There is no reserve on this vintage Weller soldering pencil and station. We are offering this working 60 watt soldering iron and station Model WTCP. On the iron it says WCP-1. We plugged it in and it got very hot almost instantly. The original sponge is still in place. It is a very clean unit. But there is a crack in the base. See photo. 2 Original Antique Cast Iron Majestic Wood Burning Stove Shelves With Brackets I have to tell you about the auction that I went to this week. It was in Geneva Illinois. In a sandstone building that was built before the Civil War. The sale was the final liquidation of an antique store(they‘d had one previous auction- so much stuff, they had to have two) that used to operate out of this location- but the building has been closed, as well as the business, for over 20 years following the passing of the previous owners. Now, we’re talking two stories, an attic and a basement PACKED with antiques- it’s hard to imagine, and all of it just sitting for two decades. These folks had amassed a huge antique collection- many many items dating back to the early 1800s and before. There’s some gorgeous pieces of primitive Americana that I found. I can’t tell ... moreyou how excited I am to be listing my treasures from the sale. I will be listing them for weeks to come. I also have the last of my farm auctions and South Dakota finds listed this week, so there’s something for everyone! I have to apologize for my hard to figure out photos of these two old stove shelves. All 4 pieces are wired together in order to keep from separating. And I couldn't unwind them without a pair of gloves or at least a tinsnip! What I have(whether or not you could tell! is a pair of original Majestic brand wood stove shelves. Dating to the late 1800s, early 1900s, both of these shelves would have been mounted inside of the brackets that you see with them on the back wall of the stove. The brackets would have been at the base of the shelves, and the shelves folded up flush against the back of the stove for when not in use. You can see that each shelf has a pin on either side that fits into the openings on the brakcets. The brackets then each have two holes for mounting on the wall of the stove. KEELEY CAST IRON ASH SHAKER HANDLE This old cast iron KEELEY ash shaker stove handle would have been fastened onto a coal stove and used to"shake" the grate causing the ashes and cinders to fall down from the firebox into the ash pan. The grate would be shaken in short vigorous strokes that moved the grates back-and-forth allowing the ashes to fall through. To keep a good fire burning. It was important to shake enough of the ashes to allow the proper amount of air flow up through the coal. This old handle has a 1.25 inch hexagonal opening and a nicely shaped pierced handle. Overall space width of the handle is 6.5 inches and it has a 9 inch arm extension. Some slight surface rust inside the hex opening. But still a good solid and functional tool. This one is in the shape of an Iron Cross with Swords and has a Medieval Helmet on the top that has a moveable face shield and also pivots where it joins the cross. At the top of the helmet is a bird. The DOKK wit the Tiger and Crescent Moons logo is on both sides. One side also has black enamel on the Iron Cross. WELCOME. UP FOR BID ARE TWO ANTIQUE CAST TOY CARS. THE TRACTOR IS MARKED ON THE UNDERSIDE ARCADE SEE PIC 5 AND THE POLICE MOTORCYCLE HAS THE LETTERS PDH ON BOTH SIDES. THEY ARE 4" LONG. THE TRACTOR IS INTACT AND THE WHEELS A BIT WOBBLY WITH SOME CRACKING BUT NOT TOTALLY DRIED OUT. THE MOTORCYCLE HAS A BREAK BY THE HAND/ HANDLEBAR CONNECTION. This lot is an original Arcade cast iron nickel plated driver. It fits several different Arcade trucks. I got this one from a broken 9" Arcade stake truck. It has minor rust on one side where it leaned on the side of the truck as it sat in the attic for 70+ years. It measures 2 1/8" tall from top of hat to bottom of foot. I do combine shipping. I KNOW THAT THE HORSE REINS ARE NOT ORIGINAL. IT COMES COMPLETE WITH A CAST IRON DRIVER. IT SURE LOOKS OLD BUT I AM NOT SURE HOW OLD.
