EUC Vintage DRAFTING / CRAFT Table Hamilton w/ free stool
No defects. Looks great. Would be a nice addition to any drafting area or craft area. Table adjusts to different heights and has adjustable table. I am including a small wooden stool that was with it when we moved into our house. It is fairly clean and looks like it was well cared for. We inherited with the home we purchased. The previous owners were an artist and engineer but it mostly was used for artwork but shows very little wear. From my research it looks like it is from the 1930's collection by Hamilton company. The model# on the back of it says 49J1-J9005-64 as seen in the picture. There is a large plastic top piece that can be removed but I think has protected the wood. Vintage InterRoyal rolling. Swivel, adjustable height office, drafting stool with removable backrest. It's in really good condition. I found a scuff on the front of the seat(see last pic) though no tears or holes or damage in the green vinyl. The metal parts are a little dusty, though still in great shape. Description" Straight out of an old machine shop here in my neighborhood I have this fantastic old stool that is the epitome of the machine age era. Sturdy and straight forward with simple yet ornate design. Thick wall tubing and rod. And thick plate for the seat. All original paint without any paint over and solid as can be. Between the ware shows a nice metallic oxidation and overall original aged patina. Outstanding! It's over 2 feet high as pictured and can be spun down to about 19" high. Product A genuine drafting stool from Toledo. Probably dating somewhere between 1920-1940. Standing at 36" tall with a dseat height of 23" The lever allows you to adjust the height to 31" and a lower seat height of 18" Measures 16" wide and 21" deep. The back rest tilts and contours to your body. Condition While the seat clearly needs re-painting. The chair while dirty from age is actually in good shape considering and could be sanded down and re-stained if desired. All mechanics work perfectly well and smoothly. Up for auction is. Super nice vintage Toledo UHL Drafting Stool. It is in great vintage condition. It has the original snap on padded green vinyl covers. Which have been protecting the wood underneath. The wood is in great shape, with no chips or cracks, just a few scratches and spots- see pictures. The base is in good shape as well, with just a little surface rust here and there. All functions work great, the seat adjusts from 23" to 31" all the feet are original and move freely, the back adjusts as well. The seat measures 16" wide x 14" deep, the back is 14" wide x 6 1/2" high. The foot rest is 16" diameter. Part of the original label sticker is still intact on bottom of stool. The original covers are in nice shape as well, they snap on and off easily. There is one small less than 1" rip on seat and ... moresome off the stitching on back is starting to come loose. You are buying a Vintage Industrial Drafting Stool. This adjustable stool has a very nice look with a wood seat and metal body. The seat has great scratches and cuts giving it a nice patina. The metal has some color loss from use. The stool is 26 inches tall at the shortest and adjusts up to 31 inches at the tallest(top of the seat. The seat is 14 inches by 13.5 inches. For auction is one fantastic vintage Domore swivel drafting stool from the 1940s/early 1950s. It is in excellent original condition. Including the vinyl upholstery. It is painted a dark military green color. The vinyl is almost perfect but for one tiny area of wear on the front corner of the seat(pictured) All mechanical functions work properly. The seat height adjusts from 23.5"28.5" and the seat itself is 17" wide by 12" deep. The foot ring is 18" in diameter. The backrest is adjustable by resetting the screws in the armature assembly that supports it. There is some wear to the top of the footrest. Hamilton 1930s Vintage Drafting Table w/stool
Early 1900s(circa 1930s) vintage drafting table by Hamilton with an oak base. Maple top and cast iron hardware that allows for height adjustment from 33" to 48, and tilting of top in both directions to a specified number of degrees. Comes with stool shown in picture. Still in good, workable condition. Would look great if someone knows how to polish or buff this type of sturdy wood. Sometimes it tilts too far to one side so I used it for my work by just leaning it against the wall and it was fine. The table top has marks and scratches from use and age, but I placed plastic mats over it to work on which I still have. Great sturdy vintage table! I have had this for years and love the look; it has the best seat; VERY distressed with the center worn to the extent it is depressed at least a half inch or so.some marks on the oak. A few nicks, what appears to be a light water mark.I LOVE IT that way.when you flip the stool over it looks like the seat was either replaced at some time or reattached. The iron base is great with a few signs of what appears to be old paint. It sits about 30 inches fully extended with 7 inches to go down; thus its about 24 to 30 inches high. This chair is an excellent specimen from the early 1900's exhibiting the industrial style furniture that was produced during that time. The back rest swivels as well as the stool. There is very minimal rust and what little rust there is. Is just surface. The metal is in sound shape and is ready for reconditioning or leave as is. This would also be a great project for Steampunk theme furniture. These chairs are very rare and this particular style is even rarer. We believe it is wrapped with suede leather but do to age and wear it is now coarse. Vintage Industrial Wood Metal Adjustable Drafting Stool Antique Operator Stool
This is a stool loaded with charactor! I was told it was an artist or drafting table but also told it was a operator or engineers stool. Measuring approx 31.5" without raising it up(this includes the high of the metal pad( on the bottom which was obviously not original to the piece but could be removed) Legs measure approx 19.5" across(at bottom) and stool seat is just over 14" in diameter. I wish I could read the original tag on the stool(see pictures. Tag is slightly better than pictured but hard to read) I can read the word mahogany on the tag but there is also a word preceeding it which I cannot. I am having trouble reading anything inside the company insignia. It appears to be a person standing in the center but again, I am unsure. I would LOVE to know where it came from but have come up with no results. The leather cover ... moreon the seat(seat is not solid. It is a wooden rim with hollow middle) is tattered around edges. It appears to be a blue type fabric underneath it, looking from the underside I do not believe it is original. The mechanics of the chair appear to be in working order. Chair raises and lowers with a bit of play. The wooden arched foot rest has 3 spots of cracking but it is solid and this appears to only be through the outer layer of wood with the deepest of the cracks less than half way through the wood. It does not seem to affect the integrity at all. One of the wooden plugs on the bottom of the legs(covering an old flat head screw) is gone, the other 3 are in tact. For auction is one rare vintage GF Goodform model 2121-28 drafting stool in excellent original condition. It has been disassembled. Thoroughly cleaned and detailed, and reassembled. The threaded stem has been cleaned and re-lubricated and functions smoothly. All other mechanical functions operate as they should. The original dark blackish-green vinyl is in good shape and all stitching is intact. There is a very faint ring on the seat as well as a few other spots that wouldn't come out with cleaning, but nothing too glaring. There is also one small 1/4" tear on the top edge of the backrest. The underside of the seat has been covered with clear tape to prevent dust from falling out the vent holes. The aluminum parts have average wear and a few scratches here and there, but the close ups I've provided show good examples of the overall ... morecondition. Dimension: The seat height adjusts from 28" to 34" And the seat pad is 17" wide by 16" deep. Backrest cushion is 15" wide by 11" tall.
