the top to the wooden base are included. There are a couple of very minor scratches on the legs(see next to last photo) that can be easily fixed ... moreif desired. There are also two small marks on one side of the ivory silk(see last photo) that can probably be cleaned by a professional. The wooden base is about 11" tall and 25" at the widest part(where the legs curve outward) it is about 16 1/2" in diameter. The fabric top is 17" in diameter and just over 8" tall. The needlepoint portion is 16" in diameter. The shipping costs calculated by eBay for shipping this item via UPS are not accurate. Please feel free to contact me for an accurate shipping price.

This is a very nice vintage needlepoint footstool. The wooden legs are in good condition. Tight-not wobbly. The needlepoint top shows wear from being used over the years, but is still sweet! Lots of character! The underside shows a hole just through the heavy cardboard-like covering that is attached to the wood stool-it doesn't go into the wood at all. It doesn't effect the look or the function of the stool. I took lots of pictures. Please look at them to be sure of what you are bidding on.
