VINTAGE METAL STEP STOOL INDUSTRIAL ART DECO MID CENTURY RUBBER FEET VERY STURDY
Offered is a very sturdy home or shop step stool made from heavy gauge steel with riveted joints and having a non-skid rubber top and feet. The stool measures 8 1/4" tall. The top measures 12 3/4" x 7 3/8" the base measures 10 1/2" x 13" and has a 2 1/2" deep storage tray under the step. The sides have an ART DECO design, it has been repainted with some chips, some rust, rubber feet in good condition, the top rubber surface has some paint specks but the overall condition is good used. Vintage Toledo Metal Furniture Industrial Drafting Stool UHL Steel mid century
I have other UHL and vintage industrial items listed and more on the way. This is a cool stool with great patina it hasn't been cleaned or restored it looks cool as is or if you want you could paint it. This is 18 tall and 14.25 wide it is very sturdy it will hold anyone. The front legs are molded with a curve in them at first I thought they were bent but they were made that way not sure of their purpose but it does make working on things on the ground easier with a tilt to the seat.

RARE Pre Toledo Metal Furniture Co. Industrial Stool 1902 Uhl Brothers
We are not sure if this stool belongs in your home or a museum. Living in Toledo we have seen our share of Toledo stools. This is the only example we have seen of a pre Toledo Metal Furniture Company stool made by the Uhl Brothers. The classic Uhl style has become an icon of 20th century design. The Uhls opened the"Uhls Cycle Emporium" in 1898 in Toledo. Ohio. At the turn of the century as automobiles became more popular bicycle sales began to taper off. The Uhl brothers turned their attention to making metal furniture. The Toledo Metal Furniture Company was incorporated in 1904. There is a brass plate on the bottom of this stool which reads"Made by The Uhl Bros. Co. Toledo, Ohio U.S.A. Pat July 22, 1902. The stool is still sturdy. It stands 22 1/2 inches tall and has a wood seat which appears to be original. The feet are missing ... moreand one of the support braces at the bottom is slightly bent in. Here we have a tall antique Lyon metal stool. The seat of this stool stands about 30 inches tall and the back rest reaches up to about 44 1/4 inches tall. The back rest can be removed from the stool if desired and it will be removed to save on shipping cost but it is easy to attach. This stool looks to have been painted at least once but I think that the blue would really liven up and industrial themed room. Unusual vintage chair dates back to 1920 to 1950's. In very good condition for it's age. Solid and strong. Built to last. Made by Domore Company in Indiana. Seat height adjusts from 16" to 20" from floor. Backrest swivels and can also be adjusted front to back as well as height. It stands 17" high; the seat measures 14.5" x 15" It has a circle foot rim 6" above floor height. It is in good condition and will probably last another 50 years! There is some wearing of the paint commensurate with age and two of the legs need a pad. This was in my Father's collection of many. Many things all stored in the attic and barn. The height is adjustable from 18.5" to 27.5" by sliding the shaft up(it stops where you want it set. Vintge eames era industrial drafting metal chair stool
For sale is a heavy metal vintage eames era industrial drafting chair/ stool. The chair as pictured measures about 32 inches high to top of back rest and about 13 inches wide(width of seat) However on a chair like this there are three ways you can adjust the dimensions of the chair. First the back of chair can be moved up and down by adjusting the screw on the back and sliding it up or down. Then tightening the screw again. The heighth of the stool section is about 18 inches high as pictured. The height of the legs can be adjusted also to get an additional 4 inches of heighth by unscrewing the screw and replacing it in the slot you want it to be. The back rest can also be adjusted in and out by unscrewing wing nut on bottom and sliding it in or out to level of comfort and then tightening wing nut. The chair has a round metal foot rest on ... morethe legs. The seat is a composite type of material over the metal part of seat. The color of the stool/ chair is a very dark brown. The item does show some loss of paint and specks of paint over the dark brown( could be painted whatever color you want) This is a great industrial drafting chair that is in great structual shape and would look great in your home. This is a great Industrial Metal Shop Stool with wooden round seat. It is in great shape. There is some paint wear on the seat which adds character. The seat is 24" from the floor. The back is adjustable in and out. The legs are also adjustable on the bottom. I am not sure how much they adjust. But they each have screws to raise them up and down.
