VINTAGE / ANTIQUE Nice Upholstered FOOT STOOL Footstool With Wooden Legs ~ CUTE
Here is a very nice Vintage/ Antique Footstool with Wooden Legs. The upholstery is done in squares of floral patterned fabric and the fabric does have some spots or minor discoloration or stains and one corner has a torn spot. It looks like this piece was Re-Upholstered at least once before since you can see the fabric beneath the tear. There are four Wooden Legs. Nicely turned with metal plates and screws that hold them to the underside of the foot stool. Those metal plates show some spots of surface rust which can be easily cleaned up and polished. The wooden legs show some general wear commensurate with age, but no damage to be noted. The Footstool measures 10 inches tall and the upholstered area measures approximately 15 by 12 inches in size. The covering appears to have been changed a few times through the years but, I like the worn appearance of the current one. The cast iron base has been painted, but it is in good original condition otherwise with no breaks or repairs. There are a couple of screws missing from underneath, but it appears to be otherwise complete. Offered here is a Victorian Queen Anne style foot stool with heavy needlepointed upholstery fabric. The wool fabric is maroon in color with multicolored needlepointed roses in the center. A lighter trim edges it all around. All fabric and trim are in great shape with no tears. Fading or fraying. The carved legs are walnut and show some normal wear. They are a bit loose but not bad and there is one spot where a small piece of wood is missing(see pics) Old batting straps hold the springs and the padding is probably horse hair with burlap covering. The bottom has a black fabric cover tacked on with old nails. Small metal sliders are on all four feet. Measurements are 18" square x 13 1/2" tall. Vtg Maple and Jute Foot Stool Spindle Legs Twine woven top Square Plaid Pattern
A great woven top foot stool with spindled maple legs and cross supports. Top is made of numerous strands of jute together forming the 1.5" wide bands that make up the check patterned weave but continues on bottom with a different pattern while still using continues weave. Not sure how they do that but they sure did a good job. And it is holding up nicely. It measures 11x11" on the top not including the corner spindles and is about 10" high. Antique 19th C. Oak Foot Stool Bench Carved Legs Wood Pegs Paint Decorated Folky
This 19th century foot stool or bench comes from my own 35 year collection. It is made of Oak with wonderful hand carved legs that are wood pegged into the body(Photos# 8 and# 9) which was painted brown and decorated with red flowers and green leaves. It measures 6 1/4" high with a 2 1/4" apron and the top measures 10 1/2" by 10 3/8" with a 3/4" wide by 1/4" thick border which is held by small round head nails. Although I purchased this at a local Antique Flea Market. It reminds me of some Anglo Indian pieces that I've seen but I am unsure of it's actual origin. It is in good to very good used condition with some cracks in the top, nicks throughout and the paint decoration is s little worn. Vintage retro foot stool ottoman from the 50'S/60's. Has 4 wooden legs with metal ends at the bottom. I cleaned the vinyl and legs. There is some minor wear and tear. There are a couple of small spots on the top that did not come out. Also there are a couple of places on top where the vinyl has cracked. The cracks are very small. The bottom has wear as you can see. The stool is very sturdy and the vinyl is in overall good condition for it's age. There are not any loose parts to the vinyl. Some surface wear on legs. bottom has state of ohio bedding upholstery. Wear on bottom looks to be a type of stain. could be taken off after purchase and replace. TALL VICTORIAN FOOT STOOL OTTMAN 1800s ANTIQUE CARVED WALNUT LEGS
Here is a hand carved solid walnut sweet Victorian period[1800s] ottoman or stool which looks to still have its original old finish in great condition. Nice tall leg also and well carved. The upholstery is old but well preserved on this American made antique piece of furniture. The small brass wheels are original and size is 18" inches across and 17" inches tall. When on an even floor with a gentle push it will travel across the room. Amazing how well these original brass casters perform being well over 100 years old. The only issue this ottoman or footstool has is the black cloth on the underside could be replaced. Other than that it is in great condition.

THE STOOL IS 15.5" X 15.5" X 13" TALL. THERE ARE NO CRACKS, SPLITS OR CHIPS TO THE WOOD FRAME AND NO WOBBLES. THERE ARE NO RIPS OR TEARS TO THE PADDED TOP BUT THERE ARE SOME SMALL SCRAPES OF THE OUTSIDE LEATHER? LAYER TOWARDS THE EDGES AND TWO SMALL DIGS. Super cool vintage/retro avocado green vinyl footstool with wood and metal legs. Measures about 16" square and legs are about 12" long. Has a pulled seem that has been repaired/glued in the past.
