Vintage Mid Century or Danish Modern Style Slat Bench Made inYugoslavia. I'm not sure what kind of wood it is made of. But you might be able to determine that by the pictures. The finish has some wear, mostly on the top surfaces of the wood. There is a chip near one leg socket underneath, but it doesn't show and the leg still tightens correctly(please see picture 3. There is a little waviness to the wood slats near each end of the bench, which seems common for benches of this type. It seems to be made of good quality wood and is sturdy. It is about 60 inches long. About 18 inches wide and about 16 inches tall. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions concerning description, condition or shipping. This was an incredible Estate Sale find! This is an early Mid Century stool is all original and in fabulous condition. The vinyl is beige/light tan with black trim and is not faded. There are no scratches. Tears, pokes or scrapes on the vinyl. The hairpin legs have a brass ringlet. There are a few scuffs on the legs but not noticeable at all. It would be difficult to find another stool of this age in this condition. The stool stands about 18" tall and has a diameter of 18" The original tag states the stool was made by Merit Manufacturing in Jamaica, NY. The stool was patented in 1929 and is#150, contents are: excelsior 80% cotton felt 10% shredded latex 10% and foam rubber 10% If you have questions, please ask. Vintage DANISH MID-CENTURY MODERN "FABIAN" TEAK COFFEE TABLE/BENCH
I inherited the contents of my parent's Brooklyn Heights estate a number of years ago. It represented over 90 years of eclectic collecting from my grandparents and aunt to my parents. I have been selling their jewelry. Decoratives and art collections for a few years and will continue to do so but now we are moving and downsizing. In the next few weeks I will be listing some fine Fantoni, Gambine, Capron and Ackerman pieces, mid-century Italian glass, lighting, victorian, art deco and mid-century decoratives and some exceptional pieces like an Osvaldo Borsoni dining room table, Saarinen chairs for Knoll, Milo Baughman and more. I have had the great pleasure of living with and enjoying these pieces over the years. I grew up with this teak bench or coffee table. It is stamped on the back"Fabian" Made in Denmark. It is in decent ... morevintage condition. The top is beautiful and unmarked but the legs show some wear and probably a good cleaning with teak oil will spruce up the table beautifully. However. On one corner there is a chip at the edge(see photo) and if you turn the table around there is a small crack on another edge. There are 3 cushions with zippers. The cushions are in excellent condition. I don't think they are leather but it is hard for me to tell. The legs could use tigthening for there is small movement when you sit or shake it. Bottom line is that this signed teak bench has great style(I prefer it as a coffee table) but needs some work. Measurements: 61 1/2" long x 19 1/2" wide x 15 1/2" high. This chair was paired up with a cabinet sewing machine that was most likely a Necchi Nora model. But that has not been with the chair for quite some time. It is a unique sewing machine stool bench chair with a hidden storage drawer that opens on the right side. It is mid century modern time period, most likely the 50's. The vinyl seat is an avocado green and is a softer green than the'chair pad' reads in the picture and truer to the color in the'full chair' pictures. The chair measures: 16 1/2" wide X 28 1/2" tall X 15 1/2" deep. The chair is extremely sturdy and functional. It would also be the perfect chair for a computer desk with the extra hidden storage drawer. It is more of a blonde colored wood in oak and would look beautiful restrained or painted.

This is a great mid century long bench or coffee table. The sides and the legs are ebonized and the top is solid rosewood. We have seen this attributed to Milo Baughman. But this is unmarked. It measures approximately 54" long x 16" wide x 14 1/2" tall. This is vintage and has been used, it needs some TLC. The top has a large stain which you can see in the pictures and it does have some bumps and bruises appropriate to age and use. If you have any questions feel free to ask. A single back rail raised on twin posts. Flat bench with original chenille upholstered cushions, raised on long pencil tapered legs, creating a very Scandinavian look. Complete solid birch wood frame. Metal spring supports are tight and in good condition. Ideal for live/work spaces, small apartments, guest rooms or even used as sofas. All but one label have been removed(inspection Herman Miller label) present on 2 of 2)The cushions are in overall excellent condition as is the overall condition of the wood frame with only minor wear. Item Description: Listed is this Mid Century Daybed/Sofa/Bench. Sturdy daybed/bench/sofa. With wood frame platform and wrought iron hairpin legs and wrought iron back support. I believe this was manufactured piece, although no makers tag or marking found, not a home craft/hobby build, but at some point it was reupholstered by a novice in the current rust orange tone vinyl. I consider this a re-upholstery piece, as the upholstery has imperfections such as spots, scrapes, and a few small tears and home repairs and you will want new foam cushions too because of age. Looks like previous owner spray painted legs black while legs were still attached. Great foundation to work with, ready for buyer's make-over. Attractive enough with back support that this would work well in the middle of a room with a 360 view around it, doesn't have to ... morebe up against a wall. This Iron Vanity bench is gold in color with some patina as a result of age. It is in excellent condition and would be the perfect bench for a bathroom or vanity.
